She only works once a week so it can be difficult, but I've been happy with her lash expertise so I make it work. The last 2 times she wasn't very friendly but I figured that maybe she was having a bad day. At the end of my appointment today we booked my next appointment (right before a vacation so it was important that they look good). Tonight she commented on Venmo that she needs to cancel our appointment and that I need to find another lash artist. This was completely unexpected as I have been a regular, loyal customer and just this week had given her name to someone who commented on my lashes. Disappointing!

I contacted Hannah at 5pm via text and dms on Instagram. No response. I figured she forgot. No, she didn't. She went ahead and blocked me when I tried to message her again the next day about the booking. I want my money back from ClassPass but also I think this will be a good learning curve for her as she has a no show cancellation policy but the no shows her clients. Rude and so unprofessional. I'd give -8 stars if I could.

Ok so. I'd been getting my lashes done straight up for a full year with fills nonstop. I loved the…read morelook but sometimes felt like my hybrid set were heavy for my eyes. Well, I met Patricia and asked her advice in an unofficial consult. She saw the remainders of my most recent fill and advised that due to my thin Asian lashes, the weight of the individual lashes may be too heavy, creating too much heaviness for my natural lash which can cause them to break. She went into a bit of lash anatomy, baby versus established hairs, and showed me how a natural hybrid look can be softly achieved with a thinner lash fan. She advised me to grow my natural lashes out with castor oil which I did for a couple months without refilling, and alternated with rosemary oil in the mornings. I was dying for a new set bc I couldn't stand seeing my eyes without the hybrid soft glam look, so finally tried her out! Lemme first start off my "spa-experience" by saying just WOW! From the soft Christmas music, adorably decorated girly holiday accents, the smell was divine in her suite, and everything just looked so adorable. I laid down and smelled soft lavender as she prepped my lids... she moisturizes her hands with essential oils to provide a calming energy to her clients! My set was done in 2 hours and the soft glam look blew me away I couldn't stop staring! She provided super super cute aftercare which I've never received before at my last girl who was my first lash gal. Patricia's kit included lash shampoo, an adorable reusable pink spoolie, a cute glittery ultra soft lid brush for cleaning the lids or any oil or sebum from around the lashes, and even a little chocolate pick me up snack! The whole vibe is lush pampery glamorously chic and I loved how my lashes looked from day 1. When a fan fell off my lashes 3 days later, I was amazed at how delicate the weight of each lash was. This girl has attention to detail and fine handiwork down PAT. She's so good. I hope I can get my lashes to stay for 3 weeks because fills with Patricia are 2x what I was used to paying with my last girl, which is substantial for upkeep for my own personal pocketbook. I'm lying on my back, doing gentle lash care and drying on cool low hairdryer setting after washing, anything I can do to extend the life of my lashes. Of course the quality and work(wo)manship with Patricia is so so so much better, but with kids and one of them getting braces started, I'm gonna need to figure out how to make it work! I really love them, just may not be able to be consistent which makes me sad! But that's my own personal issue and not at all a knock at Patricia, she's amazing!

My eyes don't get irritated and I can go a really long time without getting them refilled. I get compliments on my microbladed eyebrows all the time. My eyeliners look natural. Yes, there is pain and discomfort throughout the process but Nazie is generous with the numbing medication and frequently checks your comfort level the whole time. If you're a sissy, moves, or fidgets with pain then I recommend multiple touch up sessions or be prepared for a long session. Numbing medication doesn't kick in until the skin is broken so tough it out until it starts working.
