The owner was working and he was super friendly. He explained the style of coffee with a specialty filtering process and a bit about the menu. He recommended a medium blend, and whipped me up a delightful coffee. I had never experienced this special filtering method but the coffee was smooth and well balanced. It was delightful. If I still lived nearby this place would be a regular stop. Clean, modern interior with nice bright windows, friendly staff, and excellent coffee. I believe there is a confusion on how to make the mocha, hence the name given in the drink. I'm are also patient in waiting, since I know the barista is working hard there solo, but this is the second time this happened, apparently the barista said that is how they were trained to make it. It was just a latte flavored drink. I really do miss how the owner made it. I will try to come again and hopefully the mocha will be corrected.
