After going to Fog Harbor Fish House restaurants we noticed that if we took our receipt from the restaurant to Biscoff Coffee we'd get 20% off of our order. So it was a no brained. We walked downstairs and went inside, walking distance, and the whole place was Biscoff-ed out. They had all the delicious spreads, cookies, and even had merch. We ordered couple of cappuccinos and went to the window to get our orders. We made sure we got our 20% off :) In no time out orders were ready and they even included the mini Biscoff cookies with out order. Very thoughtful and sweet. There isn't anything special about this place. I had a coffee and I've definitely had better elsewhere. They have other sweets and drinks for sale and the frozen drinks looked delicious, so maybe if I ordered that it would've been better haha. There is no surprise why this business was voted best coffee on Pier 39! From the outside, it looks like a normal coffee shop but their drinks are one of a kind. The Biscoff Latte comes with a cookie smashed inside the coffee and it tastes like a delicious cookie. My boyfriend got the Salted Carmel Latte which was also a great choice. They have a pretty good selection of drinks and pastries. You can even purchase the Biscoff cookies to take home! Overly crowded biscoff shop at pier 39 WHAT I ORDERED -biscoff cookie pack -ice tea The shop ran out of the ice tea variety on a hot day in sf. What you see on the menu, they may not have it in season. I wanted to try the cinnamon ice tea, they only had regular unsweetened ice tea available. I ordered it n added Splenda to sweeten the tea. The beverage condiments are by the door to add sugar, milk or honey to your drinks. Each drink comes with a free biscoff cookie. The ice tea was $3 for a small, it was not worth $3 IMO, it was over charged for a regular tea at pier 39. The coffee shop was in a tourist spot where prices are jacked up. Convenient place to grab coffee if you're on Pier 39, but the quality is poor. I got a cappuccino and the milk tasted burnt and the drink overall was not very good. I thought that they would have a special drink on the menu with biscoff in it, but it wasn't listed on the menu. I see on the other yelp reviews that they do have biscoff lattes with the biscoff spread in them, but the cashier was rushing our order and seemed bothered even though nobody was behind us in line. If you do end up coming here I recommend getting a drink with lots of syrup/sugar in it to cover up other flavors in your drink. Giving 3 stars instead of 2 because I do love the signature Biscoff cookie. They give you one cookie with each drink you order and the cups have the branding on them which was cool to see. read more

Another downside is that there is a counter facing the outside of the store where they kept telling customers to pick up their drinks. They have all kinds of biscoff cookies all different types of sizes and even some that are dipped in chocolate they sell everything from cookies, donuts, other pastries and caffeinated and non caffeinated drinks its a must when its cold on the pier to keep you nice and warm. The customer service is pretty good the employees take your order in doors and they give you your drink on the side on the outside so dont get confused and go to the outside window trying to order your drink, you must go inside. They have a system here people lol oh one more thing. Each time you order a drink they also give you a free cookie to go along with your drink, i highly recommend to stop here, reason i gave it 4 stars is because despite how good the drink was i think their caffeinated hot drink was just a little weak.
