My friends and I stumbled upon Bisbee's Table. I've never been to a place so accommodating to every customers desires. They have a separate gluten free menu for those who are so gluten intolerant, they get offended by seeing the menu items with gluten on it. Aside from that, the food was very delicious. I got the Texas Millionaire burger, which lived up to its namesake because I felt like a million bucks after consuming that beautiful behemoth of a burger. It's a messy burger for all the right reasons, so be careful biting into it if you're wearing a nice shirt. I wore a nice shirt so I had to wear a napkin bib and cut into the burger. Just warning you so you don't blame the restaurant for your own stupidity. This place is amazing and it was hard to decide what to order. I'm sure everything is good here. read more

The food was good. I had the B Burger which comes with BBQ sauce, bacon, lettuce, tomato, swiss (I had mine without the swiss), and onion rings on top. The beer battered fries were delicious and the onion rings were above average. Nothing too spectacular, but also nothing horrid. Its small inside and can get packed rather quickly, so be prepared to wait or sit at the very small bar. The people I ate with had a burger and a Reuben and both walked away satiated but not wowed. Its probably the best American style moderately priced restaurant in town. read more

Friendly service, the tap beer selection is not great. Tacos incindio were okay, but definitely did not have ANY heat to them. The big question to me is who serves french fries with tacos? Yum! My husband and I had the mushroom appetizer which was AMAZING!!! So delicious. I had a Reuben with fries and hubby had cod. Again, both were very good. Service was great too. We both ordered the "B" hill burger, and were not disappointed. I ordered mine medium rare, and my wife ordered medium, and they were both cooked exactly how we ordered them. The only thing was they mixed up which burger was which, but we traded after biting into them. The "B" hill burger came with two onion rings, bacon, swiss cheese, bbq sauce, lettuce, a pickle spear, and a side...we chose the beer battered fries which were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, and warm and moist on the inside. The bread pudding is the most amazing thing I've ever experienced. The waitress gave us the cinnamon-honey butter they serve with their bread as well, and the combination of that and the vanilla rum made the most delectable bread pudding ever. My wife and I had dinner here one night during a long weekend stay in Bisbee. There are multiple options for a good dinner around, glad we chose this one. The waitress was as expected in Bisbee - super friendly and welcoming. She recommended the bread pudding dessert and let me tell you - do not forgo that as part of your dinner. Wow. The service was exemplary but the food was lacking. My wife and I both ordered the stacked meat loaf with a red wine demi-glacé. The meatloaf was stacked on a mound of mashed potatoes topped with sautéed green beans. The potatoes were cold and hard and the stacked meat loaf was barely warm and extremely dense. Had it not been for the green beans which were semi-warm the dish would have been a total loss. I take it that no one in the kitchen either tastes the food,or check the temp. First few trips were good, last one was terrible. Had the tenderloin sliders before but this last time the meat was old, dry, and a little crunchy. Definitely microwaved from days prior. I'm not one to complain but I told the bartender, Steven, anyway and his response of "well I didn't make them" didn't cut it for me. My friends and I had burgers, pasta, meatloaf, and a couple of beers. The food was fine. We were visiting Bisbee from New York and Los Angeles. What surprised us at this restaurant, which would otherwise have been quite good, was the uncooperative, surly service. We were completely courteous, and we were flummoxed as to why our waiter seemed so angry. This is a real problem when it becomes the topic of conversation, however brief, over a table of food that we might otherwise have enjoyed. Had the service been better....If our waiter had seemed like he had a single shred of interest in providing us with a somewhat nice dining experience instead of serving up a big, steaming plate of hostility, then we might have stayed for dessert, and we likewise might have felt that we could endorse this sht!hole to friends of ours who will visit Bisbee in the future. read more

I'm stuck between 2 stars (Meh. I've experienced better) and 3 stars (A-OK). The food was not great nor was it horrible. I loved the look of their logo and was expecting a modern place. I was thrilled that they had some craft cocktails, but none really called to me. I liked the sound of many menu items like Electric Mushrooms served with a local ale, and the use of brie on their sandwiches. I was impressed that they made their own strawberry lemonade. However, both of our meals failed to really impress. I had the steak Diane served table side. I was not asked about my preference for my steak's temperature. It was pretty well done. I was also hoping for more sauce. It was just soso. It did produce a ton of heat, which was not helping, as the a/c was not turned on and our window seat was kind of cooking me already. The mushrooms on top were nice, I could do without the battered onions. The beer battered fries were good, but not made in house. It was served with some spinach and cherry tomatoes, which I pretty much ignored due to lack of flavor. I wanted the slaw, but luckily the waitress would not serve it, as it did not look up to par. My husband had the ancho ruben that had a "classic twist on the original" or aka some sort of chipotle sauce. The bread was not very toasty and the corned beef was not made in house, but oddly thick and a bit chewy. My favorite part of the meal was the bread served with olive oil and balsamic. Though the oil bottle was very oily and slippery. Also, the lime hard candies at the end of the meal were great. We did get in on memorial day around 2 pm, with no wait. The trivial pursuit questions kept us entertained. read more

The place is very nice. It is clean and service is good. Someone put Alot of time and effort in the design and it shows it! I live here in Bisbee. I and my family have had the food often. In a town that has few choices it is a must eat. The food is ok here not the best certainly not the worst! I myself am a steak kind of guy and I've always felt the steak itself was bland. Certainly not the best and far from the worst! In my opinion the price is not worth it! I have had a lot of the choices on the menu it is a good menu. Plenty of things to try. Great for comfort food: many choices. I had the Caesar salad with grilled chicken, plus a side of sweet potato fries. Salad was fresh, abundant, lots of cheese. Dressing decent (got it on the side). Bisbee's Table was o.k. - it deserves 2 1/2 stars, which is not an option, so I'm giving it three. Service was o.k., although it was quite obvious that our server really wanted us to close out & leave. She offered me a box before I was even halfway done with my entree, which came about five minutes after our appetizer did, so it was hard to get to it with most of a hummus plate still in front of us. The hummus was good, our entrees were below average, but not awful. I also noticed a lot of typos on the menu, which bothered me quite a bit. There are not a lot of dining options on a Monday night in Bisbee, but I'll probably try a little harder to find an alternative to Bisbee's Table the next time I'm there. read more

Came here on a business trip with a coworker. Service was a bit slow but extremely friendly! Our server was so sweet and accommodating. I had the crab cake sliders which were decent, the coleslaw was really good, as was dessert (some kind of warm brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top). They had an amazing Bloody Mary! It was so delicious.. And I had some mixed berry lemonade which was also yummy. All in all I'm a fan! read more

Three of us had the meatloaf, which was disappointingly very mediocre. The glazed carrots that came with it were nothing special. I didn't taste a glaze on them. They ran out of potatoes so we had to choose another side. Ended up with sweet potato fries that weren't bad but were not what we wanted with meatloaf. Who runs out of potatoes on an early Saturday evening? It was between 5 and 6 p.m.! I didn't think the bread pudding was very good. My daughter liked it. My son-in-law enjoyed his burger and beer. The waitress was great. Really have no desire to eat here again. Spent lots of money on a mediocre meal. read more

Great place and nice service. Would highly recommend checking this place out when you are in Bisbee. They have nice cocktails and the meatloaf is very good. The presentation of the food is superb. Spinach salad was great. Liked the dressing. Wish I had added chicken to it. Copper something pasta was delicious. Perfect basil, tomato and spiciness. My daughter had the chicken tenders and they were fabulous too. Very fresh - the batter has a pepper flavor in it though. Love the ranch dressing that came with it. Liked that there was a fresh fruit option instead of fries. Will be back. Trivia cards on the table help to pass the time. Consider having them for people waiting to be seated too. Came here because we were with my celiac granddaughter. They have a GF menu, but apparently don't pay enough attention to it in the kitchen. After an hour wait they finally brought our burgers, which my granddaughter had a regular bun on it. Called for the manager. She apologized and we got replacements fast. But she mentioned that part of the wait was we'd asked for well done. No we didn't. !!!! We asked for medium. They were out of onion rings which my husband ordered. A friend and I stopped there for a late lunch today. We were seated promptly, and to our pleasure we got a booth at the front window. The ambiance was nice and we enjoyed watching everyone stroll by outside. So far, so good. However after 10 minutes had passed and we still had not been addressed by our server, we started to get a little concerned. Another member of the staff eventually had to get us our drinks. Luckily the cups are huge, so we didn't need any refills! Finally our server came over and she greeted us with a "You about ready?". Not a hello or hi, not even a smile. Okay, whatever, maybe she's having a bad day. We all have them. I ordered a Grilled Salmon Ceasar Salad and my friend had the Portobello Mushroom Ravioli. The food took a little longer to come out than anticipated, especially with them not being very busy. When the food did arrive, I was a little surprised at the size of the salmon portion. It was a bit smaller than I had hoped. Overall, the taste of my salad was good. Nothing spectacular, just average. My friends pasta however looked and tasted fantastic. I had a few bites and was wishing I had gotten what she ordered! When we were finished, our server brought over a dessert tray. Each selection looked yummy, but we were too full to partake. Bottom line: The issues with our server and the small salmon portion (for the price) is what kept this from getting 4 stars. I'm willing to try this place again. It had a nice feel, and there are a couple more items on the menu that I'm interested in trying. read more

We have always enjoyed the entrees at this restaurant, but the last two times we have received "cold" sides. A loaded potato is cold; mashed potatoes lukewarm and aren't even mashed well; cold steamed vegetables where the butter doesn't melt. We told them a month ago of their problem. Tonight the same problem. They tried to fix it, but they have no microwave. I think the potatoes are baked before the night shift and left to sit until someone orders them. Best burger I've had in a while! My husband and I both ordered the twisted sister burger and can't stop thinking about it. We have also commented that we will never be able to eat fries anywhere else again without comparing them to the fries here. They also have very reasonably priced kids menu items. Including a pb&j and I'm a sucker for a restaurant that includes this on their menu. C'est Bisbee - Rubes essaie d'être européen The first restaurant you will encounter when you exist the highway, besides the noodle house on the other side of the road. Good atmosphere if you like to people / dog watch, as you have a view of the city park, the stairway to the Copper Queen and one of the main crosswalks in town that connects the Gulch to the respectable part of town; the library, bank and post office. The fare left something to be desired. It was as if my teen aged cousin was in command of the kitchen. The food has the sophistication of a potato, and a not very interesting one at that, more like a russet or Idaho potato, mealy, bland and filling. We shared a wild mushroom pizza which looked to be the most interesting item on the menu. I believe we had an appetizer that was less than memorable and a salad that consisted of bagged greens and a grape tomato or two. The wine list was the redeeming factor and I suspect that most of the money they make is through beverages. Water wasn't offered, we had to ask and our glasses remained unfilled throughout the evening. Lots of vagrants and deranged people coursed the sidewalks in the evenings, so we at least were entertained. However, we had more fun eating pulled pork sandwiches from one of the sidewalk vendors. read more

We have known the owners of the place for many years. Recently returned, they had a new name. A couple of the wait staff we knew were still there and it was a gift to see them and be greeted with hugs and smiles. The service was above average, the coffee excellent and the fish and chips (which we split) was amazing: lightly dipped, not greasy, perfect fries and tartar sauce. We need to give them our 2 recipes for cole slaw though lol.. Comfortable welcoming place and someone was cleaning and sweeping.
