A few other helpful things I took note of: there are three ATM machines in the dining area if you need cash, and restrooms are available both near the main entrance and in the dining area. When a lid comes off that easily, it can turn what should have been an enjoyable food experience into a frustrating one before you even get the chance to eat your meal. I completely understand the importance of eco-friendliness, controlling costs, and maintaining profitability margins. However, I would highly recommend investing in better-quality to-go containers, especially for foods that contain liquids or sauces. I would personally rather pay a little more for my meal if it meant receiving a sturdier container that I could confidently carry out of the store. Sometimes the packaging is just as important as the food because it is part of the overall customer experience. Charge us a little more for a better-quality container, and I think many customers would thank you for it. I was genuinely excited about my corned beef hash, so it was disappointing to have an exciting experience turn into a bad one the moment I walked out the door. I hope the new containers can be reconsidered or improved.
