I absolutely love this place, our groomer Estefani is amazing! She is the best! Our dog can get a bit fiesty and she is able to work with him and do all his grooming services. I appreciate her services and my doggy even tried to give her a hug today! I 1000% recommend this place. Pricing is good, there is always street parking, and the staff is great.

This place is fantastic!! I came with my friend for the first time to use the self serve dog wash and had an amazing experience Shawn the owner and the whole staff provided a welcoming environment and quality customer service from the start. I've wanted to check this place out for a while since a friend told me about it and I love it here! The space is super cute, the staff is positive and offered assistance if needed, and gave tips for pet safety/comfort before using their drier and table! I look forward to coming back. The champagne was just a bonus genuinely wonderful people and place even without the champagne

We took all three of our dogs to Bitches N Bubbles for the first time, and I'm genuinely blown away by how good the whole experience was, not just the grooming, but the customer service too. Everyone there was so kind, welcoming. Maddie groomed our Pomeranian and absolutely nailed it! the cut is perfect, the fluff is gorgeous, and the color came out so beautiful. Alex took care of our two Shih Tzus and did an incredible job as well. Their cuts are clean, even, and the little pops of color on their tails came out adorable. rom check-in to pick-up, everything felt easy, smooth, and super friendly. If you want a groomer who treats your pups like their own and delivers top tier results, this is the place. We're officially obsessed and will be back for every grooming from now on.

The coolest, hippest dog grooming spot around. Honestly, I'm jealous of my Golden Retriever Ruby for the luxury experience she gets here!! I was on the hunt for the perfect dog groomer and tried a couple of recommended spots in LB, Cerritos and Lakewood that claimed they could handle XXL dogs, but they always seemed annoyed at Ruby. She's a very loving dog who just wants to hug and spin around. I was paying over $200 for her to come back traumatized and sometimes even with burns from dryers. My first time at Bitches N Bubbles in 2023 was such a relief. Someone recommended them in a Facebook group and their name caught my attention. I called ahead and they kindly walked me through what to expect. They also made sure I submitted Ruby's vaccine records, which reassured me that they care about keeping every pup safe and healthy. Stef was our first groomer and explained golden retriever coat care and the undercoat in detail. She even apologized when Ruby came back slightly damp, because she noticed Ruby was afraid of the dryer and didn't want to force it. That level of detail and kindness was an instant green flag. Ruby now runs straight to Stef every visit, which says it all. Since then we've seen other groomers here too when Stef isn't available and they are equally loving. Just from waiting in the lobby I've watched other staff hug little pups and kiss them on the nose to comfort them. That kind of patience and empathy is something money can't buy. Once Ruby got sprayed by a skunk and they fit her in the very next day for a de-skunk bath, which is such a unique service to offer. They explained why you shouldn't rinse with water right away and completely saved us from weeks of stink. They truly do the works here: nail trimming, de-shedding, drying, teeth cleaning, and anal gland expression. On top of the basics, they offer fun glamification with bows, nail color, fur color and puppy perfume. Ruby always leaves with a complimentary bandana or bow and sometimes even head stickers. If they finish Ruby early and I'm not there yet, they have kennels of all sizes to keep pups comfortable until pickup. Their self-wash stations are affordable, starting at $15 and up depending on the size of your dog, with add-ons available and they'll even hand you a complimentary glass of champagne while you're there, which makes the whole experience feel just as special for the humans as it does for the dogs. Keep an eye on their texts and social posts, they're always sending out self-wash discounts! Professional grooming prices vary by pup size and by whether you book a basic wash, full grooming, or a specialty service. For Ruby, her basic wash has ranged from about $95-$130 depending on add-ons or special treatments, which is a great affordable price and keeps me coming back. The ambiance is just as good as the services. Parking is easy, I either grab a spot on the street or park at the grocery store nearby and pick up snacks if I arrive early. Inside, there's a cozy lobby for humans, a gate separating the grooming floor, and a clear setup with self-wash on one side and the professional groomers on the other. Everything feels organized and safe. The shop is spotless, with fresh water and treats always available, and they also sell luxury toys, leashes, and accessories for pups. Booking is easy through their website, Square Go, Yelp, or Instagram. I can pick services, add-ons, and even choose our fave groomer. I love how they can even text confirmations, check in if we're running late, and let me know when Ruby is ready. It's seamless every time. I can't stress enough how important it is to find a place that treats our fur babies as if they were their own. Bitches N Bubbles is queer-owned, inclusive and full of real dog lovers who make grooming feel like a celebration instead of a chore. Ruby always comes home happy, beautiful and smelling amazing. Stef is the best with our baby Lucky! We first brought him in when he was 6 months old and he was super anxious and scared. It was to the point that we couldn't get him to calm down. Stef was able to groom him so well despite his anxiety and did an amazing job! We brought him back again yesterday (9 months) and she took him in right away and did a great job yet again. We had our first grooming with my new adopted German shepherd Koda today. Alex did a great great job with my boy who can be anxious at times. Only took about 1 hr for the deshedding, teeth cleaning, nail trim, ear clean, and anal gland expression. Our price was a good value at $115. I could tell Koda was comfortable with Alex which was most important to me as Koda has been through a lot lately. I didn't realize tips are a thing for groomers so we will make sure to request Alex next time and make up for it. Thank you so much, Alex!

I won't lie, I did have mixed emotions on taking my baby to Bitches N Bubbles after reading some of the 1 star reviews. We are not from California, and too far away from our go groomers in Texas. As soon as I walked in all of those mixed emotions went away! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and treated so well!! Angelina did an AWSOME job on my schnauzer, we don't really like the typical schnauzer cut since our schnauzers hair takes a long time to grow out and Angelina met every expectation!! My puppy new teacup poodle is nine weeks old only has her first round of shots and the owner was sweet enough to take her. The phone number here on Yelp doesn't accurately reflect the direct line at this location; it doesn't actually go to this location directly so there was a little bit of miscommunication because I was late and I had called a few times but the lady there was super sweet and I told her I didn't mind waiting. I had driven 30 minutes. My baby is super small 2.5pb so she actually took it her within minutes and I got pink color for her ears and tail; it didn't take for some reason it was very very light so she didn't charge me my puppy was in good spirits when I picked her up she had cute pink bows and she smelled great I recommend bitches n bubbles and I will be returning. read more

after raving reviews on yelp, i decided to try this place for my pup for the first time a few months ago. i did extensive research on different groomers because this was going to be my pups first grooming experience. my first experience here was great, but i was given misinformation about the price i would be paying. i was confirming over the phone the price for the size of my dog and they mentioned i would be paying the x small price, but when i arrived for the appointment, the x small price is apparently only for face cutting so i was charged for the small pricing instead. a few months later, i returned recently but whoever helped me schedule an appointment over the phone put the wrong time in their system for an 11pm time, instead of an 11am. i was frustrated because my pup needed a groom but it was now going to be delayed and i had a tight schedule. the lady on the phone was also trying to blame me for the scheduling issue even though their self-scheduling feature on their website was not even working. who would even book an 11pm service anyways??? when we arrived, we decided to stay for the grooming because we drove about 30 minutes to get our pup groomed. after about 10 minutes, we were asked to leave because it was distracting for our puppy and disrupting the grooming. i was quite annoyed because we were not visible to our puppy at all in the lobby area since there was a wall blocking both our views. there were also other customers who were there, standing in front of the grooming area that could have distracted the pups and they were not asked to leave. the other customers were even able to stand next to their dog DURING the groom... although the service for the pups here may be great, the customer service here has not been satisfying at all and i will definitely not be returning. there has been constant misinformation and mistakes on their part that i do not foresee them improving. read more

Thought i found a great spot for my pup, but that changed today. Opened 30 mins late, didnt get the groomer i booked through the app and wasnt notified when i dropped him off. Choopy groom, shaved too close under arms left red bumps, hair on ears in cut unevenly. Both of his front legs have patches of shaved hair in the middle. Did not notice his underside til we were almost home. Cannot reach anyone by phone, cannot submit a dm on website, says try back later. The grooming is not cheap here and i dont mind paying for good service, this is unacceptable. read more

I've been looking for a new groomer & am really particular/nervous about leaving my dogs in someone else's care. I recently adopted a sensitive rescue goldendoodle and was concerned about getting him groomed. He can be a little grumpy. I visited the shop to check it out first and felt very comfortable after seeing the double security measures (internal locking gate and metal front door that seemed secure). #1 thing is "can my dogs easily escape..." I didn't think so with their setup, and I noticed everyone walking through the gate shutting it until it clicked. I explained my rescue situation to Stef, and I felt confident that she could help my new dog. To my relief/surprise, he greeted her and didn't growl or bark at her. She was so good with him and knew how to handle him. She sent me updates throughout the session, because she knew how nervous I was about it. He obviously really liked her and behaved like a gentleman (for the most part). He was a happy camper when I picked him up, and he looked even more handsome than he normally does. I'm so so so happy with Stef's work, knowledge, & skill. The shop is very clean, cute, safe and is so peaceful for a grooming shop. 1000% recommend this spot! Thank you Stef! read more

So happy I found this place! The staff is so friendly and they're very accommodating. I didn't have to wait weeks to bring my doggy in and they're reasonably priced! I was nervous at first because I tried taking my big girl to pet smart, they took her in and five mins later they called me to pick her up because she was too anxious. Unfortunately my dog has separation anxiety and just a lot of anxiety in general so she can be a handful but with the meds I gave her before going in and the love and care from all staff (especially Aaron her groomer) she was finally able to be properly groomed I've always had to bathe her in my yard with the water hose and cold water. I'm just so glad they exist. They left my 95lb dog looking so cute read more

So I was in a jam looking for a groomer that could do a nail trim last minute, my 8 month old pup Kona was gonna see his gramma on her birthday tomorrow and his nails definitely needed a trim. I called as soon as they opened to see if a walk in was possible, the young woman said no problem & said it was $12. I was relieved, I found someone close by who would trim his nails. So we got ready and headed that way. We got there, the door was locked. A young woman named Amber approached and asked if we had an appointment, I said "nah, but we called earlier & was told a walk in for a nail trim was fine.". She stated, she was on her lunch break for a bit longer, and she was working alone. I was bummed, I never asked if they closed for lunches or even what their hours were, that was my fault. We apologized and went to walk away. Amber stopped us and called us back, "come on in I will trim his nails for, it's too hot outside im not gonna have you wait or come back". I was so grateful & thankful for Amber's willingness to take time from her break to accommodate us. I must say, I've worked in customer service over 40 years and what Amber did (may not mean much to some) but for someone like. myself who knows the importance of customer service and what making a last impression means. We took our dog Cece here for the first time after going to Petco for a long time. We needed a place that had more availability and patience for our anxious husky. They washed her fur really well and trimmed the fur under her paws which is something that Petco never did. They finished her full service super efficiently and quick, Cece had no issues this time with her anxiety. Groomers also kept us updated on her and sent videos exhibiting her calmness. The place was right around the corner from my house. It was a very well put together intimate shop. My dog is kinda shy around new people but scared of dogs. They made her feel comfortable before even grooming her. The place was very clean and tidy. As soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted by the host . He was super bubbly and energetic! After showing up to Belmont Pets & Launderpet and being told that I needed an appt for self wash (not listed on the website), I came across Bitches N Bubbles and I am so happy I did! I called and they confirmed that no appt was needed for self wash. The place was so cute and clean. I walked in and Adrianna was so welcoming and helpful with getting us all set up for our bath. She offered me water/champagne and was there to help with anything I needed during the bath. I can't say enough great things about this experience. Not only did the shampoo and conditioner smell great, the towels were clean and the entire facility was spotless. Thank you Adrianna for making the experience so pleasant. This place is amazing! My poor dog has had a traumatic experience at a different grooming service and I was afraid to take him to a new place because I didn't know if I can trust anyone with him. Luckily I explained the past experience to Steff and she was so nice and helpful and left my baby looking/smelling so good. They even have some unique dog toys that are literally the cutest. It was worth it and her service was very well worth it. Even though we're not from the area and it was a last minute appointment, we're keeping her in our book as we'll be back in town again and know Freddie will be in good hands next time.
