Utterly Outstanding! Some of the best pho I have ever had in my life. After a night on the town, this pho revived me! The broth was so rich and flavorful. The noodles had the perfect cook and just the right amount of bite back. The head chef is so inviting and welcoming. You can tell she pours her heart and soul into her cooking. The spring rolls are absolutely great. I have tried both fried and steamed. Both are delicious. The Phó soup is not that good. The broth needs work as not as beefy flavor as other Phó restaurants. The service is slow and the few staff members serving and waiting tables are not motivated, slow and not attentive. The owner is really nice, friendly and welcoming. The other items in the food menu are not that great but, good enough for a small town. The ambiance can be noisy, as the locals are well known to be rude and loud. The small building is old, and floors need desperate restoration. I would not recommend bases on poor staff service, attention to customers and lack of motivation which could be more welcoming. read more

A decent spot for some delicious Asian food! The choices on the menu are limited, so don't expect pages of options when you go. This is the spot for Vietnamese cuisine & that only, with the star meal being Pho. I tried their small Chicken Pho & my partner had the large one, although comparing their sizes, it really didn't feel like that much of a difference. They serve the bean sprouts on the side, and I chose to mix them into the soup because that's my favorite part. The service was good & fast, had to be with the location being crowded indoors & outdoors. Unfortunately, this made me feel a bit rushed, so I tried eating faster than I normally do so I didn't inconvenience others. This is a normal expectation for a small place serving in the early afternoon (12-2pm), so it's not like I criticize them for it, but if I'm going by personal experience, I have to take in account of how I felt in the moment. I would still recommend this place for those looking for a light meal. You can get full off big portions without eating unhealthy. The crowds can't be helped since this is a popular spot, but that being said, I suggest you come in VERY hungry. read more

I believe the kids are saying GOATed. This is a stellar spot for Bisbee. Is it the best Vietnamese food ever? No, but for a tiny old mining town WOW! It was so satisfying and delicious. The ambience and out side area are just gorgeous, and well shaded too. The staff were so so so so friendly, and the prices very fair. I wanted to go back again and again. My only complaint is I wish they were open more days and earlier! Definitely worth shaking up the usual Bisbee food of American and Mexican with some tasty Vietnamese food! Yum! read more

I returned to Bisbee Arizona to complete a mural. I was working on in town. And once again found myself eating here several times a day. The food is that delicious and fresh. I cannot get over how good the food is here. The service is warm and the atmosphere is clean unique. I look forward to returning to Bisbee and I am certain I will definitely be eating here again. It is a small place so storage is limited for them to have a large menu but I think it works all that works in Thuy's favor because the dishes they have are excellent. Everything was 5 stars that I had. Pho' places I go to that have a big menu the quality suffers. And the food is nowhere near as good as Thuy's. So, I've been here several times......but this grilled pork vermicelli salad is beyond compare! It's got a great patio that is dog-approved......the service is usually busting it to keep up, but gets it done. The limeade is going to need to be experienced too! Bisbee is stunning, but I was really craving good pho, so I was incredibly grateful to find Thuys Noodle Shop. As soon as I parked, I knew I was going to love it. The vibe and ambiance felt homey and calm. The staff was kind and checked on us frequently. The pork noodle salad practically called to me from the menu, and it was absolutely worth it. I considered getting pho, but after walking so much, the noodle salad was perfect to cool me down and provide a great meal. Thank you, Bisbee, and this wonderful establishment for offering a chance to relax after my first few exams of the semester. Service was less than professional, bordering on haphazard. On-street parking was easy for us, but it was not a very busy day in Bisbee. Thuy's Noodle Shop slaps! It was our first meal in Bisbee, and after driving for so long, nothing beats flavorful, hot food. We ordered the chicken curry and carmelized catfish. When they came out, the dishes were in hot bowls that were still boiling, which shows they were fresh off the stove. Don't be turned off by the size, each dish was packed with flavor, veggies, and protein! We made sure there were no leftovers because we wanted to pay our respects to such well cooked food. Food was very tasty and fresh. I had lemon chicken #3 and my husband had #5 pork something with fish sauce, pickled veggies, noodles, lettuce. Mine came with jasmine rice and steamed vegees which was just carrots and cabbage. They were busy but very friendly staff. I don't like giving a low star review, but there really isn't any other way to rate our experience here on Jan 2. After choosing to sit outside, we were all but neglected by the staff. When they did come by, there was one error after another. First our drink order was forgotten and we had to remind the server only after our (partial) dishes began to arrive. Then it was another long wait before our drinks arrived. There were two of us, and one of our orders came ten minutes before the other. It was the Chicken Lemongrass, but they did not bring the jasmine rice as advertised. By the time my companion's dish came out, mine was finished (we shared). Hers was also incomplete, missing half of the dish! The server said they were finishing the rest and would bring it out shortly. That was the last we saw of the server. Finally, at about an hour since we arrived, we got up and went inside. Once inside, we were asked if we were ready for the bill. "We haven't even been served all our food" I said. I volunteered that we would take what was owed to us to go, and then was told that they were in fact unable to make it at that time. They offered a substitution amounting to half of what was missing. One fresh roll in place of a fried roll, and no rice. In the interest of time we agreed, but no sincere effort was made to apologize for all their missteps and no credit was given for the missing food. If you want to pay full price for half meals and then have them delivered at long intervals. This is the place for you. read more

So we land in Bisbee, a nice mountain town in Southern Arizona ten miles from the Mexico border. What do we find but one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I have ever been to. One fresh roll and chicken phœ later and we are convinced we may not find better anywhere. Very Covid compliant so they do take-away and patio dining only.
