    So good!
    Ward K.

I love chips and dip so when I was at Costco and they were giving out samples, I tried it and at first I thought it was humus. I noticed they had four different ones, so I went and tried the others. They were so good and it seems they are healthy too since it is made from almonds. I tried the original, cilantro chili, Bombay, and spicy. They all tasted good so I bought some and flew them back to Hawaii. I really hope they start selling in Hawaii soon as the people in Hawaii will buy them.

I'm so obsessed w these, my husband & I get one every week. Usually Cilantro or Chipotle, I also love Spinach & Artichoke, it takes like vegan tuna salad! So yummy. I always get Bombay whenever my husband & I go to Bombay Beach in imperial county(: just ways to be festive. I'm absolutely oBSESSED w this grand & I'll take a lifetime supply of Bombay plz!

Scored a sample of this "sauce" slash dip at Costco. I was hooked, it's delicious and great if you're on a low carb diet. I've dipped veggies in it, I've made chicken and warmed it up on top. I've added a little olive oil and used as a marinade. It's very good and to take the saying from red hot "I put this shit on everything" I've only had the chipotle so far but plan on giving others a try soon

Great almond-based hummus. I love the spicy flavors!!! It's a lot smoother than traditional hummus and more flavorful. You can usually find them at the Sunset Market in Oceanside on Thursdays and at the Farmer's market in Escondido on Tuesdays. The only downside to this great tasting hummus is the service. My husband and I have been greeted with a sour face from the female vendor. A smile wouldn't hurt, honestly, her frown has kept me away a few times from purchasing. Service is everything!

I LOVE Bitchin' Sauce ... had it for the first time maybe 5 years ago and have never looked back. So happy BS has a presence at the Poway Farmers Market. It's $5 for the first tub but I think $4 each after that. They are super cool about letting you taste even when you don't buy. The chips they sell are pretty good, too. I love all of the flavors, though the Bombay might be my favorite. I'm glad that Costco carries the large tub of Chipotle all the time but I would prefer the road show deal where you can buy 3 smaller tubs (assorted) for $9-something. BTW you can also find Bitchin' Sauce at Jimbo's, Baron's, and Ramona Family Naturals. Prices vary...

We found out about Bitchin' Sauce when they had a roadshow at Costco. Wow, was it good. So good, in fact, that we bought them up. Chipotle, Cilantro Chili, Pesto, Bombay, Heat and, if you feel like it, Original. Each with their own, unique flavors and each equally tasty. The photo is all that remains of the sauces we have yet to devour. The ingredients are top notch. Nutritional yeast? Who uses that? Awesome people, that's who. Way to go, guys! And knowing that they are a local company is an added bonus! Only one problem...we will need to replenish our supply STAT.

    Disappointingly watered down.

100% worth the time to find it. First time I tried this Bitchin' sauce was at the San Diego farmers market in Little Italy. So damn good.

This place has quietly become one of my favorite spots in the area, and after my most recent visit, I felt compelled to share why it deserves every bit of praise it gets. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a team that genuinely loves what they do. The staff here isn't just friendly -- they're knowledgeable in a way that's increasingly rare. Whether you're asking about the best cut of meat for a weekend dinner party, looking for a wine pairing recommendation, or just curious about an ingredient you've never cooked with before, they'll give you a real, thoughtful answer. No blank stares, no vague suggestions -- just honest, enthusiastic guidance from people who clearly take pride in what they sell. It feels less like shopping and more like getting advice from a friend who happens to be a culinary expert. The selection? Where do I even begin? The wine wall alone is worth the trip. It's an impressive, carefully curated collection that spans a wide range of regions, varietals, and price points -- approachable enough for casual drinkers but deep enough to excite serious enthusiasts. Browsing it feels like a palette adventure . Then there are the frozen meats, which are genuinely outstanding. The quality and variety on offer rivals what you'd find at a high-end butcher, with options that make it easy to elevate any meal at home. It's the kind of selection that has you rethinking your entire weekly dinner plan the moment you start browsing. Bison steaks? Duck sausage? Beyond those standouts, the broader selection throughout the market reflects a real attention to detail -- artisan products, specialty pantry items, and fresh finds that you simply won't stumble across at a conventional grocery store. Here's the part that really seals the deal: for the quality and curation on offer, the prices are refreshingly fair. Gourmet markets can sometimes feel like a luxury you have to budget for, but Savory Farms manages to strike a balance that makes shopping there feel like a smart choice, not an indulgence. You walk out feeling like you got great value -- and great ingredients. Bottom line: Savory Farms Gourmet Market is the kind of local gem that makes you grateful to live in or visit Carlsbad. Exceptional staff, a remarkable selection, and prices that won't give you sticker shock -- it checks every box. Whether you're stocking up for a special occasion or just want to make a Tuesday dinner feel a little more special, this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend.

It is comparable to Jimbo's, Lazy Acres, etc. but the produce and deli departments fall short of this greatness by a lot. The sandwhiches from the deli have been wildly inconsistent in my experience; from the price to the portions and overall quality. I am ordering the same sandwhich every time, mind you so it should be the same. One time they forgot to put the meat I circled in it. Sometimes the sandwhich is tiny and feels like a kid's portion. Other times it is a nice portion that's loaded but I would say that is rare. The staff is where things start to degrade as they could use more training in general. Cashiers could be friendlier, deli people need to learn how to read. The store feels a bit cramped and it always seems very busy which I don't like.. I would say this store is a cross between Jimbo's and Major Market or something. There is no self checkout so I have to deduct points there. They do have an express lane at least. Here's another thing I have to deduct points for: they let people solicit right outside the door and they are always there, sometimes even 2 different solicitors. Trader Joes respectably does not allow solicitors in comparison. The prices are decent and certainly better than Sprouts for the most part, but who isn't? About ordering groceries online: They are not on Instacart! They do, however let you order groceries from their website but I am unsure how good it is, haven't tried it. I thought about ordering online and having grocery's delivered and you do get $10 off your first 3 orders if you do this, but I found out I'm just outside the free delivery range by less than a mile and so there is a $10 fee which is pretty ridiculous. There are some hidden fees as well as I ended up buying everything that was in my online cart in person and it was significantly less. To summarize: Pros: - Above average selection of organic and "natural" foods - Prices are better than comparable stores for the most part - Decent alcohol selection (but no hard liquor) Cons: - Solicitors always outside the door - Inconsistent sandwhich quality, portions and price - Store isn't on Instacart - Staff could be better Overall cannot recommend Frazier Farms for reasons I described.
