We went for the early pre fixed diner at 5:00pm. From the minute we sat down we felt rushed. The waitress waited to take our order that very minute. She was rushing around and made us feel even more anxious. My dinner was so salty that I couldn't even eat it and nobody cared. They noticed I didn't eat it but were more interested in clearing the table for the next guests. The three others in our party enjoyed their meal but will probably not go back. The hours are often seasonal so refer to their website. We were lucky they were having their outdoor bake sale Saturday from 9-1 and were able to enjoy breakfast inside as well as take home their amazing baked goods. The quiche was one of the best I've ever had. Flaky and buttery, what a treat. The breakfast bagel platter with smoke salmon, capers and accompaniments tasted incredibly fresh. Had lunch here on a Saturday. The place is quaint and has a bakery at the back of restaurant. We ordered croque madame and mahi mahi special. Both were exquisite. I will never go back to this restaurant or recommend it to anyone! I ordered quiche and french onion soup. The quiche was cold on the inside and the french onion soup was served lukewarm warm. The owner did not want a credit card but that's all I had. She charged my credit card 3 times and when I told her she shrieked screaming so her entire restaurant could hear. Finally a very nice gentleman came out to solve the problem. I have never been treated so poorly in any restaurant I have been to. Just can't recommend to anyone! Spectacular Brunch Incredible food. Probably some of the best food in Naples right now. We went for the Father's Day brunch and it was absolutely spectacular. The meal began with appetizers, a massive array of delectable choices: assorted cheese, tuna, salmon, deviled eggs, baked quail egg in prosciutto, prosciutto, salami, breads, shrimp served several ways, egg rolls, spinach and cheese puffs, sausage rolls, mozzarella balls, ceviche, salads, crab salad, stuffed tomatoes with tuna salad, avocado salad boat and a lot more!! Ok that was just appetizers. 4 main courses, you may have each one. Lobster ravioli in lobster bisque, exquisite texture, rich, velvety, smooth and nice punch of flavor, pasta was perfectly balanced. Ribeye in a rich peppercorn sauce with fries . The meat was tender, melted in your mouth and the sauce was spectacular. Beef bourguignon superb, moist perfection, rich flavorful gravy with carrots and asparagus, really well balanced. The mahi mahi fish course was perfect. I hosted a party of four very experienced diners for my wife's 77th birthday. We all wanted to order appetizers and take a little time to enjoy two bottles of French Champagne while we discussed the entrees. Sound ok so far? We were told we could not order appetizers unless we ordered dinner at the same time... house rules! We were not happy but we did not want to spoil wife's birthday so we reluctantly capitulated. Ten minutes later the manager came back to our table screaming at us for wanting to order our appetizer first. We were told it was the "chef's orders" and we had to obey or leave. Another lady came to our table in anger telling us she had just gotten yelled at for some infringement of the rules. Needless to say my wife's 77th birthday was a disaster... these people have a serious attitude problem. My wife will never return nor will the couple we were with... we were all so embarrassed to be yelled at in the dining room. The other lady who owns a salon in town will not be back either. I came here for dinner on a Saturday evening and had a 6pm reservation. I'm glad we had those because they place was clearly very popular and the tables full! We found parking in the lot easily and chose to sit inside. Our waitress Paola was very friendly and explained the specials and checked on us many times. I got the branzino and while it was very good, especially with the sauce, I felt it was too small. I also wish I had a lot more green beans which came with the meal. My fiance had the veal and this was great, highly recommend. The bread for the table was also tasty. Overall I thought the prices were alright, food very good, and service friendly. I loved this place!! I went for dinner with my dear Aunt and Uncle. We had a reservation for 8:30 and we were 10 mins early and had a drink while we waited! The Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand was fantastic! When we sat down we ordered soup, salad and escargot....they were all GREAT!!! The French onion soup had the perfect amount of Swiss cheese and the broth was so amazing! For our entrees I had the Coq Au Vin and let me tell you it was to die for! The gravy was amazing, the scalloped potatoes were perfect and I loved the wilted spinach! OMG... I'm drooling thinking about it!!! My Aunt had the rack of lamb and she said it was super delish!! My Uncle had the Chateaubriand and he absolutely loved it! Of course we all had dessert!! We shared the Profiterole, chocolate mousse and Tarte Tatin. They were all amazing but next time I want to try the Chocolate soufflé! Eating here is not a quickly thing so sit back, relax and enjoy your drinks and company. Have not been here in a year and the food has declined. Very mediocre. The Salade Nicoise was just ok with very little shredded tuna which appeared to be canned. The quiche did not have any flavor. The most telling was the French bread which was tough and was not crusty. Disappointing! read more

I went to this place spontaneously, I love French food and was driving by so I decided to stop. It's close to being good, and don't want to give them a negative review. But here's what I would do different: the bread was good, but the butter tasted stale. The French onion soup tasted ok, but felt like they used corn starch or something to thicken it. I got the Beef Bourguignon. It was super salty, and seemed to be hot mess in the bowl with what seemed to be a glop of cooked spinach, one stewed tomato and mashed potatoes - which were ok. (Is that what is supposed to come with this dish?) I ordered French fries as a side. The ketchup was ODD tasting. The garlic "aioli" was weird. The fries were fried in really odd tasting oil. Not sure what the taste was, but ruined it for me. The profiteroles were not so good, drenched in a cheap chocolate sauce. Maybe more like drowned. I ordered a meringue to take out and OMG that didn't even make it home! Absolutely delicious. I will go back just for that! I think if they could fix some of those little things, this place could be way better. They're all little things, but in my opinion, it would be worth it for them to change. After I ordered, they brought some very good baguette bread with great butter, which I ate too much of while waiting for my courses. I started with the escargot and seared goose liver foie gras which were both good. But the brioche that came with both the seared foie gras and the cold goose liver terrine, that I got to go, wasn't very good (it tasted like a pre-packed version, with a texture and taste that I did not like). And both the seared foie gras and the cold terrine came with the same prune sauce which I didn't really care for either, especially twice. It should have a much better fruity accompaniment. The goose terrine seemed like it wasn't cooked enough with a sort of strange softness to it that wasn't set enough. I don't usually care for a filet or chateaubriand cut of beef, as I prefer a well-marbled ribeye, which they don't offer. But the chateaubriand was cooked to the medium rare requested and excellent with a very good béarnaise sauce. The accompanying au gratin potato dish was excellent but was a far too tiny portion, that left me wanting more. And the only vegetable they offered with it, was a small portion of tasteless bok choy which was not even good enough to eat! Really? You should include a much better vegetable or just leave that junk off the plate. Not acceptable for the standards you expect here. I also had the tart tatin a la mode which was good. The service was good. I don't know that I would come back though due to the lack of great seafood options, the brioche quality, the lack of good vegetable choices and the prune sauce with the foie gras. If those changed, I would try it again. read more

This place is close to home so we had been wanting to try it for awhile. We decided on a double date when our friends came to town. I wish I could say it was good, but it's clear they are struggling. The Terrine of Fois Gras was the only thing that we liked. The sweet breads were cooked poorly, the French onion soup tasted very burned, and the other dishes were pretty flavorless. I also wasn't impressed by the cleanliness of the women's restroom. There's a difference between an isolated "incident" and a general lack of awareness. I will say that the service was ok, and they were nice, so I hate to leave an unkind review. I hope that they can work out whatever issues are going on in the kitchen in the future! read more

I was here for New Year's Eve! Lovely ambience, and exceptionally attentive wait staff. I chose the Lyonnaise salad and the châteaubriand . I have to say the salad was absolutely delicious. The poached egg perfectly cooked and the lardons so crispy and slightly salty made for an excellent appetizer. The steak medium rare literally was like butter and melted in my mouth . Accompanied by scalloped potatoes , bernaise sauce and haricot verts it was a delightful meal. Best steak I have had in a long time.
