    Restaurant wk Lunch menu
    Andrew C.

Rating based on Restaurant Wk lunch for $30/person. Was a bargain if you know what to order. We had 2 people so for apps we got the rice dumplings (2) and pok wings. For entree we got the beef dry egg noodles and the pork curry over rice. Thai iced tea for each of us Long restaurant. OK decor based on neighborhood (56th betw 8 and 7) nr Central Park. Great attentive service. Water refills, more plates for sharing. The pork curry and wings were the best combo to order for the lunch menu. Large servings and that curry was tasty

We were in the neighborhood and wanted to get lunch nearby. Thankfully, this spot had some tables opened so we were able to walk in and got a table right away on a weekend for lunch. Service overall was fine and the folks at our table took our order and our food eventually came out. We got the pad Thai where I swapped out the prawns with chicken. We also got a rice dish. I definitely like the pad Thai better and I have to admit that the chicken quality was probably the best I've had in a pad Thai. Overall, both dishes were good. It's a cute restaurant with decent amount of tables in a nice neighborhood by Columbus Circle. If you're nearby and craving Thai food, this spot is worth a shot.

Great food. Comes out quickly. Good lunch pricing. We ordered perfectly. Fried rice with runny egg on top is amazing. Tiger prawns (3) had shells on but easy to peel off. The prawns were cooked so delicately they tasted like lobster. Eggplant was well balanced in medium spice with a side of amazing chicken bone broth soup.

I was gonna rate 4 stars but the rice dish with steak was beyond incredible! The sauce was so good we got a second cup. Our waitress was personable and funny. Lastly the coconut ice cream was the perfect final bite. Will be back!

5/5 this is going to be the next Michelin restaurant . I am a foodie and everything we had was delicious. Usually some items was normal but everything we order was 5/5. Zabb chicken wings and the spicy sauce : 5/5 it's fried to perfectly and the zabb seasoning was delicious Dumplings: wow. Favors is similar to a Chinese dumplings. I would recommend this dish to try Crab fried rice: I'm actually surprised this taste good as it was seasoned well. In other restaurant it was blah but this taste good with the lychee duck curry. Lychee duck curry : the char the lychee and pineapple with the sauce. Wow. All the flavors blend so well. Highly recommend. Noodles : it has the flavor of the wok. We didn't finished the noodles but it was delicious. I think this noodle was a 4.5/5 as this was normal noodles nothing stood out except the flavor of the wok. The chicken was grilled perfectly. Highly recommend this place. I would come again. Coconut icecream : the peanut on the top made it tasty.

We decided to give this place a try for restaurant week after passing by it so many times. It's a small Thai restaurant that has a modern appearance and right now they have a $30 lunch menu with app, entree and non-alcoholic drink for restaurant week. For apps, we tried the calamari, wings and dumpling. The wings were the best, with a dry rub that had a bit of spice and lime seasoning. For entrees, we had the dry noodles with brisket and meatball, and the chicken khao soi udon. The dry noodles had no taste and needed more seasoning, and the brisket that it came with was so dry it shouldn't have even been served. The chicken khao soi was much better and had a spicy kick. The service was quick and it was easy to get a table without a reservation.

Great Thai spot! We came for lunch, and tried the everything spring roll, Bkk hot dog, short rib massaman, kra pow moo krob. The short rib was my favorite - it was tender and had a great sauce. The spring rolls were crispy and the hot dog had some Thai spices, but they were nothing special. Kra pow was a bit too dry for my liking. Still it was a great time! The interior is clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated their friendly service.

    Crab Fried Rice

This Thai restaurant in Midtown Manhattan in NYC offers a contemporary take on Bangkok street food. We arrived after 6pm without a reservation and they seated us as long as we were out for a 8pm reservation. The atmosphere is nice. We started with the Pak Mor appetizer $18 and the I had the Crab Fried Rice $34 and they were delicious but the fried rice could have been more flavorful. I was told the short ribs were very fatty and hard to eat. The service was nice and efficient.

First off, Cholly was awesome! So cute and friendly, with sparkling makeup and eyeshadow. She really set the mood. This is a Thai restaurant, serving some more traditional fair while also serving some Thai street food. I came for the street food for sure. I had the BKK hotdog, made with northern Thai herb sausage, a brioche hotdog bun, picked veggies, roasted green chili, garlic and shallot mayo. It was smoky, so seasoned, and spicy in the best way (not unpleasant or "hot."). Some other selections include: Papaya pok pok, crispy kale salad, Asian salad, pak-mor, everything spring roll, BKK lollipops. They also have things like the brisket sandwich dip, short rib massaman, yaowarat beef stew, lychee duck curry, crispy pork belly, and so much more. The menu boasts so many combos of tender or fried meat, delightful herbs, crunchy vegetables, fragrant curries. The menu is huge, yet thoughtful, and I can't wait to return to try more dishes. For drinks I had the fruit cart cooler, the tamarind tango, and the chaopraya to Hudson. All drinks boasted fruits/ingredients like charred grapefruit, butterfly pea soda, toasted rice, charred pineapple. Creative drinks with depth that accompany the menu perfectly. You'll see this restaurant on some food influencer accounts. This one is worth the hype. And thank you again for a great evening, Cholly!

    green curry
    Navin M.

Excellent food but a bit pricey for what it is. The green veggie curry is $32, while at even the most expensive Thai restaurants (Fish Cheeks, etc) the green curry is around $20-22. The shrimp tom yum was $39. The green veggie curry was good though with fresh veggies. The everything. aggie spring roll was interesting but the sauce was not quite what we expected. The vegan papaya salad was well executed. Also, it's not like it's a fine dining experience. The service is good and the ambiance nice, but it doesn't justify the price. They still rush you out like typical thai restaurants and the layout could make you think you're at any of the 9th ave joints but are paying more than 50% extra.

Mushroom Fried Rice with Tofu ($29)

Made reservations and got a comfortable seating for Sunday brunch. Good setup, comfortable seating, noise levels on the lower end , and friendly staff. What to get: Mushroom Fried Rice ($26) - with tofu ($3) - absolutely delicious. Who said vegetarian food can't be flavorful? Pak-Mor ($18), BKK Lollipops ($16), and Papaya Pok Pok ($15) - all were great apps. Tom Yum Pla ($45) - is a big portion, and we ended up not finishing it. BKK Fried Rice Crispy Pork ($28 - substituted with Chicken), and Goong Curry ($34) offered great flavors. Service was quick and staff was friendly. Menu felt a little on the pricier end, but they compensate that with larger portions.

Branzino with herbs and crunchy noodles
    Holly R.

The restaurant has a clubby feel with dark decor and dance music playing. The servers are well-trained and work as a team. They kept my water glass full. The food is a combination of their interpretation of traditional Thai dishes and NY inspired Thai dishes. We ordered two main dishes, a branzino dish and a tofu dish. Nothing was particularly spicy, but it all tasted fine. We had to request a side of white rice. I asked about traditional condiments. They were not brought with the meal. Their Nam Pla Prik had an odd, but not unpleasant, flavor and included garlic. Afterward, we were full, but still ordered dessert. The mango sticky rice was delicious, but at $15, I thought it was overpriced.

I've dined here a couple times while visiting New York. The portions are hefty and one entree could easily feed two people. The servers are very attentive and friendly.

The energy is right there, hovering, but it never actually lands. It's giving "almost iconic" but not quite--like a party that never fully starts. And that's what gets me. Because this bar could EASILY be that spot. The kind people plan their week around. Where are the themed nights? Where's the drama? The chaos? Give me a reason to come back on a random Wednesday. Do a city-event tie-in, a holiday takeover, literally anything that makes it feel alive instead of just... existing. Because right now it feels like a missed opportunity wearing a cute outfit. BUT--let's talk about the one thing they absolutely did not fumble: the view. The VIEW??? Insane. Genuinely stunning. The kind of view that makes you pause mid-sentence and remember you're in New York and not just spiraling in your own life choices. It's carrying the entire experience on its back, respectfully. So yeah. I'd come back... but mostly for the view and the potential. If they ever decide to actually do something with this space? It could be dangerous (in a good way). Until then, it's vibes... just not fully realized ones.
