I absolutely love this place, our groomer Estefani is amazing! She is the best! Our dog can get a bit fiesty and she is able to work with him and do all his grooming services. I appreciate her services and my doggy even tried to give her a hug today! I 1000% recommend this place. Pricing is good, there is always street parking, and the staff is great.

This place is fantastic!! I came with my friend for the first time to use the self serve dog wash and had an amazing experience Shawn the owner and the whole staff provided a welcoming environment and quality customer service from the start. I've wanted to check this place out for a while since a friend told me about it and I love it here! The space is super cute, the staff is positive and offered assistance if needed, and gave tips for pet safety/comfort before using their drier and table! I look forward to coming back. The champagne was just a bonus genuinely wonderful people and place even without the champagne

We took all three of our dogs to Bitches N Bubbles for the first time, and I'm genuinely blown away by how good the whole experience was, not just the grooming, but the customer service too. Everyone there was so kind, welcoming. Maddie groomed our Pomeranian and absolutely nailed it! the cut is perfect, the fluff is gorgeous, and the color came out so beautiful. Alex took care of our two Shih Tzus and did an incredible job as well. Their cuts are clean, even, and the little pops of color on their tails came out adorable. rom check-in to pick-up, everything felt easy, smooth, and super friendly. If you want a groomer who treats your pups like their own and delivers top tier results, this is the place. We're officially obsessed and will be back for every grooming from now on.

The coolest, hippest dog grooming spot around. Honestly, I'm jealous of my Golden Retriever Ruby for the luxury experience she gets here!! I was on the hunt for the perfect dog groomer and tried a couple of recommended spots in LB, Cerritos and Lakewood that claimed they could handle XXL dogs, but they always seemed annoyed at Ruby. She's a very loving dog who just wants to hug and spin around. I was paying over $200 for her to come back traumatized and sometimes even with burns from dryers. My first time at Bitches N Bubbles in 2023 was such a relief. Someone recommended them in a Facebook group and their name caught my attention. I called ahead and they kindly walked me through what to expect. They also made sure I submitted Ruby's vaccine records, which reassured me that they care about keeping every pup safe and healthy. Stef was our first groomer and explained golden retriever coat care and the undercoat in detail. She even apologized when Ruby came back slightly damp, because she noticed Ruby was afraid of the dryer and didn't want to force it. That level of detail and kindness was an instant green flag. Ruby now runs straight to Stef every visit, which says it all. Since then we've seen other groomers here too when Stef isn't available and they are equally loving. Just from waiting in the lobby I've watched other staff hug little pups and kiss them on the nose to comfort them. That kind of patience and empathy is something money can't buy. Once Ruby got sprayed by a skunk and they fit her in the very next day for a de-skunk bath, which is such a unique service to offer. They explained why you shouldn't rinse with water right away and completely saved us from weeks of stink. They truly do the works here: nail trimming, de-shedding, drying, teeth cleaning, and anal gland expression. On top of the basics, they offer fun glamification with bows, nail color, fur color and puppy perfume. Ruby always leaves with a complimentary bandana or bow and sometimes even head stickers. If they finish Ruby early and I'm not there yet, they have kennels of all sizes to keep pups comfortable until pickup. Their self-wash stations are affordable, starting at $15 and up depending on the size of your dog, with add-ons available and they'll even hand you a complimentary glass of champagne while you're there, which makes the whole experience feel just as special for the humans as it does for the dogs. Keep an eye on their texts and social posts, they're always sending out self-wash discounts! Professional grooming prices vary by pup size and by whether you book a basic wash, full grooming, or a specialty service. For Ruby, her basic wash has ranged from about $95-$130 depending on add-ons or special treatments, which is a great affordable price and keeps me coming back. The ambiance is just as good as the services. Parking is easy, I either grab a spot on the street or park at the grocery store nearby and pick up snacks if I arrive early. Inside, there's a cozy lobby for humans, a gate separating the grooming floor, and a clear setup with self-wash on one side and the professional groomers on the other. Everything feels organized and safe. The shop is spotless, with fresh water and treats always available, and they also sell luxury toys, leashes, and accessories for pups. Booking is easy through their website, Square Go, Yelp, or Instagram. I can pick services, add-ons, and even choose our fave groomer. I love how they can even text confirmations, check in if we're running late, and let me know when Ruby is ready. It's seamless every time. I can't stress enough how important it is to find a place that treats our fur babies as if they were their own. Bitches N Bubbles is queer-owned, inclusive and full of real dog lovers who make grooming feel like a celebration instead of a chore. Ruby always comes home happy, beautiful and smelling amazing. Stef is the best with our baby Lucky! We first brought him in when he was 6 months old and he was super anxious and scared. It was to the point that we couldn't get him to calm down. Stef was able to groom him so well despite his anxiety and did an amazing job! We brought him back again yesterday (9 months) and she took him in right away and did a great job yet again. Here, I always receive the best service and Skye always comes out looking and smelling fabulous. I also recommend their self wash services . We had our first grooming with my new adopted German shepherd Koda today. Alex did a great great job with my boy who can be anxious at times. Only took about 1 hr for the deshedding, teeth cleaning, nail trim, ear clean, and anal gland expression. Our price was a good value at $115. I could tell Koda was comfortable with Alex which was most important to me as Koda has been through a lot lately. I didn't realize tips are a thing for groomers so we will make sure to request Alex next time and make up for it. Thank you so much, Alex!

Took my husky here for the first time a couple days ago & I loved everything about it & what their business represents! The staff (especially Stef) were reallllly sweet and accommodating. Shawn, as you may not know, my puppy had just completed two weeks of surgery/spaded wearing a cone. She had an ear infection and caused some matting behind the right ear, from ear washing and medication applied, which I pointed out to Autumn. She was just shampooed at your business on Saturday morning and her fur was fine. My puppy is groomed monthly through professionals, combed & brushed daily, therefore, your groomer took it upon herself to scalp my puppy and this is not acceptable. Of course, I was not charged because my directions were not followed. My puppy is devastated same as I. She's shivering and uncomfortable as a result of services received at your business. read more

I have been looking for a groomer for my husky for months! A couple places I called did not want to deal with huskies. And other places I called were way over priced with a few bad reviews. I came across this place through Yelp. They didn't have many reviews but all of them were 5 stars so I decided to give them a chance. I am beyond happy with the results! I have a small sized poodle with a bad breath and hair that picks up dirt like a mop . I dropped my baby off and in only an hours time came back to pick her back up (. 10:00 am -11:12 am ) My dog is normally nervous going to get a haircut , very shaky before and after but the kind groomers handled her with care and it showed ! I can't say enough great things both about Bitches N Bubbles and Brett. Not only did they accommodate our schedule on an incredible short notice, their customer service is top notch. Their grooming services are also top-notch! My lab mix has the thickest coat and under coat I've ever experienced, and every groomer that I've ever been to has always told me at the end of the grooming appointment that "I brush and brush and brush but the fur just won't stop coming". This was not the case at Bitches N Bubbles. They got everything after getting home, my wife said "this is by far the best groomers we've ever been to. You can't even get a single hair out of him. It's like he doesn't even have an undercoat anymore" thank you, Brett and Bitches N Bubbles for the exceptional job you did with our pup, and thank you for being so accommodating and for having exceptional customer service! read more

So impressed!!!!! I took my multi-poo Sydney there for a bath and haircut. She was way overdue and the results were fantastic. I could tell that Sydney really liked being there and that she felt comfortable with the groomer and the manager, Cyrus. When I came to get her they both said that Sydney did great. Responding to your reply on my previous review 1- it is not irritation, it is an injury caused by sharp object, I have full medical reports from my vet that shows no previuos irritation. All your responses is to blame the response of the dogs not your irresponsiblity. 2- i texted you before posting the review and here are below is the screen shot 3- my target here is to let everyone care about their dogs know about my experience with you and be aware what might happens to their dogs if they decided to choose your place. 4- Yelp is here for expressing our actual frustrations and not to lie about things and showing the reality behind that heartless business. 5- You hurt my loved dog. And now you are blaming me to publicly blame your business which is not professional imagine your little pup is hurt and you can't help him 6- it would have been professional to automatically refund my money back after receiving such a poor service and seeing my pup's pictures as showing on the screenshot; however, you waited for 6 days to respond back as obviously you don't care 7- I spent about $200 at my pup's vet to recover from the poor service and horrible experience with BITCHES n bubbles. The staff is super sweet, and you can tell that they genuinely like doggies. My poochies looked happy when they walked out. I paid close to 90$ but worth it, since its in the area, theres parking next door, and they are very good at communicating with you, flexible, and most of all my poochies are not scared to come in. So I have been looking for a new grooming place by my house to take my pug. I drive through bitches n bubbles everyday on my way to drop off my daughter to school so I decided to finally try them out! Well they are AMAZING!! The inside of the shop is super cute staff is beyond friendly! Today my groomer was Aaron and let me tell you. He took great care of my fur baby! He even explained to me what I should do for my baby's shedding which I appreciate. They even put a free bandanna on your fur baby which makes them look even cuter! Amazing is an understatement! Both of the employees there were so kind to my pup and made her look so pretty. It was only 1.5 hours which is unheard of for groomers, especially in this area and it wasn't over $100! My pup is 21 lbs and I am used to paying upwards of $150. I've noticed most clients are small dogs, and highly recommend this local spot for their great service and reasonable rates ($15 for aforementioned nail trim; most big box pet stores charge $20 minimum). The front section is for haircuts and pedicures, and back section is for baths and spa treatments. Don't forget to pick up a beef or salmon treat for your pup on the way out!

Just in case anyone else is reading this that has a one-eyed dog (or any dog with blindness), Tanyss's most recent rescue is a one-eyed dog too, so that made me feel much better :) APPOINTMENT/COMMUNICATION: I called on Thursday but they were closed for a staff event; they got back to me asap by text & I ended up scheduling for Saturday afternoon. Elle called when Lily was almost done (only 30 mins later). Their communication is very quick and clear so if you have any questions regarding services, feel free to ask ahead of time! From the chat on Yelp, Sara explained all the pricing and services ahead of time to give us the breakdown. As it was our first time, she did take good care of us with everything. Total for everything and extra add on including gratuity and discounts for first time, it was just short of 130.00. Price wise for everything was good. It was worth it and her service was very well worth it. Even though we're not from the area and it was a last minute appointment, we're keeping her in our book as we'll be back in town again and know Freddie will be in good hands next time. The place was very professional and clean. There's a drinks section with a mini fridge of drinks and a water station for refilling your bottles and coffee machine.
