The process lacked the level of professionalism and customer service we'd experienced in the past, making what should have been a simple task far more difficult than it needed to be. Our experience did not improve once we arrived. Nicole was unprofessional from the moment we met her and remained that way throughout our entire visit. Her demeanor was unfriendly, and her interactions with us lacked the courtesy, respect, and professionalism that every patient deserves. Although it was for a molar, my mouth didn't feel overly stretched, and the filling process was very comfortable. 2 A molar with a crown installed a few years ago caused pain when eating, so I couldn't use that side to chew. Dr. Tai discovered it was a bite issue caused by another crown and fixed it by grinding it down slightly, solving my two-year problem of not being able to eat on the right side. I had my gum graft done by him in July 2022 and it was the worse decision ever. The cost was outrageous, and then what I was quoted ended up being different. I paid for a retainer I never received, and the instruction's they give post surgery are terrible. I felt like I was just another number in his office and on follow up visits his staff was rather rough taking out my stitches and based on his Blaise attitude when I had my follow ups I could not tell if the procedure went well or not. I had concerns regarding the misalignment of my front tooths. For context purposes, I been through braces for two years but that in itself did not resolve nor achieve the appearance of straight teeth I had desired. After a lengthy consultation visit, Dr. Doan recommended to place porcelain crowns on my 4 main tooths leaving the rest as is for bite purposes. Be that as it may, I agreed to the treatment plan. About 2 to 3 visits that followed, I got exactly the smile I've always wanted. The porcelain crown/veneers blended with my current tooth and the treatment afforded me the symmetrical look I've expected. From a patients perspective, it was painless. Despite having to go through a wait period requiring wearing a temporary crown and making several repeated visits, it was well worth my time. Dr. Doan is a consummate perfectionist, if the shade or shape is inconsistent, he would refuse to apply it, rather send it back to the labs for corrective services. The front staff was absolutely pleasant, they guided me through the financing options and helped budget the treatment plan according to my care credit allotments. I told them what I wanted for my payments and they executed it. No questions asked! Overall assessment, well worth the money. If you want a professional that will deliver and treat you like family, Dr. Duke is that person. The location for me was a bit far, but if you live in Garland, Sachse, Rowlett or N. Dallas, it will serve you well. This is a "no frills" office, won't find Cappuccino machine or Donuts here but what you will get is a professional staff that is transparent about costs and will get it done!

My father-in-law is also a dentist, so we really appreciate the good decisions and excellent care we've received here. When my FIL sold his own dental practice about 25 years ago, we had such a hard time in those first few years trying to find a dentist we could trust. Dr. Bridgeman has been wonderful! He is more than fair in his billing, and the entire staff helps us get our girls' schedules worked out now that they're in college out of state. Although we really do take good care of our teeth (daily brushing and flossing), my youngest and I have significant dental challenges due to the fact that we have Celiac disease. (i.e. low enamel, grinding at night, extreme tooth sensitivity, etc.). Dr. Brett is excellent, compassionate, and he goes out of his way to help us stay within our budget, to help us prioritize treatments, and to help us with all the extra challenges we face as Celiac patients, etc. A bad dentist can cause many problems, as my sister can attest to. She wasn't so lucky with her search for a new dentist. Don't mess around. Get a good dentist that's honest, works hard, cares about his patients, and knows what he's doing. Dr. Bridgeman is that kind of dentist! His staff is really wonderful, too! A few tips from my FIL who owned a dental practice for many years in another state: always arrive on time for appointments, pay up front, and treat your dentist with respect. They are never really pleasant but I didn't have any big issues until recently. I chipped a tooth on a glass while at dinner and came to them to get it fixed. It was poorly done and chipped off again 3 more times within a month. They verbally guaranteed their work for up to a year, ie, to fix it for no charge. On my last visit Brett was in a foul mood and seemed irritated to see me again. Just so we are clear- I am not a clencher, or grinder, nor was I careless with my teeth. I don't think ANYONE wants to see the dentist more than necessary so I took very good care of my tooth and its constant chipping was not my fault. I was making my way out and the receptionist stopped me. I told her this was another redo and she insisted that I pay! I tried to explain the guarantee giving to me and she tried to tell me that it only covered 2 visits! This was NEVER disclosed to me and I was NOT happy. I asked her to get doctor B and she went around the corner and told me that he was busy. I told her I wasn't paying. She went around the corner and came back with him (aparently he wasnt too busy to get his money!) and he said "whats the problem here?" I explained the situation and reminded him of what he said and he told me that he was "sick and tired" of having to repair my tooth and demanded I pay! This was in front of the entire staff and I was almost in tears. I am still kicking myself for shelling out another $200 to these crooks- I guess they tried to intimidate me and it worked. I am going to report them to the BBB and now NO ONE in my family will EVER step foot in their office again. You may have won $200 in the short run, but your bad business practices are going to cost you THOUSANDS when I am done.

Truthfully, I was overdue on getting my cleaning (and I'm not the best flosser ) but she didn't make me feel bad or give me any grief. She took her time and was very thorough.
