It is delicious on its own however the kitchen did not salt or pepper it seemingly at all. So in order to truly enjoy it you must be bold and salt/pepper it yourself. It brought the ceviche to life and made everything pop. Very good choice for an appetizer. For our main dishes I she got the Bang-Bang shrimp pasta. You are greeted with a half pound of popcorn shrimp covered in a delectable spicy sauce that pairs so nicely with the pasta. It is very filling so you will have leftovers (unless you've eaten nothing all day of course). I got the Crawfish Étoufée and I was very pleased. It came with 2 sides (broccoli slaw and maque choux) and both were good pairings. The broccoli slaw was tasty and I was very happy with how sweet and savory it was. The maque choux paired amazingly with the étouffée. So well in fact that I mixed the 2 dishes. The bands that play here RAWK! The music venue is covered, very spacious, and it has large glass garage doors on each side that can be opened up for ventilation, or closed on those cold winter nights. They also have giant ceiling fans from the Big Ass Fan Company that keep you cool on hot summer nights. The sound system is superb, the stage lighting is awesome and all of the employees are even better! They have an outdoor deck with picnic table seating on each side of the concert hall, and they have a small indoor seating area as well. They have a full service kitchen, but I was there for the concert, so I can't comment on that aspect. I purchased tickets for the show ahead of time, and the line to get in was short and moved quickly - no complaints there. There's a bar located in the concert hall (which usually has long lines) and also a bar inside the dining area which is not too far away. I recommend using the indoor bar - it's a lot quicker. Just keep in mind that if you start a tab, you have to stick with the same bar. You can't move back and forth. They have plenty of good Texas and regional craft beer selections. They weren't very filled and lacked flavor overall. Service unfortunately didn't help the experience either. We had to remind our waitress about the Big Reds that were supposed to come with the meal, and they didn't arrive until I was already halfway done eating. We also had to flag down another employee just to get steak knives for the people eating steak and eggs. Honestly, I won't be going back. It's pretty telling that a restaurant that used to be packed is now barely half full. The quality just doesn't seem to match the reputation anymore.

It came with the same homestyle potatoes. The did have a very impressively stocked bar, with some great bourbons but it was way too early for that.
