I recently had my first visit at Paragon Dentistry, specifically with Dr. Jason Hui, for a routine cleaning, and I'm very happy that I went to them. The hygienist, whose name I believe was Kathleen, was outstanding, and I made a point to make sure she'd be the one cleaning my teeth when I go back in six months. I didn't spend as much time with Dr. Hui because there was no need to, but he did a great job of explaining the examination and X-ray results and what I can expect on future visits. Dr. Lo is one of those people. A natural educator in a dental scrubs, Dr. Lo took the time to explain common misconceptions about dental hygiene with kindness and zeal. Like I said, I've never felt more excited about flossing and brushing. I took advantage of a new patient promotion for the office and am so glad that I did. The staff are welcoming and take the time to answer questions. I was not upsold on any service.
