Nice outdoor tent seating. We got greeted at we approached the food truck. First time here and we had a few questions. They had music playing and the stereo was right next to the cashier lady that was taking our order and it was very difficult trying to talk over the music with our masks on as well as trying to listen to what she was saying. We ordered a birriamen, which was okay the broth had flavor but didn't think it was anything special. The keto and quesataco was good loved the cheesiness. Taco dorado was my favorite loved the shell that came with it. The birria meat was good and tender. This Food Truck makes some pretty good beef birria, not to mentions some pretty good quesa tacos. That being said, it was a pair a beef birria quesa tacos for lunch. The tacos were $4 a piece. The best time to come is on Taco Tuesday because you can get 3 quesa tacos for $10. The quesa tacos were well made. They meat was tender and juicy, but I thought the tacos could of used a little more meat and cheese. The chopped onions and cilantro were both good. They need to crisp up the corn tortilla just a little bit more for that excellent texture. I liked that they give you a small cup of beef consommé that the birria is prepared in. Because the customer service was good I gave this spot a 4 star. It did take a while to order my food which is not the trucks fault. I ended up just ordering 1 quesataco because it was $4.00. It was my first time trying this place so I didn't want to end up with a lot of food if I wasn't going to like it. The taco was alright. I would say I've had better. Be prepared to wait for your order. From waiting in line to getting our food, it took maybe 45 minutes. I don't believe the employees at the register/calling out orders have the most efficient system. They also play music pretty loud and don't have a mic to call out orders so it may take a while for people to hear when they're being called. Food was good, could've been better especially for how relatively high their prices are. $4 quesataco, $5 mulita, $4 consome. Would be cheaper going to a birrieria. I'm also a really big fan of ramen and have eaten ramen in multiple, cities, states, and countries. The ramen and birria combo don't quite work. It's really salty. It reminded me of the first time I ate pho or Chipotle - good, but not great because I didn't know how I liked all of the extras prepared. For me, I think it's missing lime. I added more to the bowl I ordered, but like I said, I think if I played with the "extras" I might be able to dial it in and give this 5 stars. However, as is, it's not the best ramen. And at $13, it's basically an extravagant Maruchan. Still giving it 4 stars though. The place looks kinda cool & food taste's pretty good but the portions are surprisingly abysmal. It feels like you get child portions, no matter what you order. I understand that times are hard but you don't have to give a tiny taco for $4 (with only 1 small tortilla)... I've also ordered 3 "birria pizzas" (actually a $25 quesadilla) different days & each time it was thin & the edges were empty. The cashiers are normally in a bad mood until I crack a joke to make her laugh. I shouldn't have to give her good customer service as a customer to receive it back lol it should be vice versa if anything.. Solid 3.5. Burrito and tacos were good but they don't dip the tortilla in the birria before making taco, and I still think these birria places need to give you a side of onions, radish and cilantro. Definitely my favorite spot for birria! I came with my friends and we tried almost everything on the menu. I've had birria before but for a few of my friends it was their first time trying it. We were all so impressed! From their staples (tacos, quesatacos, vampiros, and quesadilla) to their specialty items (ramen and pizza birria) everything was packed with flavor! Their use of higher quality meat and fresh ingredients really makes the food stand out. The meat is so soft and tender, and the consome alone hits so good on a cold day. My other birria spots now just can't even compete! The staff were so friendly, and the chefs were equipped with masks, hairnets and gloves with hand sanitizer readily available, which we love to see especially during this pandemic. I was being greedy so I tried the mulita, the taco, the taco dorado and the quesataco. I personally think their crunchy tacos are by far the best so go with the taco dorado. Something about the crunch of corn tortilla with the juiciness of the meat is the perfect combination. Also, consome is an absolute must! While I appreciated the large portion of birria, I wish it would have been all shredded as I did have some larger chunks of meat in the four items I tried.
