I've gone to this Pizza Hut several times (months apart) because they are close to my house. Every time they suck. Horrible service and horrible pizza. I honestly don't know how they can consistently make terrible pizza. I also wonder how they actually stay in business and why their management is so horrible that they don't fix these basic problems. I go to the one by Lee and MacArthur and they're always AWESOME. I'm assuming it's a different owner. Day shift is awesome. Ordered a delivery late night but driver went home early so I did not get my food. Called next morning talk to Shannon she was nice and got me on the phone with the manager James. James took care of it for me and got me my order asap. As a former employee at this establishment. I can definitely give an insight on how this restaurant is managed. The hygiene of the workers are poor. several of the people handling your food have never heard of washing their hands they will touch their hair, phones, face or nose and go back to fixing your food without following proper sanitation. on that topic while working here if you order the wings there is a high chance they might drop it on the ground and put it back in the container before saucing. at one point during my experience there was a employee coming in with lice spreading to other workers and still coming to work with lice the next day. As far as how the employees treat the costumer they will treat you with respect and as soon as you leave they will tear into everything about you. there was constant drug use with shift manager and minors who worked there bring in weed or dap pens. How they treat their employees is the worst treatment I think anyone could receive in a job setting. first the pay start at 8 dollars an hour on any position. and they overwork you to the extreme while server will play on on their phone and make more then everyone. they treat the cook as the lowest position even though they are the reason the company runs. don't even think about asking a position change as the manager will rudely sit you down and tell your responsibility and explains to that it your fault your feeling unappreciated. at the beginning it seems like a fun job and good experience but personally working as someone in retail I make 11 dollar an hour which is the same pay for a manger at Pizza Hut. ps I hope the manager reads this because she mistreated her employees read more

Walked in the door around 11:10 am and we were their first customer of the day. Wasnt greeted with a friendly attitude. Unfortunately after standing there for a moment and the 2 employees finished their conversation they looked at us and was greeted with something like "what yall need" cant remember the exact words. We sat down and looked around at tables not clean and floors not cleaned from the night before. Waitress for the lack of another name to call her was so rude that we just told her never mind and left there and drove into Alexandria to the Pizza Hut there. Also the AC wasnt cooling. Literally the worst Pizza Hut in the Pineville area. For a year now they have been picking up the phone and hanging up immediately. They do this or put you on hold until you hang up. So this last time I called again and they tried to blame it on one of the phones. Anyways I ordered my pizza and then they gave me the grossest pizza I've ever had from there. Our visit didn't start off very well. I was in the restroom with an employee in the stall next to me. She left before me and without washing her hands. When I came out, low and behold she was our waitress. She asked if we wanted any appetizers and I asked her if she had washed her hands. I explained to her that I saw her leave the restroom without washing her hands. She denied being in the restroom but she had on a specific type of shoe. We placed our order online and then called to make sure that they understood that we needed light sauce on the pizzas as well as ordered and paid for extra cheese. DH picked pizza up through the drive-thru. Gets home with it and there is literally NO SAUCE and BARELY ANY cheese. We paid $17 to eat cardboard that someone through pepperoni onto. We tried this Pizza Hut location as we were starting to have problems out of the other location in town. You would think with such a small town that doesn't have many restaurant options, they would get it right. This is not the only time that we have had the exact same issue. I take my daughter to eat our favorite pizza that has the worst consistent service of any restaurant in Cenla in my opinion. So we walk in and there may be 3 tables of people at 12:30 for lunch buffet. We waited long enough and ended up sitting ourselves. The waitress that needed up being the manager met up with me at the pizza bar to ask me what we wanted to drink. 3 kinds of pizza available with dried out bread sticks and I had to ask for more sauce because what was on the bar was almost empty and warm at best. I asked her if they could put something on the bar with jalapeños and you would have thought I asked her to loan me $500. Once the pizza came out it had so many jalapeños on it you could have made 2 pizzas with them. The waitress/manager pasted by the table 1/2 dozen times but never checked on us so finally I brought our glasses up to the counter to get refills where I met a lady. We talked about how poor the service was while we waited for someone to meet us. Finally the manager came up to the register and handed me my ticket where I said I wasn't quite ready I needed some refills. I went back to my table so mad but it doesn't do any good to complain about the service here because it never seems changes. It amazes me to see that this particular location continues to get the same ratings and responses but apparently no one listens. read more

My husband and I dined there when we were in town for benefit car show. The service was awful,mixed up orders,incompetent staff. There were 2 National Guardsmen seated in booth behind us,and my husband,being retired Army wanted to anonymously pay their bill,but it was a nightmare to get the staff to understand how to combined their bill with ours. After over an hour of total chaos,we finally got things settled..their excuse was new staff in training...train them before throwing 3 or 4 in the ring together with little or no supervision. read more
