I know its conveyor sushi and its low quality. But i have been to many conveyor belt sushi and this one is probably the worst. There were almost nothing on the belt and it was lunch time Sunday. The items that were on the belt taste stale. So I ordered from the menu, it was better but still doesn't taste good. Rice didn't have any vinegar. All other items were over priced. They also charge for basic green tea. Couldn't they make a large pot and serve it to their customers. Would make the customer so much happier. Lastly, the worst is the rice. For a sushi restaurant to mess up rice is just blasphemy. It was mushy rice and it was packed so dense i could throw it and it would hurt if it hits you. Here is a picture. First time in here and we enjoyed it. I went vegan early this year so I haven't really tried to find vegan sushi options, but this place had many. $3.50 a plate coming off the belt but they do have a menu to order other things. Vegetarian and Vegan options are clearly labeled. Server was pleasant and paying attention when we needed things, like another napkin. The sesame noodles were good. I wasn't ready for the cold, but once my brain realized the situation I did like it. The vegetable goyza is vegetarian and comes with a peanut sauce. I then had a garden roll(veggies) and avocado roll. I know, something so simple like avocado, but the flavor with soy sauce absolutely satisfied that sushi flavor craving. There were more options but sadly none came down the belt, and I either didn't like that flavor or didn't have time to request, so I didn't get to try them . Edamame, cucumber roll, spinach dish, tempera green bean roll. Plus fruit is on the belt. All in all there were enough options and the rolls I did have absolutely made me happy. They put more value in a $30 fake verification certificate that you can buy from any company online than they do you haveing a genuine medical disability. But it was the food that disappointed. I'd estimate 70% of the spots on the conveyer were empty the whole time we were there. Very limited selection. What we did try was marginal at best. We went for dinner here on 3/11/2022, waited almost an hour for a table for 5, but other places at the mall had around the same wait times. The place is clean and neat, food was pretty good but I feel it's priced kinda high for some of the conveyer belt stuff and most of the order up items. We were there towards the end of the evening, but our service was still on point, only other downside was that they "ran out" of items that I enjoyed - minus a star. Another thing, not their fault, but like I said in another Japanese food review, I got caught eating sushi with cream cheese!!! I had a great experience at bittyfish. All of the plates were $3.50. The sushi was good quality. My favorite was the tempura California roll. I had to order one because I didn't see it on the belt. It turned out to be deep fried, and it came out nice and warm. It was fun getting to try so many different rolls for an affordable price. I wish I had tried the gyoza. They weren't checking vaccination cards, and none of the customers were masked, so it didn't feel particularly safe. read more

We ordered Bitty Fish sushi for pick up and were happy with what we received. We ordered a few hot dishes, potato katsu & tempura California rolls and both arrived pretty warm & pretty crunchy. Could have been better, could have been worse. As reference, we live about 7 mins from the restaurant, so I won't knock them for that. We also ordered kinshi rolls & crispy chicken rolls. Everything was delicious! We ordered just a half an hour before closing and everything still tasted really fresh. Staff let me know I could look at the menu and order anything I saw there, but I was still frustrated that some of the more interesting rolls weren't being offered on the belt. Comparatively speaking, BittyFish is just that: a tiny fish in a big pond. There are a myriad of choices in the area for sushi -- all of which would be a better choice than BittyFish. I had ordered nigiri sake and tuna to go. The estimated wait was nearly an hour. I figured they must be busy. When I walked in, there were approximately 8 customers seated, two sushi chefs preparing for the conveyor belt, a hostess, and at least six staff laughing and talking near the back wall. Didn't seem to be any reason why my simple order of nigiri should take 50 min to prepare. I was early to pick up, and my sushi was prepared only after the hostess reminded the chefs it was nearly time for my order to be ready. This after I'd already been in the store nearly 15 minutes. I watched as the pieces were prepared and noted there was no wasabi placed between the rice and fish as is customary. No fresh cut fish either. Pre-cut and pre-packaged (and looking previously frozen), I watched as they peeled fish pieces away from a slab and place them on smaller-than-usual rice balls. The presentation was laughable. I had two trays with haphazardly placed nigiri and nothing else. Nothing green. Just nigiri on a black plastic bottom with a clear plastic lid. No fresh wasabi either. The wasabi was packaged like ketchup and tasted terrible as did the prepacked ginger in tiny condiment cups. Having no fresh wasabi of course there would be none placed on the nigiri during preparation. I like to mix wasabi with soy sauce for light dipping. This stuff wouldn't mix in. It just clumped and wouldn't dissolve. It was disgusting. Between the epic time to prepare, the poor presentation and flavor, and the unprofessional atmosphere with more staff milling about than there were actual customers in the store, I have decided to scratch BittyFish from my dance card. Save yourself the unpleasantness; you can get better sushi at a grocery store. read more

My daughter and I were at the mall to buy cookies. On our way out, we passed by BittyFish. The one craving I've not been able to satiate during the pandemic has been sushi. I bit the bullet and walked in. The manager was a wonderful woman. She let me order what I wanted, then suggested two items based on what I said. Those two items, the Double Pepper (it's smoky, I think they used a torch on it...) and the Go Green (vegetarian, full of good flavor and texture) rolls were our favorites. Everything was good- it's a nice set-up-and I wish I would have been able to experience kaiten style but alas, Covid. We'll be back to try other items but for sure will always have those two rolls. Step up from Blue C? Not 100% sure yet. I didn't like how the latter transitioned away from kaiten towards the end. I hope BittyFish makes it. Crappy time to open a restaurant. :( read more

Been here quite a few times and the service is always great! The sushi is good, not great but good and priced right. I've also had there chicken teriyaki which is delicious. However the overall experience is great as the restaurant is always clean, staff is on point, and food/drinks are good. I am so excited bittyfish is open! I've missed quality conveyor belt sushi since it makes eating out with kids easy and fun. We had lots of the old favorites- edamame, California rolls, gyoza, avocado rolls (kids) but tried the super tasty Go Green roll, a tuna poke bowl and an order of Hama chili (for me - soooo good!). There is so much on the menu that it's almost overwhelming but I was also super happy that the chefs could do a custom order, too (finicky kids!).
