There is a lot of space, and they fill it with a wide variety of merchandize. The paint department is very nice, and there is a good sized are for home decorating. Service is good, and they do have a rewards program. It is cleaner and much nicer inside than one of the big box hardware stores, and it is worth giving them a try. There is plenty of parking on each end of the store, and a variety of other retail stores in the plaza.

They also have a classroom in the store with a regular schedule of classes. There are also a number of helpful people on hand that seem to know what they are talking about. They are conveniently located on the southbound side of Route 1 - between the intersection with 95 and Gillette stadium. This is not remotely like shopping at one of the big box hardware stores. Before I placed the order, I called them and talked to Mark who not only confirmed I had the right part but who also gave me some helpful tips on the replacement process. Even though the order was placed late in the day, I received my lockset 2 days later. the lock case was extremely well packed and I was able to install it the next day which was a relief since I had been unable to lock the door. I would do business again with this company in a heartbeat.
