I have been to place several times never experienced this form of non professionalism, decided to go through the drive thur goes through the drive thur so the car in front of me pull up like four spaces, out common curiosity for people behind me I pulled up to the speaker drive Thur ordered station so I thought they would take my so the guy outside just standing on side my door never said one word to me so I sit there for 4 minutes or I ask him where support to order from he said right here I replied no one said anything so he replied to him and I'm like how am supposed to know that and no said anything , he immediately responded I not going to argue with you and he took off left me just sitting there after being in this line already ten minutes prior waiting to move up, so it's four cars in front of me to get through the drive Thur before I could make it to the window this the main reason why I went through the drive through, and order and go , so I set there for 2 minutes and went inside and the manager had a freaking attitude, wow she never tried to defuse the situation she came talking to me with a very nasty attitude,I'm like wow seriously you are giving me a attitude after all I just went through I'm 65 years old and I never spoke to anyone there badly it more professionally , I usually would say forget it and leave because clearly my money was not good enough for because I was catching a flight out I waited and some of the workers was shaking they head when I was trying to speak with the manager because she had such a attitude so I asked For district manager number so she gave it to me and I called and she said she will look at the cameras and do so coaching for Praise God read more

Instagram and Yelp are great resources for finding yummy food. Today's browse found a reel by @sunshinefoodiee for Biscuitville. That led me to the Biscuitville page, then their website, their menu and before I knew it, I had signed up for their email notifications (scored a free biscuit coupon) and put a list in my phone for what I wanted to try. Hubs was on board so off we went to the Kernersville location. Brianna took our order and she was helpful and friendly. We ordered the Hashbrown Casserole, the Ultimate Bacon Biscuit, the Pork Chop Biscuit and the Cinnamon Roll. (It's National cinnamon roll day) Everything was delicious and freshly made. I actually forgot to use my free biscuit coupon. I guess that means I'll need to go back really soon! What a shame. My order was wrong but staff was nice. I didn't say anything. I ate an egg and cheese biscuit with grits. I got the vanilla latte. Restaurant was clean and food came fast. Condiments were fully stocked. The water option connected to the diet mountain dew came out carbonated and wasn't good. I'd come back. It is near grocery stores so easily accessible. read more

One of my top 3 places to go for breakfast. The food is always amazing, the people are always really friendly, the drive thru always goes by quickly even when they are wrapped around the building and everytime I go through with my frenchie they give him a little doggie biscuit. They are even open until 2:00 PM so it's perfect for anyone who oversleeps on the weekends like me and my fiancé do. First time experience ever. Completely amazed by the southern politeness and quickness. Bought a pork chop English muffin with fried egg and strawberry drink. Delicious and perfect. The pork chop was crispy and not dry at all surprised they allowed me to put it in a English muffin. I have an unhealthy obsession with Bojangles, but I did swing by the Biscuitville in Kernersville the other day on my way into town. I picked up a sausage biscuit and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I started with the sausage biscuit. The biscuit looked like it had been squished down a lot. It was round and flat. It took about two bites in the biscuit before I reached the mediocre sized sausage patty. Overall the the sandwich was good I just wished for a large sausage patty or a biscuit that had kept it's height. The Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit was better. The biscuit had kept it's shape. The bacon was crisp and there was plenty of it. If I could change two things, they would be: 1) make sure the cheese melts on the sandwich. I wasn't really in love with the cold piece of American cheese on the biscuit. 2) use a scrambled egg for the biscuit. I didn't love biting into the sandwich and just tasting the white or the yolk. It was unexpected and I didn't love it. I just went through the drive-thru but the service was good enough. The people were pleasant and fast. I've had better breakfast sandwiches at some of the other fast food chains. I may stick with the others from here on out. read more

I LOVE Biscuitville for the very fact that they offer turkey sausage! I stopped eating pork a while back, so it's nice to still be able to enjoy a (turkey) sausage biscuit. Theirs is pretty good! I don't particularly like fast food's version of gravy and biscuits (I'm a country girl and I KNOW gravy and biscuits, usually I make my own), but I actually like Biscuitville's gravy and biscuits. I also enjoy their pancakes. You can tell they're actually cooked on a grill and not a microwave (ahem, McDonalds, ahem). Their dark roast coffee is pretty good, too. Ordered two spicy chicken and honey biscuits along with 3 hash browns and a few more items...the spicy chicken biscuits came without honey and the hash browns did not make it into the bag. Of course I made this order via drive thru and had to drive back from home to the restaurant to get the order corrected...the in store manager was completely useless and rude...thank goodness for the immediate staff (cashier and drive thru coordinator) who seemed to really want to correct the mistake. The instore manager could definitely learn professionalism and customer service from the cashier and the drive thru coordinator on duty. The food is pretty good but not terrible or great. But as I was ordering my meal the lady at the register looked at me like she was confused and didn't hear me, so as I repeated it she gave me an incredible attitude and was completely rude about it, even though she was looking at like a deer in head lights and I was only trying to make the situation better. read more

The employees were friendly enough, but they looked absolutely miserable. One young lady was sitting on one of the prep tables when she had nothing to do. I later saw her use said table to place bags containing food items. I was so excited to try the waffle sandwich, but It was dense and dry, and our food was barely warm. The maple spread would not even attempt to melt because the food was so close to room temperature. I've been here before, but only went through the drive-through. I guess the food was decent then.
