Utterly unacceptable to watch your employee or someone struggle with that many tasks and not do a darn thing about it. Looking so proud and like everything is just dandy as you lean against the doorframe doing absolutely nothing. Our waitress gets a five star rating but this one star reflects the behavior of whoever that owner/manager is letting staff drown around him. Shame on you.
