When I discovered my beautiful new 2024 Kona had been broken into I felt so sad and violated. I started calling so many people that had various different pricing. So I decided to sign up for a quote and almost immediately a very professional guy called named Arron called me from Black Diamond Auto Glass Repair. Instead of me having to give him a bunch of questions he bagan telling me everything he could do for me to include a window just like the original one so it would match perfectly. He told me when he could do the work, how long it would take and he gave me a price that was $100 under the others that I spoke to. He said he would arrive at 4pm and it would take 30-40 mins to install and clean up all the broken glass. Arron arrived 5 mins early and finished right on his estimated time.
