I like this place cuz you have the chance to try different types of sushi, very affordable and tasty. The only problem is that when there is not many people just half of the plates are rolling around.

This is such a good place to introduce your kids to sushi because it's all on the conveyor belt and pretty affordable per plate so you can easily try many different things and if they don't like it, you can give it to the adult or whatever. my favorite is the spider roll at this location. The food is all fresh. It's fun to be able to watch them make it and put it up on the belt. Staff is all super friendly and if you don't see something on the belt, you can always say something and they'll get it up there for you and there's also another menu that you can order other things off of. nothing to complain about here. It's always clean always friendly welcoming. We've been many times and we always have a great experience

Extremely disappointed in the accusatory and hostile staff and management I encountered here today. I placed an order on DoorDash and their staff told me my order was already picked up by a gentleman an hour ago. I explained to them that this was impossible as I didn't make the order an hour ago and provided proof of this. Instead of accepting the fact the establishment made a mistake, I had to firmly explain that I did not receive my order that I paid for. After waiting around for 15 minutes for my order to be made the manager tells me, "I'm not welcome back". I had also explained to him that I was a Software Engineer and unless the app was hacked, I've had my phone in hand and no one could have shown the staff the image below, "Show order details to staff". He offered me to wait while he cancelled my DoorDash order so I could receive a refund. He then told me, "I can leave now" to my back as I was walking away after explaining to him how a paying customer would expect to be treated. As a manager this was extremely unprofessional. He let me know he would be contacting the owner and I asked where I could contact the owner. I asked for his business card and he said the establishment was a restaurant and he didn't have one. I then asked to leave my number. He also sarcastically said, "I'm not a software engineer". Overall, I love the food here but will not be coming back due to the lack of professionalism and disrespect I was shown. I do apologize to the customers in the restaurant as they had to hear me strongly discuss and urge the establishment to satisfy my order that I was there to pickup. Edit: The manager told me I could get in touch with the owner by email. There's no email listed for the business. I would love to discuss this further with the owner. I also asked the manager to take a look at the cameras to see that I did not pickup my order in which he told me, "we don't have cameras".

I only ate from the sushi belt and I'd say there was a pretty good selection of rolls including some desserts. Service is amazing and server was very attentive. I had lunch and it was busy but service was quick. Great music selection as well. Family friendly.

This place was okay. We were in the area so decided to give it a try. It was pretty basic, but did it's job. The service wasn't good. We had to wait a long while before we got attended too, we had to continious flag for service. The sushi quality is okay.

Dawg roll is a must have! You will thank me later

The wait for 2 people was only 5 minutes. Like last time, the conveyer was so convenient and the food was fresh, so if you're having lunch but have to go to a meeting in 30 minutes and craving sushi, this place is perfect. The dawg roll was my favorite! The people were so kind. The price was only $41 for 8 plates which is so reasonable considering the prices today. Like last time, I had a wonderful experience.

    Interior -- conveyor belt line

This is my first time in Seattle that's not on a military post, so I enjoyed this experience. It's your standard conveyor belt dining where you grab your own plate off the line, but the service is great with a comfortable atmosphere. The interior has great seating and space for parties of four, and we were sat up front near the register. I tried a bit of everything (that didn't have egg or pork), and it a was good for my expectations. The food was well priced (especially for Seattle--it was better than Phoenix prices), and our server Eva constantly checked on us while refilling our drinks and clearing our table. The food is charged by the plate, and off belt items are clearly stated in the menu. Eva even went over the items with our party since we split the ticket four ways. I'd recommend to others who haven't been here before, and this was a nice introduction to Seattle.

Chicken Gyoza was good, but noodles dissapointed

The service was really good and the staff were kind and attentive. However, the food was disappointing -- the fish didn't taste fresh and the flavor overall wasn't great. Unfortunately, we wouldn't come back a second time with our family.

    Wasabi imposter!
    Dazzle R.

Typical sushi belt place, especially being at the mall. They have a decent menu for hot and off belt dishes. Our server, Angela R was awesome. She was so great taking our orders and endless add ons. Service with a smile and friendliness, what more could you ask for?! Wasabi isn't the real deal, color and taste are off - bummed there. Cucumber salad was warm, dried out and tasteless. Definitely seemed like it had frequent flier miles on the belt. Everyhting else was as expected. Pork gyiza dipping sauce has a hint of peanut and some heat which I loved. In fact, we used the remaining sauce on the sesame noodles and used it to dip our veggie tempura in. Overall, mall conveyor belt was decent, the ginger margarita is definitely worth a try too!

I with 3 other adults and 2 kids (middle and elementary school), and we sat in a booth. The kids loved the revolving belt and putting the plates into the slot for a prize! I like that you can order the same nigiri, rolls, and more (like udon, fried foods, and other entrees) via touchscreen. They'll make it for you and send it zipping down on the top belt! I wish they had a portable screen, like the ordering iPad at Hai Di Lao where everyone can take a look through the screen. It was a bit difficult to order because I was on the outer end of the booth, but the kids were right next to the belt and the screen. Fish quality and everything was decent--not blow you away highest quality, but as expected for a revolving belt sushi restaurant that values quick turnaround. I'd definitely come back for a family night or alone, but not so much for a date. - should be noted that there was no line or no wait for me and my party. I usually come here 2-3 times a year when I'm craving "fast" sushi. Since they've been open, I haven't had a bad experience or poor-quality food. If there's one small drawback, it's that some staff (not all) aren't always attentive with things like water refills. That said, service here is fairly minimal by design--staff mainly help with drink refills, clearing plates, and bringing out items that the conveyor or robot can't deliver. The ambiance is fast-paced and casual. You order from a tablet, and your food arrives via conveyor belt to your table. Most diners aren't here longer than 1-2 hours. It can get a bit loud due to close seating and the conveyor/robot activity, but it's nothing that takes away from the overall experience. As long as the food and service stay consistent, I'll keep coming back whenever I'm in the mood for quick, convenient sushi. TL;DR: Reliable spot for quick, good sushi with a fun conveyor setup. Service is minimal and can be hit or miss, but the food keeps me coming back.

It's definitely not the best sushi in the world (I would give that between 3 to 5 stars depending on the item), but the convenience and value just can't be beat, hence the 5 stars. Also, I take people with kids here because the entertainment value is so high with the water delivery robot and the automatic track delivery system. It's a fun ambiance - like we're living in the future. My favorites are the seared garlic salmon, the french roll, and the negi hama roll. For the hot foods, it's hands down the oden udon and the chicken katsu donburi. Definitely highly recommended.

The restaurant's ambiance is such that it feels like you are dining alone, as the high-backed seating prevents visibility of other patrons, except for those seated next to you. Consequently, it is also impossible to see the staff. The restaurant utilizes technology to facilitate ordering and serving. Robot servers and automatic belt conveyers deliver orders to the table. Regrettably, it is challenging to request assistance from human servers. I dropped my napkin on the floor, and I was unable to request a replacement due to the absence of a call button, no option to order napkins on the tablet, and the invisibility of servers. This situation is unpleasant, particularly with soy sauce spilled on the table. I was quite frustrated. The constant overlap of loud radio music and zen music from the robot is not ideal. I would prefer it if the Japanese "Zen" music from the robot was played all the time, while the background radio station was turned off. The radio's energetic vibe does not fit with the restaurant's layout and atmosphere. Alternatively, using Zen music as background music and turning off the robot's music would be a better option. This is my opinion. I have mix uneasy feeling to dine here. I believe technology is most effective in a busy restaurant with adequate staff. The atmosphere, layout, music, staff, and food quality do not cohesively come together.
