I came to the restaurant with my family, we wanted a nice place to celebrate my wife birthday . The service was amazing, the Restauran hostess Jazmin was charming and place us in a nice area. my servers already knew what to do after we had diner. a nice birthday song was sang. My experience was flawless . Awesome staff. props to your hostess

This was a girls night after working all week!! I called ahead and asked if I can bring my own champagne bottle since it was a gift for Christmas. The person said yeah and that there was no cork fee. That's awesome!! I live BJs since California so i was happy to bet there. They always have one of the best Rieslings château Saint Michelle. We all ordered a bunch of appetizers and shared. Everything was so delicious. The ahi flatbread was my favorite. But the potstickers and calories were fire. And we killed that mixed sampler. The drinks were fun!! Especially the one with the duck in the bath!! Place was full but staff was nice and bathrooms were very clean . Which is always appreciated.

BJ's is an amazing place for sport fanatics and/or family/friend simply looking to socialize and have an amazing good time. The food is always amazing as well as the service. You always have the Pazookie thats delicious to have a dessert to have at the end of a meal.

Super fun place, but it also depends who youre with. I visited BJ's Restaurant on Saturday night and had a really great experience overall. The food was delicious, fresh, and came out quickly. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and had a fun, relaxed vibe that made it enjoyable to dine there. The service was excellent as well -- the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the visit. I would definitely return and recommend this location to others.

BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse is one of those places that just works. Yes, it's a chain, but the beers are actually pretty good, the atmosphere is lively, and there are TVs everywhere with games on, so it's a fun spot to hang out without it feeling boring or stuffy. The food was really good and perfect for sharing. Everything came out hot and hit the spot. And honestly... the salted caramel Pizookie is still my favorite -- I'll never not order it. Warm, gooey, and 100% worth it every time. Shoutout to our server who was handling the bar and high-tops at the same time and still managed to give us great service. Super nice, attentive, and never made us feel forgotten even though it was busy. Overall, BJ's is a solid go-to for good food, decent beer, sports on TV, and a fun vibe. Easy choice for a casual night out.

Went for a late Valentine's Day dinner with my wife and daughter and we were sat immediately which was amazing. The ambience was perfect for the occasion with low lights and good 90s music. Our waitress was great as well, she brought our order quick and was very attentive if we needed anything. We had the avocado egg rolls and the sticky ribs as appetizers. The ribs were delicious and the egg rolls were ok, not my favorite. As an entree I ordered the deep dish ziti and it was very flavorful! I love the combination of tomato sauce and cheese. For dessert we ordered the triple chocolate with Ghirardelli pizzookie. We all enjoyed the dessert, especially our daughter. Oh, and the beers are good too!!! 100% recommended!

Went for a random happy hour and found a new favorite place. big, clean location lots of bar space found a seat immediately. The bartender was prompt and the kitchen staff were also out engaging with the customers as well. lots of foo options and the meal was enough to share. fresh and hot.

This has to be one of the most affordable places to go for a happy hour. They have large portions of their menus appetizers half off and some alcohol is marked down as well. You have to sit at the bar or the bar area to take advantage of their happy hour. Because I have come here often I know and look for Johnathon as my server. Great friendly waiter that has more energy than I could ever imagine having. This place is open inside with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It is often busy here especially during happy hour. It is never too loud that you can't carry a conversation so that is always a plus for me. The parking lot can get full because this is a busy mall with so many choices of stores that you may need to park and walk. If you come often it is worth it to download their app to take advantage of earning points towards future rewards.

I stopped in to kill time and maybe a lite bite and cocktail before an event at The Falls. I was seated outside on the patio per my request. There was one other table out there seated and a couple tables inside. Essentially pretty empty overall. I quickly had regrets about not just sitting at the bar instead of options for fresh air and scenery. It literally took my server Bri I believe her name was almost 20 minutes to even come out to offer me water. I remembered because I'd initially said at 15 minutes I was leaving. But got distracted by my phone. She was however pleasant and efficient. I ordered wings they weren't too bad. I was unable to get all flats which is what made me not enjoy as much as I'm sure I would have without the drums. I had the Nashville buffalo sauce. And a glass of Rose for around $5 for happy hour. I'd give them another shot if in the area and hope for the best with the service.

The food is always good, but the service is consistently disappointing. I've been here over ten times and have never had a smooth experience--there is always something wrong with the check or some kind of issue. Every visit, the servers disappear for 10+ minutes at a time and are nowhere to be found when you actually need them. On multiple occasions, we've also had items added to our check that we didn't order, and getting it corrected is a hassle because you can't even find your server. The QR code payment system is supposed to make paying easier, but it's completely useless when you need the server to fix the bill first. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with the same problems every single visit. The food keeps us coming back, but the service makes the experience disappointing every time.

Pretty good, and I expected no less from BJ's. When we arrived during the day, it was pretty empty, so we were seated immediately. Our first table had ketchup smeared on it, and the seats were a bit sticky, so they moved us to a cleaner table. Our server was great and fast; she helped recommend a burger for my niece and the cheesesteak for my husband. I ordered the fried avocado rolls. These were very good. I wanted to eat something but wasn't too hungry, and they were delicious. The flavor was good and the dipping sauce yummy.

We were here 2 days ago on Saturday to stop for lunch. This was our first time here. Considering it was midday on a Saturday, I was surprised by how empty the place was. We got our pick of seating, so we sat in a comfy booth. They have piped in music, which was somewhat loud, but we could still hold a conversation. The decor is done beautifully in a lot of wood beams and window sills. I liked it because it felt like I was at a large ski lodge in the mountains. I ordered the French Dip sandwich with a scoop of white cheddar mash. It came with Cole slaw and au jūs. I was disappointed that the Beef was on the dry side and didn't seem seasoned. I tried using the table salt, but it was stuck and wouldn't come out of the shaker. A French baguette would really improve the sandwich as the bread that was used melted in the au jūs and fell apart. It was very messy. I love French dips, but I didn't fall in love with this one. The mash was bland and could've used some seasonings also. The Cole Slaw was good. This was the best cole slaw that I have tasted in a long time. I couldn't eat the other half of my sandwich and took it home for our chihuahuas. My daughter ordered the Kickin Chickin with sweet potato fries, sauces, and bread. She said that her meal could've used more seasoning and was just ok. Our server, Andrew, was very nice and helpful. He recommended the Smores dessert to us. It has a Ghiradelli chocolate bottom cookie, marshmallows, Graham crackers, and yummy vanilla ice cream. Wow, it was delicious!! We split it as there was enough for two people. All in all, we would go back and try other meal selections as we liked the ambiance of BJ's. It is a nice, clean place with a cozy but fun feel. The service was very good. Parking is right across the mall street with wheelchair accessiblability parking. There is outdoor seating also. Bj's is right next door to the Naked Taco restaurant.

Our service was awesome, thank you Riley! My food was yummy. I had Ahi Poke and Calamari appetizer and husband had filet with mashed potatoes (that he said was not hot). We were a very large birthday party and our server handled our party exceptionally well with courtesy and attention. Happy hour 3pm-7pm half off $10+ appetizers totally worth it ordered 5 appetizers two craft beers and a fountain drink under $60 fed two people easily could have fed more as we left with a box . Service was slow at first but I believe we walked in during a shift change overall the staff was friendly and apologized for our long wait and was attentive after the food arrived. Clean dining area and nice mood lighting clean restrooms as well definitely will eat here again . read more

Pretty poor showing from this BJs on a Friday night. 4 adults, 2 kids, and a baby. We sat around 6:15 p.m. The restaurant was already on a wait. The waitress came and took our drink orders. When she came back with them, we put in our food orders. The food was taking a while to come out, understandably. We were never checked on by our waitress in the meantime. I happened to turn around to see how busy the restaurant was, which she saw me do. She came to see if I needed anything, so I asked for more water. She said she would come back with the pitcher but never offered refills to anyone else and never came back to refill my water. The food finally came. Some of it was cold. We ate quickly, and the table was bussed before the waitress came back. Three of us ordered pazookie deals. Finally, we got the waitress to the table to order our pazookies, and she acted confused since she had no idea our food had already come. We added three more mini pazookies on since there were 6 of us. Three came out. She left and brought us back three additional spoons and said thank you for the patience. She then got tied up with her other tables, and it was clear the three additional pazookies were not coming. We waited 10 more minutes before we finally threw in the towel, got up, and told her to cancel the remaining desserts, which she also seemed confused about. At that point we had been sat at the table for two hours. She said she could have the kitchen make them right now to go. Why wasn't the entire order sent at the same time? read more

We've been here once before, a long time ago. Now I remember why we haven't been back. The food and service.. Absolutely horrendous. The place had no wait, so it surely wasn't busy. The waiter Esteban's demeanor was less than desirable. Throwing plates onto the table, and when finally seeing things piled up snatching them like that owed him money. Bring your own drinks because you're gonna get one, and that's it. You may or may not be able to catch him again to ask for another. Do you like utensils? Well bring your own. We finally had to ask a busboy for some, we were willing to wash our own at that point. The food was a variety. Wings were extremely dry and overdone. Pot stickers smelled rancid. Chicken parm was dry and barely any sauce. The drink variety was their mixed non alcohol, to alcohol drinks. The American mule had little to no alcohol, complete waste of money. 100% do not recommend this restaurant. The food was bad, but the lack of service was really terrible. I can see if the place is completely packed, but it wasn't. It's just how they operate. Stay away. read more

I came here for a casual lunch with coworkers. As we all know, leaving work for lunch shouldn't be long but I do feel like the kitchen and staff were short staffed. We were here 2 and a half hours. We didn't get regular refills, and I even felt embarrassed for asking for more sauce. The chicken tortilla soup was good, creamier than expected. Appreciate that this restaurant not only has a gluten free menu available but there are quite a few things to choose from. Had the burger which can be ordered with GF buns, broccoli cheddar soup AND gluten-free Pizookie (better than I thought it would be tbh!) Peach iced tea is also pretty good and unsweetened. I'll definitely have this as my go-to lunch spot because of all their GF options! Pick up and delivery also is pretty great. read more

Don't have a picture of my chicken sandwich, but just looking at it I could tell it would be a disappointment. There was more bread than chicken and barely any sauce. The lettuce and tomato that came on the side did not look appetizing at all. The lettuce was almost all white. With that being said the dessert was good. Would order the pizookie again. Absolutely poor service. I write things usually when things are good - or if they can be made up to it. The food is ok, as expected, but the service unfortunately a couple of times, yes I tried coming back, its poor. An hour before close they already told us order in 5 min before we are closing. The food tasted if it was still frozen, the glass was full of soap. No sorry, the rudeness beyond. I guess its safe to come during lunch but dont think I will ever step back inside again. This is not my first time at BJ's restaurant as you can see from my previous Yelp reviews at different locations I was a fan My waiters are always the best even here. That's why I even gave stars However My first time here at this location & actually won't be going back to any location after this. At this point I'm just hoping I don't wind up in the ER tonight. I ate enough of the chicken before noticing this raw piece. I showed it to my waiter(who apologized profusely & immediately brought it to the manager) The manager David did apologize and assured me that the "other part of the chicken that I did consume was cooked "and because that piece was thicker it was raw. (Yeah, we shall see about that! )Of course, my plate wasn't added to the bill Just my son's burger and our sodas were. As.if that was the solution. this major mess up! read more

I'm never coming here again. Food came out cold. Service was the worse service I ever encountered. Left us with menus. The server took over 40 minutes to take our appetizer order, didn't bring us sharing plates, utensils, napkins. We had to physically get up several times to find the server or request utensils, refills, etc. and we were in the restaurant almost 4 hours for 6 people because of how inattentive the server was. The pazookie was hard as a rock. Everything was terrible. We have better service at McDonald's. read more

Amazing daily specials! I went on a Thursday and got the 1/2 rack of baby back ribs (you can upgrade to a full rack for an extra $5) with sweet potato fries and a Caesar salad!!! Thursday special also came with a Pizokie cookie! I got the brownie with ice cream!!! They also have well drinks for $5 on Thursdays. Only drawback was that food and service was slow even though there were not many people there for Lunch but overall worth it! Would return!!!!! read more

What a dump! The service was awful and our server was busy making sure his friends were taken care of, the place dirty, with dirty dishes. The food was awful and overpriced. Our server Ivan was amazing. It was his first day thrown to work on a Saturday and he was very accommodating and patient with us. First the host placed us in a booth with a baby stroller in the walk way. Which is a safety and fire hazard. Ivan kindly moved us to a more reasonable table when the chance came around. The kitchen needs to improve. 70% of tables food was all cold. Not room temperature but COLD. Two of the plates that were sent back still came back cold. And that was after speaking to the manager Oliver 2x. Not a great experience, unfortunately. Our bill was "comped" for food that wasn't even eaten. read more

This beats cheesecake, Chilli's and Ale house all together. The decor of the restaurant is that nice cozy elegant vibe. We came in and were immediately escorted to our table. SO HAPPY HERE! from the minute we walked in the door, the hostess greeted us with the biggest smile and best personality! she sat us at our table and we were greeted yet again with the nicest waitress. Got here and everything was ok until I unrolled two sets of napkins and pulled out the utensils. Each had dried crusted food on them. Was going to let that go until we received our order. Chicken came out raw. My husband actually ate a piece before realizing it was raw. The manager's explanation was "oh that is probably because it's a larger piece." Yes, she is probably right. However, it is still unacceptable for a patron to eat a piece of raw chicken. She then tells us she will make us a new order which is great. However I told her I would like a fresh side as well because by the time the "new" order comes out our side is cold and we ordered a side to eat with the chicken. When the "new" order of chicken arrived, there was no side. We asked the server but he had no idea we had wanted a fresh side. Long story short... the manager could have cared less that our order was so off or that we were served raw chicken. Didn't come back around to ensure everything was ok. This is a huge liability for the restaurant should we end up sick. Didn't even put in a new side order. I get it that things happen however, you need to at least act like you care since we are paying customers and we're talking about raw chicken, not and incorrect order. So... I can totally understand why this restaurant has a 3-star review. It comes from the top and if the top isn't too concerned with making things right, then there's a problem. Here's the thing about BJs......we are taught 14 steps of execution with a few of them on a time constraint. For instance, you tell us your drink order and we fetch it. BUT, we are told to pre-bus to have full hands into the kitchen. This might mean that before we can fetch you your drink we fetch empty plates and sometimes have to help another guest with their request. Making it into the kitchen and delivering dishes to the washer.....we are asked to food run. As your drinks are prepared and placed on a carefully balanced tray we are then given a meal in our spare hand to food run to an entirely different table/section.....and most likely the guest will have a request for a side of ranch or some other condiment. Making it to your table with drinks and then asking if you've made your selections and hoping the time limit of 4 min was met. Then i Place your meal order and remember that I have to fetch that side of ranch or other condiment for that other table, as well as, remember the condiments needed for your table based on the meals ordered. But then, I get sat another table or perhaps two more tables....I must greet those tables within a 2 min time constraint. Hmmm? But I gotta get that side of ranch for the table I ran food for and your condiments and if I go back into the kitchen.....guess what....I have to grab more empty plates to have full hands in. So the process of going into the kitchen repeats. I gather the condiments needed and now I'm given a few more meals to food run to other tables. So, I head to that first to the table that need these meals and then I return to that first table I ran food to and drop off their side of ranch. But guess what? Now this table needs a side of honey mustard or some other condiment. Now, I return to my own section with your condiments and get to greet my next table. (Probably not meeting the 2 min requirement). I greet my second new table and have their drink orders and greet my third table and also get their drink order. Right about now, the food for your own table is about to come out. It might be one dish at a time or it might be all dishes at once. The reason why this is you ask? Well, I've come to find out many flaws in the system that I try my hardest to make logical sense of. I will explain a little more about that in a sec....back to your food. I am required to check on your food quality within 2 min or 2 bites once delivered. I do this and find out everything is great! Good. Or, maybe something isn't right and I need to have the meal made again or something. I'm required to ask a manager to get involved. Meanwhile, I can't go into the kitchen empty handed so I spend time gathering empty plates and once I locate a manager I explain about the meal and hope he/she approaches your table with a resolution. Meantime, I'm fetching drinks for my second & third table and I'm also given more food to deliver for other tables. I'm all for being a team player and at times I fall behind on time requirements because I care about my customer service. I don't want to appear rushed or frustrated and I want to make sure everyone has a good time. Hopefully you will begin to see why servers are headed in so many directions with alot going on. Okay, back to the one dish out at a time verses delivery all at once. Well, we have staff that are scheduled to food run only, but we are only scheduled one maybe two if business will be busy. Lately, business has been slow and this means management will send the food runner home, as well as, a few servers. Leaving maybe two or three on the floor for the day shift without a food runner. There are also a few dishes that require the server to not only run it to the table but to assemble it; like the pizookie desserts or that dressing on the side. We know that this takes even more time and hampers us making that 4 min drink delivery or that 2 min table greet because we were sucked into the kitchen and didn't know we were sat a new table. Funny how that happens. I've been told to focus and sell quantity verses the better option. Supposedly, this helps our "numbers" and management will be able to keep more people on the floor. Well, does that really hurt us or the restaurant? I believe it hurts all around. Our servers and food runners and bussers all make the $4.35 per hour. Servers are responsible to tip the bartender, food runners, and bussers. So why is management worried about sending them home when servers pay tips to compensate their wages? All this is a vicious circle, if we are properly staffed then we run as a smooth unit. Without the help, servers run around like crazy doing the job of three jobs in one. Not fair to the server and not fair to the guest. read more

Me and my friends visited yesterday for lunch and requested my usual server. She took great care of us and our food was delicious, no complaints there. I asked her if the female lady walking around was a manager and she said yes, she is the quality control coordinator. I asked her why their manager was exposing her tattoos and not dressing more professionally for the position. The female manager was asked to cover her tattoos, but chose to do nothing about it. Me and my friends watched while she fanned herself with money and socializing & laughing with servers. This display of behavior was not at all professional and clearly explains why this restaurant has so many awful reviews about service. If their managers are allowed to be this relaxed then I highly doubt they expect much from their staff. read more

Brought my family here to celebrate a birthday and our server took excellent care of us! She, Brandi, introduced herself and had warming approach to welcoming us. Immediately she sold us on the fan favorites like the avocado egg rolls and stuffed mushrooms. They were super tasty! Right away I knew our party was in good hands, as well as, the other tables she attended to. Our food came out on time, warm, and tasty. We ended up having a pizzookie and she described it as heaven in a pizza pan and it absolutely was just that!!!! I'd give higher starts to the food than for the service. Once we placed our initial order for appetizers it took us about 20 to 30 minutes to see our waitress again. We had the smattering of appetizers from: * Margherita Fresca = If you like the Margherita pizza's you will enjoy. * Fresh Basil with Italian Sausage = another good choice * Buffalo boneless chicken = a bit too much sauce. Our main's were good as well I ordered the Grilled Pork Chops with the cheddar mashed potatoes & green beans. I continue to get disappointed with Bj's. I've had several terrible experiences with them. This last one I just had to post. I first ordered a Piña Colada and it tasted terrible, probably the worst drink I've ever tried. Then we ordered an appetizer chips and spinach dip, the chips were half burnt with ridiculous amounts of salt all over them. Then I ordered a flat bread and it was just mediocre, I could've probably made something better myself. Unfortunately my fiancé and I will not be returning to Bj's ever again. If you're at The Falls Mall and looking for a bite to eat, this spot is a great choice! The restaurant itself is pretty spacious and has a nice vibe for hanging out while you shop. It's a casual place, but the service is surprisingly fast. The menu is really extensive with lots of options. I've tried a few salads, but honestly, the burger stole the show, juicy, cooked perfectly, and a big portion. Perfect for a satisfying meal while taking a break from shopping. We had high hopes for BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, but unfortunately, the food didn't deliver. The burger was just okay--not bad, but definitely not memorable. The artichoke dip lacked flavor and was only somewhat edible after adding salt. The biggest disappointment was the Trio Cookie Skillet, which came out underbaked and far too raw--it was honestly hard to enjoy. The service was decent, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. Wouldn't rush back anytime soon. read more

This place is just plain terrible. It's horrific service in a city where bad service is the norm. The food is OK. I cannot express just how bad this place is. I have now been here 3 times hoping my previous bad experiences were anomalies. They weren't. The wait staff will just leave you there without a greeting. This place is a must-try during NFL sporting games. Not only are all appetizers half off, but cocktails, beer, and wine are discounted all throughout the games as well. Their NFL happy hour make for quite the Sunday Funday, making it a great option for those of us who just weren't able to make it out in time for a Sunday Brunch.
