If you're thinking about getting a floral tattoo, stop looking and book with Linda. This was my first large, serious tattoo, and I needed it to incorporate an older tattoo I already had. I didn't hate the original, but it definitely needed some love. After a lot of research, I found Linda because of her beautiful floral work, and she completely exceeded every expectation. From my first email to the consultation and the tattoo appointment, she was warm, professional, and so easy to talk to. We spent seven hours together, and it honestly flew by because she's such a lovely person. She's incredibly talented--a fine arts graduate from a family of artists--and it shows in every detail of her work. She took the vision I had in my head and somehow made it even better. She blended my old flower into the new design so naturally that it looks like it was always meant to be there. It's absolutely beautiful. I'll admit, I was a little wimpy during the tattoo (thank goodness for numbing cream!), but Linda was patient, kind, and made me feel completely at ease the whole time. The fellow whose name escapes me, immediately texted me back to say "We do not feel you're a fit and therefore will not move Forward with you." That is exactly what I said in my text just different words. This text was simply to make me feel dismissed, to make me feel that I was being rejected by them because I told them I was no longer interested in Linda G. Trying to hurt me after I shared the most painful, intimate experience of my husband's recent death when they asked why I wanted to be tattooed. They really need to stop acting like a spurned child trying to get back at someone for saying no. To make someone feel singled out and rejected is heinous in any situation! I came here for a small arabic writing piece and it came out perfect, exactly how I wanted. I was greeted by the owners and they were extremely friendly and professional. Linda did my tattoo and she showed me the stencil and made sure it was the size I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. The process barely hurt. She assured me she was light handed and that it wouldn't hurt that bad, considering I was getting this on my side rib cage. The tattoo pigment is very black and the lines are very crisp and clean. She also secured my tattoo with a clear covering similar to saran wrap but it lasts 24-48 hours, free since I was a first timer there. I was also given instructions on how to remove the clear covering and how to take care of a tattoo. Overall, I would recommend this place for first timers.
