It is super soul nourishing just to watch the dogs run with wild abandon across this enormous expanse of space. If your dog prefers water to land, no problem. They also have a separate fenced-off pond area. They've recently added in a little pub area call the Thirsty Hound, and they've applied for a liquor license for it. It's got a nice little fenced-in patio area what a beautiful view of the grounds, pond, and the sunset. And to top that off, on Tuesdays they have food trucks come in and set up shop in the parking lot. Truly a Nirvana for both dogs and their owners.

Made notes of anything that may be usual. Michael even took extra steps such as bringing in the mail and taking out the trash. Every day we got a text with a picture of Remy from Michael. Those picture texts help relieve any anxiety we had about leaving Remy. We saw pictures of Remy eating (our biggest concern), and looking happy in general. All of this service for the same cost as I would expect anyone to to tip a neighbor or friend for less work. Dog Days Kalamazoo is insured and bonded. We had Michael keep our key because we will be using him again.

Jennifer used to work for a vet and recognized the dire symptons. Frantically calling us she drove our dog to Kalamazoo Emergency Pet Hospital. Due to the 3 hour time gap we finally picked up our phone and got Jennifer just mins from the hospital. We gave our permission for surgery and called the hospital to give our credit card #. No little bill as you can imagine. We owed our dog's life to Jennifer. Needless to say we do not board anywhere else and have all our dog grooming done there too.

Our sitter was Michelle and she took the time to get to know our cats during the meet and greet. Having younger kitten, we opted for the 40 minute daily visits to ensure some playtime. Michelle sent us a daily recap and pictures to make sure we knew our girls were in good hands. She also grabbed our mail and a package that was delivered while we were gone.
