Normally love this place! However, came here with a group of 6, waited to be seated with no hostess. Helped our selves to one of 3 open tables upstairs. We asked for menus. Hostess told us she never seated us and couldn't sit us in our open table. We went downstairs, POLITELY asked if we could get six menus or the wait time at the hostess stand. Hostess said no. We could do 2 tables of 3 or a 4/2 top but no six top. After then 3 minutes of no service our group left. Extremely disappointed in the lack of hospitality or kindness from the host. Younger girl. My wife even had to get up twice to ask for utensils and napkins for her meal. Our bill came to about $170, and I left a $20 tip based on the service we received. As we were leaving, the waitress stopped us to question why we didn't leave a 20% tip "like everyone else" That was honestly shocking and completely unprofessional. I've never had a server confront me over a tip before. Even with mediocre service, I still left a tip out of respect, but being judged afterward ruined the entire experience. We were there for the unlimited wings deal, which has a time limit, and each time we needed to place a new order, it took up to 20 minutes for him to come back. We also asked for water and never received it, eventually we had another waiter who noticed we had been waiting ask us if we wanted water. Made a reservation for a large party months in advance. I also called to confirm my reservation was all set 2 days before which the manager confirmed. When I got to the restaurant the day of the hostess had no idea what I was talking about. I was supposed to have the upstairs bar reserved for my party which they told me to head up there and there were people sitting at our tables. Unfortunately I won't be making a reservation here again, it is not the place to do a private party and the manager is not very reliable since he told none of the staff about my event. I did not mind because my friends really wanted to go there and the bouncer was completely nice about it and updated us on the wait time. I ordered a Tito's and pomegranate and it was served in a tall glass and tasted good. For the rest of the night me and my friends had vodka shots. For my food I got the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and it was SO GOOD. Definitely recommend. The downside of this place was that our waiter didn't really come to our table much and seemed to talk to other workers more than helping us. The menu variety was plenty and the wait time was good compared to other restaurants in the area. The wrap, which I requested in the whole wheat variety, was stuffed with moist ground turkey, sautéed onions, romaine lettuce, and tomatoes. I had left off the hot pepper cheese and only realized on my final bite that they had forgotten to include the guacamole. Despite that disappointment, I was in awe of how flavorful the poultry was and just how much punch the onions added. The sandwich came with a handful of delicious French Fries, which were thin, crisp, and perfectly salted. My boyfriend also enjoyed his Hamburger and Fries, though his meat had been slightly overcooked.
