    Chicken & Koobideh Combo Plate

Hello all if you're looking for fresh Mediterranean cuisine trust me this is tha spot! Friendly service the koobedieh was amazing the grilled chicken was juicy and full of flavor! The ghormeh sabzi was on hit with a side of tahdig it was nothing short of delicious

De clarify, we got this for catering for a big party and it was just the perfect amount with really tasty vegetables that feel grilled actually grilled and you have chicken and beef that actually is grilled. The rice and pita were very flavorful despite thinking that they're just starch plates, but you would be surprised that they contain a lot of flavor and it's not too oily like many saffron rice.

I used to get the salmon here all the time and it was buttery and soft. Recently I went and the salmon was dry and looked smaller than usual. It felt like small pieces of salmon on top of a huge bed of rice. The salad was packaged seperately. The service is always friendly and the sit down area is no frills but spacious. The pistachio cake was super good. Fried eggplant spread was ok and needed more salt. Try for yourself, you may like it. But I was disappointed the last time I went.

Cute little restaurant tucked in the back corner of the shopping center

This cute Mediterranean restaurant is tucked away in the back corner of a moderately busy strip mall. Hence, the name Corner Grill. They have a cute outdoor patio with string lighting. Inside, there is one booth and a few tables. The aroma of Mediterranean food was enticing while I waited to pay for my takeout. The portions were big. Our entire order was delicious. I would have liked extra tzatziki sauce and feta on my gyro plate. The salad was very generously portioned and the dressing was delicious. I will definitely be ordering again!

This was my second time getting food from this restaurant. Their food is delicious, and their prices are reasonable.

This is one my favorite places to go for Mediterranean food. The food is great, with spices and very flavorful, it feels homemade, and the portions are very generous. The service is good and the staff is very attentive. The ambiance is casual, it's made if you want comfort Mediterranean meal. The food stands out in flavor, portions and variety in the menu. Give this one a try!

Corner grill has great food . They take your order at the register and you sit and they bring you the food. It's clean and inviting and service is great. The owner is very courteous.

The kabobs here were great, very classic and authentic on a bed of rice with salad. The meat was cooked very well, I got the mixed plate and both the chicken and beef were good. Taziki and salad dressings were great but the little side isn't enough for sauce queens like me so I'd recommend ordering extra if you like side sauces with your kabobs. Locally owned little neighborhood joint in Vista, service was fantastic, my plate came out very quickly because they were preparing a large order ahead of mine but overall a very enjoyable meal.

What a gem to find in Oceanside!!it is located in a plaza so parking was easy. Restaurant was clean, good table spacing. Staff was very helpful. Prices were reasonable. Ordered the ground chicken with rice and salad #10, and it was perfect! Bookmarked!

The owner greeted me and was really kind. I ordered the spicy hummus, gyro wrap, and chicken kebab salad. It was all very flavorful. The tzatziki sauce was like no other and had a familiar taste I couldn't really hone in on what it was. I wish I grabbed more for my gyro because it was a pretty good size and was packed with meat. I've had many gyros in my day and I can say this one was well sized and also well priced for what you get. My wife's chicken kebab salad was also a hit. Not only was her chicken kebab very flavorful with Lebanese spices but the salad dressing it came with was also a very flavorful herby vinaigrette. I noticed there wasn't anybody inside the restaurant but it was also late. I also happened to notice that they had a lot of takeout orders ready to go. That tells me that this place is a real hit and many people come here for the cuisine. All in all, my wife loved the food and we will be returning again. I can see us getting food here more often.

Maan's is my go-to Mediterranean spot in North County - UNTIL I went in last week, paid $20+ for my meal, sat down to eat, only to realize I forgot to get hot sauce. I approach the register and ask for hot sauce and the worker wanted to charge me $1 for each little .5 oz of hot sauce???? I thought that was ridiculous. I wasn't paying for hot sauce- and for the first time, I didn't enjoy my meal from them. It was nice knowing you Maan's. I thought we had something good. Customer appreciation 0/10.

You can see the food being prepared in front of you. Just a great addition to the community, let's start off with why everybody goes. The ambience is next level from pho stars on the ceiling to water running around the restaurant to a bridge. You have to walk over to cobblestone Street to Lyons head facing the staircase. Everything is on Point, the dishes are copper or some kind of metals they're very rustic Make sure your whole party is there to be seated and you do have a time limit on your seating There were five of us so we split the platter the appetizer platter as well as the kebab platter. I highly suggest adding on the cauliflower. It was probably our favorite of all the dishes of the evening. We added a steak skewer as well. It was phenomenal. No room for dessert

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most disappointing Persian meals I've had. The first thing that stood out to me was that when we walked in, I found it interesting that I didn't see a single Persian customer dining there. After trying the food, I understood why. The prices are outrageous. Charging $23 for a single koobideh kabob that is half of the size of other restaurants is hard to justify(also with no rice no tomato), especially considering the quality. The koobideh had a strange smell that honestly reminded us of the frozen koobideh kabobs we bought from Costco and those actually tasted better. Our waiter told us, "If you're Persian, don't think Leila like authentic Persian food. This place is more Americanized." We've eaten Persian food all over the U.S., and we've never had this experience. This isn't "Americanized" Persian food it simply wasn't good and lacked the flavor and the smell or quality that Persian cuisine is known for. And let's talk about the tahdig. Tahdig is famous for being the most delicious, crispy rice. At this restaurant, it seemed to mean dry rice instead. It was nothing like the golden, crunchy tahdig Persian cuisine is known for. The only positive thing I can say is that the restaurant is beautiful. The décor and ambiance are lovely. Unfortunately, the food didn't come close to matching the setting. We left disappointed, especially considering the prices. If you want to experience how incredible Persian food really is, please try another Persian restaurant not this one.
