This location is fairly new. I must say that it was very delicious and flavorful. The variety of selection items are great. We tried the birria Ramen and the birria taco and it was amazing! I am not sure which combo I ordered but it came with to crunchy Birria tacos and a soft quesadillas with side of the savory broth & salsa green & red & cilantro & onions and lime. Customer service was amazing , restaurant was super clean & well lit . The food quality was excellent... I absolutely loved their crunchy style tacos with added topping and salsa dipped in the broth with agua fresca . It was very authentic and flavorful and the salsa was quite hot .. I really hope the photos speak for themselves because WOW. Although my boyfriend and I ordered through DoorDash, the food was perfectly packaged to avoid spills and maximize freshness. My boyfriend had never had birria ramen before and he LOVED it. I've had it a handful of times but the plentiful toppings (and extra lime hehe) and amount of birria made this stand out! I was in the area for a work meeting and had some time to kill after before heading back to OC. I have seen this restaurant in Vegas before so figure why not. The restaurant was not busy at all and I got my order very quickly. I ordered the trio, 2 tacos and a quesadilla. It was satisfying and better than I expected. The tacos had a good crunch to it even when I dipped it in the sauce. Overall, food was authentic and fresh. It's located in a plaza so there are plenty of parking. It's in deep Rialto. Nothing wrong with that. Here's the kicker, Spearmint Rhino is right in back of it. It comes with chopped onions, cilantro, and slices of lime on the side. The corn tortillas of the tacos are dipped in consommé with shredded beef, no cheese. The ramen and tacos are not not bad.
