Provided all the things that most places you would have to bring or buy - water bags to keep belongings dry, phone case to take pics and not worry about getting wet, SPEAKER , complimentary water bottle/tiny cooler! THE BEST!! I did a lot of fun things while visiting Miami, and Biscayne Bay Paddleboards & Kayaks was hands down the best! Communication prior to my trip was friendly, timely and informative. I felt like they were really looking forward to ensuring I had a great time. Danny was outstanding: kind, caring, encouraging and funny. He offered all kinds of EXTRAS (no charge) that other kayak rental places didn't: little cooler with ice cold waters, cell phone waterproof pack, bluetooth speaker and advice given easily without the "you had better do this right or you will pay!" tone many rental places tend to use. If Mother Teresa and Gandhi had a child, that would be Danny! His love for the bay, the creatures and for people shines through. It was amazing! The equipment is well cared for, and worked just great. Put-in is easy on the dock with special kayak slips. If you want a chill experience with a business that cares about the earth, definitely try these guys out. You wont be dissapointed! If you park in the parking lot be aware it is about 3 or 4 blocks from the shop. So don't lug a bunch of stuff, drop it off then return. read more

This is the best kayak rental place in all of Miami & Miami Beach! Their customer service goes above and beyond. They supply everything you would possibly ever need for a joyful kayak ride - water proof phone pouches, large waterproof floating bag to put belongings in, a cooler with too cold waters, and even a waterproof bluetooth speaker! Such a great deal for a 2 hour rental! The equipment was new, clean, and very sturdy, handling every wake we encountered with ease. These were the sweetest brothers ever, such a great family business! They suggested really cool spots to check out nearby, including Flagler Monument Island and the Venetian Islands. This place goes above and beyond. While we did have to wait a hot minute when we showed up - I assume they were assisting other guests with getting set up down at the water - when our host, I believe the owner, arrived, he was super friendly and accommodating. Offered us cold waters, as many as we wanted, and SPF, and to put any of our valuables in the office for safe keeping. He provided some directions and some info on where we could go explore throughout the nearby channels and assisted us down to the waterfront. I would happily use this company again. Rick and Daniel run an amazing paddle board / kayaking service. They included so many added perks like pictures, water, waterproof bags and waterphone cases which was a pleasant surprise. They also did a great job teaching inexperienced paddlers what to do. I did the sunset tour and was brought to Monument Island and then around the bay and canals. The views were beautiful and this tour was one of my favorite parts of my trip to South Beach. Absolutely deserve their 5 stars. Book with these guys, don't hesitate. My friend and I booked for Monday morning at 10:30 and we arrived at 10:08 and the guides Daniel and Ignacio were preparing and waiting for us. They greeted us with warm smiles and cold waters. My friend and I were thirsty cause we decided to take a Citi bike there (there is a station literally across the street) and forgot waters, so this was a pleasant surprise. They gave us waterproof bags to hold our belongings in as well as waterproof phone cases to wear around our necks, all included. Since it was a Monday, we were the only ones that booked, so it basically was a private tour! After signing some waivers, Daniel gave us a short training and allowed us to pick where we wanted to go out in the bay. We decided to go to the island with natural greenery and it was totally worth it. Daniel and Ignacio were so kind and took so many photos and videos of us that they sent us later. Once on the island, we got to go see the monument on the island, take pictures, and even gave us the opportunity to swim. We paddled back and Daniel even made sure to keep us on schedule for our lunch reservations across the street at Stiltsville Fish Bar (highly recommend). It was def a great activity and for the price as well, totally worth it. They airdropped the photos at the end of the trip. 11/10 experience. read more
