    Apple Cider - was delightful!
    Sydney J.

This place was 150% on the customer service. It was Christmas morning and we were staying in Copper Mountain so looking for a place to eat breakfast/brunch. From the moment we walked in and were greeted, they were so friendly & Jolly. The decor is hippy chic, they have local artist work for sale hanging on the walls. A Bar area when you walk in. Clean Restrooms, It's not a huge place, so every seat has a view out the windows of the town or mountain. But best of all, was the customer service! Especially for having to work on Christmas Day! Very impressed and would recommend & return just for that. The immediately brought my son Hot Cocoa & to my surprise they had Apple Cider which really hit the spot on a cold, snowy day. I ordered the chicken & waffles...it was A LOT of food! Should have shared. The menu states it comes with "potatoes" I was thinking like a breakfast hash style maybe like lil cubes with bell pepper, but it was French fries lol. They were good tho! My son wanted waffles not pancakes, but wanted blueberry so they were more than happy to make that happen!

Stoped in her for some breakfast and a drink before hitting the slopes. When we walked in they weren't busy (one table of 8 & a couple at the bar) and stood there for a few minutes, no one a knowledges us and just took a seat at the bar. It was a short wait before the server came over and gave us menus confirming the bar was open seating. We asked about cocktails which said said they hadn't yet gotten their liquor license so, ordered a nitrous cold brew (it was totally flat and when we told the gal she said oh, that's just how they are). Odd response but, ok!?!? We then ordered food (including a sweet potato hash)... and she told us they were out of sweet potatoes. Seems like they opened prematurely/need to get things in order. We decided to not stay so, paid for the flat nitrous cold brew and left.

You make the order at the counter and will get a text when the order is ready. We ordered a half chicken which would have been enough for us in general but the batter was so crispy and well seasoned that we were highly tempted to order a whole chicken just to take home with us to brag to other family. It was sooooo good! I am from South Korea and I know when my chicken is good. Even some Korean chicken franchise in Denver can't do this good. It will come with a sauce for dipping on the side. We chose the bird sauce and was perfect to dip or mix it in with a jasmine rice along with complementary herbs (basil, cilantros, etc) and cucumber salad. Plus their special soft serve of the day made it even more perfect. We had a coconut soft serve ice cream topped with caramel sauce which was very good. Not overwhelming just refreshing as a whole. This will be our place for sure whenever we pass by! Chicken and outer range hazy ipa were perfect match. I loved that they are existing together. We were starving and I regret so much for not taking the photos. Miss the place already

Best brunch I had in Frisco…read more Butterhorn Bakery and Cafe is the highest-rated brunch spot in Frisco, and based on my experience, I'd agree with the hype. Of the couple of brunch spots I tried in town, this was my favorite. I ordered the Cornucopia with eggs over medium and substituted the home fries for fruit. The fruit was surprisingly good, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas with a light sprinkle of powdered sugar. A side of fruit can be pretty hit or miss when you substitute it at brunch, so I was pleasantly surprised. The eggs were cooked right, and the toast was fine. I opted for turkey bacon, though, and I'd recommend skipping it. It was pretty crispy and lacked much flavor. The standout was the cinnamon roll French toast. We ordered it to share with the table, and I highly recommend doing the same. It comes with two large cinnamon rolls that are soaked in egg batter and grilled French-toast style. It was top tier. I noticed several tables around us sharing the regular cinnamon roll as well, and those looked fantastic too. They also have a bakery counter inside with plenty of grab-and-go options. The pastries all looked great, along with fresh bread, cookies, and other sweet treats. If you're visiting Frisco and looking for brunch, Butterhorn is definitely worth a stop. And whatever you order, I'd make sure the cinnamon roll French toast makes it onto your table.

There is ample free parking all around this upscale dining spot, nestled among great business buildings, boutique stores, and stylish eateries. The entire area feels safe, inviting, and framed by gorgeous Mountain View's. What's more: This chic bistro/pure-kitchen concept offers both indoor and outdoor seating, which is phenomenal, and the variety of vegan options is a highlight. We ordered the Mediterranean Bowl, Pure Thai Bowl, and Summit Stir Fry Bowl, and we were very happy eaters. Their food bowls and tableware looked stylish, clean, and gorgeous, making the meal a treat to look at and to enjoy. Adding to the charm, we were especially lucky to have Ms. Lora as our server. She checked in on us periodically, made sure everything was perfect, and even offered to take pictures of us, what a kind gesture! Prices felt appropriate for the quality and freshness, and our food arrived in a timely manner. Overall, this restaurant is a gem, and we will certainly be back whenever we drive through this gorgeous mountain resort town.

I ordered the Korean Zoodle Bowl with a tofu add-on. It was a bit sweet, but the mild spice helped to counteract this. The large variety of vegetables in it satisfied my closet vegan. The tofu had a very pleasing crispyness when it first arrived. I told the SO, "Quick, try the tofu!", when she got her bowl. The SO ordered the Summit Stir Fry with a tofu add-on. She enjoyed it, but thought it was a little on the sweet side. I thought it was a lot on sweet side. I made my bowl not seem so sweet after all, which I took as a plus. Overall the food taste and quality was good and the service was friendly. I will base my rating on that. I do have one comment not having to do with the food or service. Stop reading here if you don't care. Pure Kitchen has a 4% "Competitive Wage Compensation" charge. I was surprised to see this charge on the bill and only later saw that it was in the fine print on the menu, with an "opt out" option (what brave soul is going to "opt out" and risk spittle in their food). Maybe it's my fault for not looking at the fine print on menu, but it's a food menu, not a used car contract. Just my personal opinion, but I believe if a restaurant wants to have "fair wages" for their employees, it is their responsibility, not mine. Raise food prices, lower profit margin, whatever, but please don't add another tax. It just doesn't seem right. I have never once complained about high food prices in any of my reviews because it is my choice to go out to eat. I could eat at home if I want to keep within my monthly budget. I have avoided going to other restaurants based solely on this type of "fair wages" charge and will likely not come here again for the same reason (no matter how badly I want to try their Lamb Burger). I am really VERY SORRY for getting on my soapbox. I don't typically rant, but there are certain things that I believe should be addressed. I'm probably not the only person who feels this way.

She told us lots of Which Wichs shut down nationwide during COVID. They have a unique ordering station. You check the items you want on a paper lunch bag using a crayon. I ordered a hot, large Ultimate BLT ($13.95) with fries ($2.99) and a drink ($2.79). This included 2X bacon, avocado, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. My sandwich turned out to be lukewarm. The avocado was almost non-existent and I couldn't taste it. I liked the wavy fries, as did my wife. The one container of ketchup they gave each of us ran out before the fries. Ask for two. Bread seemed too thick to me and overpowered the rest of the sandwich. Iced tea had been freshly made and tasted great. Wish they offered real lemon. They had one lemon packet left in the bin and it was unopened but empty! Not sure how that happened. We were in the middle of a 35-mile bike ride when we stopped here for lunch. The food tasted average to me, but we paid a total of $41.29 for two sandwiches, 2 drinks, and 2 fries. I expected a hot sandwich and less bread for this price.
