They have a bunch of different weekly things that go on here such as movie nights and so on. This is not a bar where guys can be dude bros this is definitely where the girls come to gossip and have little snacks and I love everything about that. The only men I saw here were with women and I think that was 3 including mine ABSOLUTELY coming back with friends and ordering a bunch of appetizers and drinks everything here looks as good as it tastes and the drinks are strong! The staff here is super sweet and just lovely

They've been here 2.5 years and from my first experience , they are absolutely crushing it. Dim lighting, beautiful bar design in a smaller space, and 90's-2000's hip hop was the perfect mix for a chill Friday night. Niaget took care of us at the bar (please forgive me if I got the spelling wrong!) and she is clearly a well trained mixologist. Cocktail menu is unique and the ingredients might seem a little far out, but trust the process. The drink pictured below was a bourbon-based (Old Forrester) custom cocktail that Niaget threw together. Hints of pineapple & mint mixed with my favorite brand bourbon made this an honest treat. I will be tossing this cocktail bar onto my favorites list and can't wait to go back.

One was a small side Caesar salad which I got. I was disappointed in the continuing practice for restaurants to charge for small changes like this within informing the customer. Waitress was very nice, however and attentive. What is also quite unique about the restaurant was that you could order small 4 oz beers, just for tasting at $2-3 each. The place is quite large and must get incredibly noisy at times with the hard surfaces and multiple TVs. There is an option to sit directly at the bar or at tables.

If you are looking for recommendations, I highly suggest trying: The Meatballs: A fantastic twist on a classic, served in a delicious lemon dill sauce instead of a typical marinara. The Sliders: Perfect pulled pork paired with fried green tomatoes and a tangy horseradish sauce. They also feature a highly creative and unique cocktail menu. Two of my personal standouts are the Beetle Juice, which incorporates fresh beet juice, and The Fishbone, which brilliantly highlights their house-made aquavit. Overall, it's a wonderful spot for a great atmosphere and an inventive menu!

A Fun Start to the Night at Conspiracy…read more We kicked off our night at Conspiracy, and it did not disappoint! It's a genuinely cool bar with a variety of seating areas to choose from. We opted for seats right at the bar, front row to the action. Fair warning: there were a few patrons nearby who'd clearly gotten an early start on their day and seemed more interested in basic shots than in actually experiencing what the mixologists here can do. If that's your scene, there's a time and place -- just maybe look elsewhere for it. That way, the rest of us can sit back, relax, and watch these bartenders work pure magic for our taste buds. And magic is the right word -- the drinks were fantastic. We gave them a sense of our preferences, and they ran with it, nailing every choice. For my second round, they skipped the menu entirely and just built something straight from their imagination -- exactly what you want from a place like this. The one food item we tried, the goat cheese pesto dip, missed the mark -- wouldn't order it again. But honestly, we weren't there for the food. With cocktails that good, it was still a win all around.

I visited in late July and had a Moscow Mule, the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese, and the apple and cheese flatbread. The mac and cheese was delicious, but the flatbread absolutely stole the show. I love a good sweet-and-savory combination, and the Honeycrisp apples with brie and mozzarella were out-of-this-world good. Easily one of the best flatbreads I've had. The atmosphere was just as memorable. It's dark but warm, with a very intentional speakeasy feel. I especially loved the half-moon green velvet booths--they create such a cozy, intimate setting and would be perfect for a dinner date or a more elegant evening out. The staff were polite and professional, and even the way they were dressed felt slightly more upscale and added to the overall experience. I really enjoyed everything about my visit and would absolutely come back. Whether you're looking for a nice date-night spot or just somewhere with great food and atmosphere, I'd recommend it. And seriously--get the flatbread.

However please stay away from a bartender named Rae she unprofessionally approach my date and told her she should rethink her time and that she wasn't safe. There were several "reserved" tables that remained empty until after we had finished eating, so I think the restaurant could benefit from a better reservation system with more accurate buffer times to accommodate walk-in guests. To avoid the wait, we decided to sit at the bar, and I'm glad we did because the food was amazing. The fried chicken and waffles were perfectly seasoned, and the waffle had a unique texture and flavor that reminded me of a combination of a traditional waffle and a soft pretzel. The cheesy potato cake was absolutely delicious. The fruit bowl was also good, but I wish they had been a little more generous with the blueberry pudding. The shrimp and grits came with large tomatoes, which may not be for everyone, and my friend felt the dish was lacking grits overall. She didn't feel like she got her money's worth. Would I go back? Absolutely. My meal was delicious, and I can't wait to return and try more of their homemade, fresh dishes. I also think it's great that they partner with local farmers to help curate their menu.
