Here's how to works for anyone else who's going for the first time: if you reserve online you get a text assigning you a bay, if you don't you can check in with the people at the front desk and they'll assign you a bay, head to your assigned location. If you reserved your default first player is the person who made the reservation, everyone after that can either be looked up by phone number if they've been to TopGolf before or registered. Each bay holds 6 players. Any new players pay new player fees which will be paid for, along with the hourly rate and other charges at the end with the server. The servers and staff on the floor were friendly and helpful. The experience itself was fun, confusing and unclear for my neurodivergent brain, but fun. I like that they have golf clubs for shorter people too and 50% off pricing Monday-Thursdays.
