This is the 4th Black Bear Diner I have tried. Definitely an older nostalgic feel to this one. It's right off the highway so easily accessible if your traveling. What stands out at this location was how nice the waitress Arielle was, the good music, and how quiet the diner was in the middle of the afternoon. Great place to stop if you have kids.

Cute Little diner. Very clean. Host/waitress was super nice. Food was done in a reasonable amount of time. I got the sourdough parm cheeseburger with fries huge portions. My husband got the Denver omelet with hash browns we also got a side of onion rings. Everything was so good I don't have a single complaint. I would definitely go again if I'm in willows.

They have killer fries and their tots are amazing. They also have excellent beers on tap and fresh brewed iced tea (when I go for lunch)! The service is just counter service but they are always nice and accommodating. I love the cold six pack of various sauces and condiments that they give you with your meal order. I love going there on a not too hot but sunny day and sitting at the picnic tables, pretending I'm not actually having to go back to work. If it's after work, this is a great place for some pub style food and a nice cold beer. There's plenty of street parking in addition to the parking space as they offer. GO - you will love your experience at Willow's Last Stand!

This is super casual with indoor and outside seating. Feels like a locals hangout. Alot of guys hanging out and having beer and enjoying themselves. I got a grilled beef hot dog with potato salad. The potato salad was 5 stars! Nice grill on the dog. Maddy and Aaron were awesome and friendly! They have tvs to watch sports as well. Its a fun atmosphere. No frills. Alittle tight on the parking situation but a nice stop and dog friendly outside!

This place has it all. You walk in and to your right are 200 plus beers to choose from. On your left is a sit-down restaurant. Further down is a deli counter, a bakery, gelato, and all kinds of local honey, olives, pasta, spices, you name it, and a gift shop. The bathrooms are clean and large enough to accommodate a large amount of people at one time. We decided to taste the gelato while waiting for our car to charge since we already had lunch, but looking at the fact that they make their own sourdough a sandwich would be a great choice for future stops. The gelato is made in house, and I had a lemon which was light and refreshing. My husband had the dark chocolate gelato. He said it didn't have a heavy milk based taste and not really creamy but very chocolaty. The server for the gelato was very friendly and let me taste first. I would stop here again even if I didn't have an EV car to charge.

There's even a jelly belly dispensing machine and next to the deli counter is an ice cream counter. Going back to the sandwich, :), the "new orleans muffuletta" is olive forward, so if you like intense flavors, this is the sandwich for you. I like olives and i found the sandwich tasty.

Its a casual yet classy place for lunch and dinner. They have a shaded patio in front as well ( dog friendly). I love smaller towns! Relatively no traffic or crime! My boyfriend and I ordered off the lunch specials menu. He ordered the smash burger and chose macaroni salad. I ordered the grilled shrimp on a skewer with brown rice and spicy coleslaw. We always try each other's food! The smash burger was juicy and the macaroni salad was good! My shrimp had a nice grill on it and the coleslaw was delicious. The brown rice was alittle dry for my taste buds. It has a full bar with tvs to watch sports. There is quieter seating on the other side of the bar area. Overall it was a good experience! Randy ordered the B. A. T. Benedict (bacon, avocado, tomato) that came with hash browns. Hollandaise was bland so that was a bummer. Randy felt the same about his hash browns.
