Great Wings and More…read more Mad Flavorz is hard to describe. First and foremost, it's a wing shop - a very good wing shop. The wings are big, chunky, meaty, tender and smothered in a variety of unusual (and unusually tasty) Flavorz. I highly recommend the bone-in Mad Flavorz Bourbon Wings - a lot of flavor with a balance of sweet, heat and tang. I'm running out of adjectives, so I will simply say that these are some of the best Wings I ever ate. As the name would imply, it's also a Lounge with a full service bar, relaxed atmosphere super friendly service and extensive list of beers. It doesn't get much better than a pile of world-class wings and an ice cold Red Stripe. We were impressed with the diversity of the menu - everything from Burgers and Hoagies to Salads and Seafood. The Coconut Shrimp was institutional but delicious. The Specialty Sides are as good as the Wings.. The French Toast & Chicken Tenders Plate was a mixed bag. The Toast was disappointing (not restaurant quality), but the three good-sized Chicken Tenders were nicely done - crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Fish Whopper Sandwich lived up to its name. The very large filet was golden brown, crispy and served on a fresh soft bun. Add a side of perfectly fried Okra and you have a satisfying meal. The Jamaican Beef Patty - much like an oversized empanada - had a nice crispy shell filled with flavorful minced beef. It was extra tasty with a little of the Cajun Jamaican Jerk Sauce. My biggest issue with Mad Flavorz is that they are often out of several menu items and beers (Lobster Pops, Banana Pudding, Cheesecake, Red Stripe, Modello to mention a few). I hope this is a temporary situation. Having said that, I still very much enjoy eating at this somewhat quirky eatery.

I was unhappy after l looked at my food and spoke to the cashier, who in turn referred me to the chef. I explained my dilemma. Someone was speaking Pig Latin. After 3 attempts l was able to express the need for fresh food. My version of pig Latin was understood. I left with hot fresh food which was quite tasty. I really thought l was in the twilight zone, blah blah, blah, blah. I actually sat down and laughed about this craziness. You can't make it up. Thankfully, everyone was happy as l skipped to my RV. We enjoy ordeing from here for the wings. Orders have always been a good experience for us and correct as we have ordered from door dash with no issues. We have not dined in yet.
