The miso soup was good. I wish the lettuce in the salad wasn't so wet and that they tossed it a bit to get rid of the excess water, since it made the dressing watery. The bulgogi had good flavor, but it was big chunks of meat stuck together that I had to cut it up. The teriyaki sauce on the side really helped the dish because alone it lacked flavor. I've been to many places in many cities but this is by far one of the worst places i've ever been to. The meat is burnt to a crisp. When we let management know they kindly brought us more burnt meat . For context, I bought the galbi short ribs which are $3 extra. It comes with about 6 piece of meat. All of which are burnt and the replacement meat is only came with 3 pieces. The food is exceptionally bland minus the sauces you can put into them and the taste of burnt leathery meat. Buffet options are stale and have been sitting there. All the food here seems to be premade, thrown into a bowl and reheated. The floors seem to have been mopped with maple syrup, they're so stuck I almost tripped. This place was completely empty otherwise. Absolutely loved it! The music was nice and chill, plenty of room and not busy(we went Friday around 3:30pm and only one couple was there so I hope more ppl find this place to keep it going). The food was so good. I got the spicy bulgolgi hot stone bowl with purple rice and everything except carrots and sesame nori since I'm allergic to both. They still put in the carrots and my allergy isn't extreme enough that I can't just eat around it so I didn't mind. If you have a more serious allergy I would emphasize it. I can't recommend the spicy bulgolgi enough though! It's not super spicy just flavorful and the pieces are the biggest I've ever seen! Not strips! They were still tender though it was so good! Probably my favorite I've had ever. They also brought the food to our table and the girls were so sweet! The fountain drinks are self serve and so is the little buffet table with some things to treat yourself with like miso soup and salad. I helped myself to the seaweed salad while I waited for my food.
