The best thing about this place is the TV's, the bar, the booths, and large capacity. The beer was also pretty good, but the glasses could be ice cold and so could the beer. Another bright spot was Gabby G who was our server. FRIENDLY, accommodating, and prompt in service, and made our late luncheon a pleasant experience. Floors could be a little cleaner, but it is MN so this time of year can be the problem with the floors. Was hoping for a late lunch happy hour specials introduced to us as our bill ended up $52.43 plus tip for just two meals, 2 beers, and a Dr. Pepper. Nothing happy about a large late 3pm lunch bill. My wife was able to take another meal home as the salad was enough for two people.

Went to Tamarack Tap Room for a birthday party. We were seated in a back room with lots of windows and plenty of open space. My husband and I ordered the Brussels Sprouts to share. For entrees, I had the Black and Blue Steak Pasta, and my husband ordered the Bourbon Braised Short Rib. I substituted the fettuccine noodles for cavatappi. The Brussels Sprouts were a bit disappointing. The goat cheese was a nice touch, but the dish didn't feel worth the $14 price tag. The portion was also very small. My pasta was okay. The steak was very tough and chewy, so I mostly ate around it. The flavor was good and fairly spicy, but it's not something I would return for. My husband described his meal as "mid." I tried a bite and agreed--it tasted a lot like pot roast. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing either. We each had a few cocktails during dinner. I tried the Raspberry Mojito, the Blackberry Mint Margarita, and the Pomegranate Hibiscus French 75. All of the drinks were good, but the mojito was easily the best of the three. My husband started with a Manhattan, then ordered two classic mojitos after that. The service was very good. Christian, in particular, was helpful and accommodating. Overall, I probably won't be back for a while since it's not near my area and there wasn't anything outstanding to return for, but I would consider coming back if I was already in the neighborhood.

My sister suggested we stop here for dinner as she's been here before and said the food is pretty good. We kind of prejudged from the packed parking lot that it was going to be a bit busy. We were able to find a parking spot by the door and when we walked in we were shocked that it was as busy as the lot made it seem. We were able to get a table right away. Our server was nice and very attentive the entire time. We ordered drinks, my sister got a berry mint mule and I got the chocolate orange espresso martini. Both drinks were good. For food we both got burgers. My sister got the taproom burger - which is basically a classic burger. I tried something different and got the cream cheese wonton burger (subbed the meat for an impossible patty). I thought it was good. The grilled flavor of the patty did clash with the sweetness of the sauce on the burger a bit but overall I liked it. The fries were good as well. I would definitely come back here again to try other items. They have a caramel bread pudding and some other things I would try. Restaurant is pretty big & kind of reminded me of Brick & Bourbon.

    Caramel Bread Pudding

I was at tamarack tap room a few weeks ago. I ordered bread pudding to take home. I was surprised when I opened the container. I cannot figure out why anyone would serve this. It was burnt and black with no caramel sauce or whip cream. I tried to eat it but I was too burnt for me!

Back at the Tap Room for lunch! My Hawaiian salad was incredible. So much flavor, I loved all the toppings. My partner enjoyed his carnitas tacos but for the price we feel it should have came with a side of rice and beans or a mexi slaw or something like that.

Food was okay. The schezuan shrimp bowl was comparable to Schwann's frozen stir fry my mom woukd make when I was young. I did like their style of French fries. Portions were very large. The bathrooms were nicely decorated and well maintained as well as the rest of the visible areas of the restaurant. There are steps to a majority of seating areas, so on a busy night accessibility could become an issue. But there is a ramp on the farm side from the door.

This place was really pretty bad. Nice atmosphere, but snotty hostesses and quite bad food kind of kill the vibe. There are so many other options in the area, there just is t any reason to go here :(

Six of us had a tough time choosing from a menu full of delicious options! Michelle took really good care of us and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere for a good visit. Everyone loved their meals and the portions were huge . . Many boxes of leftovers went home. LOVE this taproom and will be back.

We had a pretty good meal here Sunday night. I started off with a classic Miller Lite. They have a great beer list, craft beers and domestics. I had the fish and chips. It was very good. Came with a couple sauces for dipping, one was a classic tartar sauce and one was a brown butter aioli. My hubby had the brisket entree. He was a little disappointed with it. Thought it could've had more smoke flavor. My teen had the Amanda white out flatbread which had a pesto cream sauce, chicken, Roma tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. It was great. Nice restaurant with a fun vibe. Service was good. I can recommend it.

They have an amazing happy hour! Weekdays 3-6 they have drink and food specials! We had the cheese curds with the blackberry ketchup which was amazing! It had a great smoky flavor to it. I loved the Amanda White Out half flat bread that was another happy hour special! Huge pieces of chicken with a garlic pesto sauce! It's a big restaurant with a great patio for warmer weather!

Excellent burger and beer spot in Woodbury. The city agrees as it is always packed and almost though to get a parking spot. Classic bar and grill vibe with pull tabs. Solid service and good atmosphere. Bar food meets casual dining. Would definitely return. Get the cheese curds!

Do they allow dogs on the patio?

Hi Suzanne, we unfortunately do not allow dogs on our patio.

How big is the meeting room and what ammenedes do they have?

The meeting room is rectangular in shape with a long table, the room is about 10 feet wide and about 15 feet long (give or take a few). We had a group of 9 (7 adults, 2 children) and comfortably sat our family.

From our very first visit, Dana took the time to answer every question, introduce us to the process, and make us feel completely comfortable. That first impression meant everything, and it's only gotten better from there. One of the things we love most is the concept itself. The dogs can play for as long as they want throughout the day while you relax in the restaurant, have lunch, grab a drink, or even get some work done. It's such a fun, unique environment, and we were pleasantly surprised by how affordable it is. Harry has gained so much confidence there. Watching him make friends and actually enjoy playing with other dogs has been amazing. We also recently boarded him for five days while we were out of town. Leaving your dog behind is never easy, but Brew Park made it so much easier. Every day we received a report card and photos, and seeing Harry happy, playing, and having fun gave us so much peace of mind. The entire staff genuinely knows and cares about the dogs. You never feel like your pet is "just another dog." Finding people you trust with your furry family member is priceless, and that's exactly what we've found at Brew Park. Harry gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot, and I think that says it all. We couldn't recommend Brew Park more highly.

It was huge and tasty to say the least. It was only $9.95. Great price for lunch these days. We also had to share a pretzel that came with cheese and mustard. This has earned a spot on our lunch rotation.

There's really no redeeming value to be associated with this place other than it being a cool place to have a beer during the hot summer months. And downright freezing during the winter! Tie that in with the warm hearts sharing the bar and it makes for a memorable experience. But not one that I would frequent on a daily basis. I heard stories about there being caves associated with Nova. Who knows, maybe someday John will get me an invite to explore and I'll come across Injun' Joe just like Tom Sawyer. Quick Tip: After you've had your fill at Nova you can walk down to the corner for ice cream at the Dairy Queen. You'll find that novelty warmer than what you had to endure at Hudsons finest dive.
