After getting home I came to this! I called the establishment and the manager was rude and hung up. Do not buy here. RUDE RUDE RUDE. NO MANNERS. NO COMPREN AQUÍ.

First thing served was chips and salsa, which were great and as expected. Salsa can be creamy and watery as a heads up. I went with my partner (he got the Carne Asada Tacos): They were great and had a good serving size of 4 tacos with beans! Definitely recommend if you're looking for classic tacos And I got the Quesabirrias: PHENOMENAL... I had a greattt time so I would HIGHLYYYY recommend this card!! There's a menu with pictures of all types of plates that I selected the Quesabirrias.. Restaurant is really nice and clean, service was great and really fast bc the staff have ear , and the ambiance is nice. There is a bar area for those interested.

We hosted my brothers graduation here in the private section and it was so perfect! They were on point with the food and service. Very attentive. Orders of a big party taken perfectly. The cocktails were delicious, and they even had live Marachi band and karaoke at the end of the night.

The featured menu with zero pricing

My parents went to eat here as they have been going there for a while and pretty frequently. However, they will not be returning after charging my Mother $30 for an okay cocktail, using Don Julio blanco. Which an entire bottle of that cost $30.. I'm in the industry of the spirits world and I told her to talk to a manager as that has to be a mistake. Nope he gaslit her and said "well we pour two shots in there and we need to make our margins" that's literally the cost of the entire bottle! This was ordered off the featured menu where they did not put pricing knowing people will get stuck with paying. This shouldn't be no more than a $14 cocktail. You're just straight out stealing money from your customers with this little move.

Food was delish, didn't take long to arrive and it was fresh. Had to deduct two stars because took a good while for my waitress to come. When she finally did she was friendly and took my order quickly, but once my food came I never saw her again until she brought the bill. Place wasn't packed at 2 in a Wednesday afternoon. But in any case, because the food and horchata was so good I'd go back. I got the deluxe burrito and it was just what the doctor order. Filling and oh so good.

    Pollo Con Crema

Don Pedro used to have the best pollo con crema in the area, one if my favorite tex-mex dishes. Same as their sister ship Azteca Mexican Restaurants'. Any restaurant can have a bad day, but after 3 trips for my 'ol fav it's obvious they have changed the way they prepare this once flavorful dish, and it's not for the better. If you're not familiar with pollo con crema, generally it's grilled chicken served in a sour cream bechamel sauce with onions, bell pepper, and sometimes mushrooms. The key to a great PCC is griddle cooking the chicken first to infuse that great maillard effect flavor, then finishing off with the cream sauce and the vegetables. After ordering and it came back within a few minutes, I suspected the worst. And I was right. The chicken was either boiled, poached, or steamed. The bell peppers and onions were still raw and crunchy. The cream sauce had no flavor whatsoever and the flavorless chicken wasn't even completely covered in the sauce. Obviously cooked separately, then tossed in. Yuck! What a shame! I will say this though, the mango margarita was pretty tasty!

taco was soggy , server didn't check on me much and I paid $41 when I didn't even eat my whole meal . Place is the same as Aztec restaurant instead Aztec is way better in food quality, customer service , and speed . I will not be back !!

I experienced good customer service and food here. The staff is extremely welcoming and cares about their customers. One person I was with sent her food back twice because of not understanding the menu (her fault, not the restaurant's fault). The waitress was so patient with her and allowed her to reorder. Really nice dining room and there is also a outdoor dining area.

I Always come here for the tortilla soup. It's so delish!! the servers are always nice & attentive. If your looking for a classy authentic Mexican restaurant this is it! They also have a Gold room for special events.

Went here for a friends birthday. They had great customer service and even did something special for her which I thought was really sweet. They even gave some dessert that I would say was better than the entree I got. I got the fajitas and it was not at all what I expected. The onions were not cooked the way I liked. Usually the meat looks seasoned more but this meal just looked more "white" in appearance and there were more veggies than meat. I was a bit disappointed since I never had a fajita that disappointed me. However, I must say their drinks were pretty good as well as their guac. I came on a day where they had a band going on so that made my experience a bit better.

    Receipt

it's illegal to charge gratitude without NOTICE, it need to be printed on the menu or on the establishment as AD .. or even verbally, your customers need to know that the gratuity it's included for a table family of 4, if that's the policy it's ok, but we need to know. If they don't want to have it printed clear and loud, your server need to let you know. And the 18 % it's before taxes. The 18% of $76.45 it's $13.76 NOT $17.08.

So delicious l... I was seriously craving Mexican food done the right way and this place did not disappoint. Everything was fresh all the way down to the guacamole that was made at the bar while I watched. The enchiladas were amazing with the rice and refried beans...oh yeah they will be seeing me again soon. This week!!

Well , after a round of "what do want " I don't know..... what do you want ? We decided on visiting the Crafty crab. After all , you can't go wrong with seafood right ? Boy were we wrong . When we walked in we were serenaded by " Pop that coochie" from the 2 live crew . We were seated and ordered . I was then told what I ordered wasn't available and the menu didn't reflect that . Ok , no problem so I went with a Po boy fish sandwich and the wife got a boil to share with the daughter . The Po boy came out really fast , like too fast and so I was like ok let's see what this is all about . The bun was refrigerator cold and the "fish" was more breading than fish and had an awful oil tinge to it . A fish filet could have beat it. The wife didn't even finish eating as she said it was awful. Besides the "ambiance " Tran's the food , I'd say the soft drink was the best thing and the server was cool as well . No thank you crafty crab. When I got home I had a feeling of nausea and kept trying to wash it away with anything I could keep down .

Despite it being packed, we were seated immediately because we said we would take an outdoor table. As soon as the server came to our table to take our drink order, we made sure to order our food too. After this interaction, we never saw her again until the bill. Other employees ended up dropping off our drinks & food. I ordered 1/3 rack of the St. Louis Style ribs. It came with two sides. I chose French fries and chips & guacamole. Chips & guacamole was considered a premium side so they charged an extra $4. It took about 20 minutes for us to get our food after we ordered. This wasn't a bad wait considering how busy the restaurant was. Food was decent and the location was nice as it was on the water. The absolute best part of the whole dining experience was the music. Whoever was controlling the playlist that night deserves a raise. It was peak millennial, throwback to the Disney Channel days music. There was a ton of parking as the restaurant is located in a big shopping center. I would definitely go here again, but if there is a concert nearby that night, I would recommend getting there early.

They were done eating by the time my lamb chops came out so I just boxed it to go. Our server was very attentive to some patrons, we were not them. When we asked about the crab cake appetizer, we were told it came with 3 cakes and the server even said that was great because there were 3 of us and everyone could try one. We ordered them. It came with 2. We asked the food runner about it and he said, nope, always with 2. We didn't say anything else about it, we'll share. The server comes to us and says she never said it came with 3. We had never been to this restaurant. We ordered 3 appetizers, food and drink. We're not trying to get over on you for a crab cake. Apologize for the misinformation instead of doubling down. Why would we make that up? It's not the establishment's fault, definitely the server. Good customer service would've been, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, I had them put another in for you. Or, just leave it alone. We had. My friends enjoyed their food. The appetizers were really all I could judge from a dine in experience. The Everything green dip was my favorite. I ended up giving my boxed up dinner to my son. It had just taken so long to receive it and I was over it by the time we left. They also said that mine took so long because I'd ordered my lamb chops well done. But, to that I say to bring all the meals out at the same time still!

The side of Mac was $9 the entree of Mac was $26. If I go back and get the entree I would definitely share it. Sooooo good, nice and creamy and cheesy, huge pieces of shrimp. We asked for our table to be wiped down and the busboy who was supposed to come never did and we eventually just switched tables. Our server was super sweet and accommodating, just a little forgetful. After two asks for some things we just let it go. It was a very busy Thursday evening though. She was working very hard and professional. Great suggestions from her from the menu. The busboy popped up as we were finishing our meal. We saw him again as we were leaving. He was out back hanging out with other workers. Which explains why our server couldn't find him and the table never got wiped down. Overall I would return. I really liked the vibe. Good energy. People were happy and having fun. Food is wonderful, very well seasoned with flavor and I want to try more things. However that's where the good experience ended. Took literally 20min for a waiter to even come over, in spite of seeing at least 3 different workers come out to help patrons who were seated already and eating. A couple that got seated right after me was waiting just as long. When a waitress finally came out to get my order, I wanted a drink but opted for just water because I didn't have time to be waiting even longer for refills that prob would never come on a paid drink. I went ahead and placed my order too because again, didn't need anymore time passing, especially since I had been sitting for 20min anyway had plenty time to figure what I wanted. She takes my order and immediately goes back inside, leaving the couple who came after me still waiting to even get a cup of water or any acknowledgement. It's like they can't multitask or something. I literally saw abt 4 different waiters on that small patio coming and going so couldn't for the life of me figure out what the hold ups were. Anyways only brunch was served at that time so I opted for the chicken and waffles. It was good but I think $16 for two small wings and a waffle a bit much, but everything is expensive these days. The food didn't take long to come out after I ordered. It was advertised as coming with warm maple syrup. But nope cold syrup in small lil cups. Again since I waited so long to even be served i didn't have the patience to wait for some warm syrup. Overall food was just ok, nothing to make me want to go running back for. And my waitress never even came back to check on me until it was time to bring the check. SMH. They have a lot of work to do on customer service.
