Let me preface this by saying that this resturaunt clearly puts their heart and soul into the food. It was amazing. And the manager we spoke to went above and beyond to make sure not only we were ok, but she was checking on so many tables and was in the back helping the kitchen. I'm sorry to her that we had these issues while it was so busy. Also the ambiance was excellent. Beautiful decor very simple yet elegant. I wish I tried the beer but i was upset and not hungry anymore. Story Time: we came to the restaurant ordered a lot of food. They had a sign on the table for the happy hour from 3 to 7 after we had ordered off of that happy hour menu we had found out that that menu is for the bar and patio it is not for dining. my chicken parmigiana with spaghetti had a long black hair in it which confused me because the man who brought it to me had like no hair. I had told our waitress about the hair and just asked for it to be taken off our bill that was the end of that conversation because she never came back to our table for the rest of the night which was about 45 minutes to an hour of us being there. The manager was kind enough to offer us not only the buffalo sliders, but she also asked if we wanted one of their famous pazookies which was of course phenomenal. Overall, the experience wasn't terrible I'm writing this so the situation will actually be followed up on. When the manager had brought our bill over. Again, our server was dealing with her other three tables so she was apparently too busy. So the manager was our correspondence that's when we found out about the specials but we had asked the manager a server our server who i went to ask for a box. And then we had to ask another server for a box and she brought us a bowl. All of this while our server was purposefully, avoiding our table going out out of her way, physically to not have to walk next to our table which was near the bar. She walked around other sections so that she didn't have to walk past us to go to the table that was behind us. read more

On Saturday August 8th, 2026 I had the BEST experience at a restaurant that I've ever had in my life. I just want to say that this place went ABOVE & BEYOND for my wife's graduation afterparty. We had decorations that we requested to be set up upon arrival to surprise our graduate and they set-up the tables beautifully and delivered! Our server, the tall gentleman with glasses (his name starts with an "A"), was absolutely INCREDIBLE and so attentive despite having numerous parties at once. The management was also so incredibly kind and catered so well to my families requests despite them being busy. On top of everything, the food was brought out so quick & was delicious. And so were the drinks! My father-in-law actually said he would drive an hour an a half just for the burger. My family was very happy and satisfied with our trip to BJ's in Corpus Christi and we will be regularly visiting this location in the future. We went to BJ's on SPID just to try it out. I hadn't been there in a few years, maybe back when it first opened in 2018-19. It's really nice and clean on the inside which put us in a good mood. We ordered drinks before eating. My wife got the Mai Thai and I got beer and a double shot of Jamison. I didn't like the one light beer they had on draft. It was too hoppy for me. During the mail, I ordered a bottle of Coors (didn't have it on draft). We ordered a flat bread pizza for my wife and I got the fish and chips but substituted the rice pilaf for the fry's. The food was really good. My wife loved her pizza and it was the best battered fish I've ever had. The rice was pretty good too. However the price was a bit high. It was $107.00 and change. I gave a $20.00 tip so an expensive lunch for sure. I think it was the drinks (not sure). I'd go back for the food but drink less.‍ read more

Super disappointed. Half of my prime rib was fat. Drinks were blah. Service was lazy. Soup was a glob of mush. Order of Nachos was missing meat and instead was covered in a sweet BBQ sauce. Complete opposite of my first visit to a BJ's. And to the Business Rep that replied and said to please let a Manager know so they could fix things on the spot, I know to do this and usually would but not easy with 4 kids at table that was in the middle of servers walking back and forth. We went in last night for date night. Our sever was great,,, the beer was flat both of them and she replaced it with other beer. That's fine, once the food came out and they were burgers, we should have just sent them back and they were both burnt. But we just ate because we had plans. I so wish we had returned it all back. Later on in the evening both of us really sick. There was obviously something wrong with the burgers. We are still both in bed really sick. I called this morning and spoke to the kitchen manager and offered us a gift card. Still have not received anything. Arrived and greeted, asked for a specific seat. Was told that sections server had. It arrived yet. Ok that's understandable. Was seated and waitress was awesome, helpful, and perky. Drinks and food were good served at the correct temperatures. What was strange was way before they were scheduled to close and very suddenly the staff began flipping up very ruff and loudly the seat parts of the half booths. The floor manager at BJ's was amazing! She helped my table get situated and assisted her servers by checking on us periodically. This professionalism was honestly worth 5 stars for sure! The wait was intended to be 30- 45 minutes and her and the hostess helped find us a table quicker. Especially on a night of a college graduation and the football game for Broncos vs. Lions. The food came out last my party of 3 (4 Including me) my food came out. and was missing the ribs i had ordered the tri tip combo and it was undercooked. I asked for the manager and in the process the waiter apologized and said " I'm sorry I only heard you say tri tip combo" so you would think ok it comes with another main. Finally the manager came made it right removed some items from our tab and still gave me the food boxed up. When I got home and tried to eat some the tri tip was still undercooked. read more

Really liked the service at this BJs restaurant in Corpus Christi. The dining room was clean and music wasn't too loud. The dining room was cold but we didn't ask to turn up the heat either. I'm sure they would have accommodated it if we asked. I had the tri-tip wedge salad which was delicious. The Helen's of the meat and blue cheese was fantastic. Only change I would suggest is put the dressing on the side. Too much at the bottom of the plate for me. Also, the coffee they serve is very good. We walked into the restaurant and were greeted by the person who was behind the to go food counter. She said hello and continued with what she was doing, then walked away. We stood there at least 5 minutes and was looked at by at least 3 other employees. But no one made an effort to help us. This was only our 2nd time there. I could understand if it was packed, but there was no one there. Am not feeling like it's my not my type of establishment. Why would they look out way if they weren't going to help. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I ordered the pasta feast meal deal to go online today March 15, 2024 at 10:37pm which totaled $56.81. The payment processed on my card and I can see the amount was removed from my account. However I never received a confirmation email for my order and when I called the location, they stated they did not have a ticket for me. I spoke to the GM Morgan who said since they didn't see a ticket/payment on their side, they are unwilling to give me the food I paid for. I have proof of full payment and so now I don't have my money or my food. When talking to Morgan, he said this was the second time tonight that someone called about this issue so clearly something is going on for their side which means they should have some integrity and honor the customers proof of payment. Idk what is going on with their system but this was my first AND last time ever trying to order from this place. They should be ashamed! And if you decide to order from here, I'd definitely suggest not ordering online since they'll just take your money and say sorry no food!
