The purchase process was easy and laid back, no real pressure to buy just offers to help and show me different vehicles. You have to be willing to commit to the sale or you won't get the vehicle, they have a number of locations, and everyone is competing for the vehicles. I found the dealership entirely honest. One of my vehicles required some additional service at the dealer to fulfil the contract and Strickland's stepped up and honored their commitment. But then a few days after I took possession of the car, I've noticed some body damage that I didn't see before. It was a bent fender that wasn't obvious from a casual glance. It was clearly visible only when I looked at it from a certain angle. I inspected the car some more and found some additional damage on the front bumper. I took this car to a body shop for a repair estimate. And they quoted me $2006.72 plus tax. This is how much I've overpaid for this car. Because I bought this car at full price, as if it was in good condition. I suppose it's my fault that I trusted the dealer and didn't take this car to an independent mechanic for check up, before I bought it. But I won't buy from this dealership again. Because I feel that I should be able to trust the people I'm doing business with. It shouldn't be buyer beware kind of thing. It's too easy for experts to mislead an amateur novice like myself.

Phil furtado was the gentleman who answered the phone and he calmed me down and told me to come drop it off and they would look at it. He called me later on that day and explained what was going on and had the new parts in the next morning and had it fixed that day. This is now the only place I will bring my vehicles..... I went to waiting room. 15 minutes later I was taken to service bay thinking to talk to mechanic but instead was told my car was ready to go, they had done some minor thing that needed to be done but not my major issue of car not starting was not told to mechanic or taken care of. I called this dealership to request copies of both and was told they couldn't get these for me. Once they got my money there is 0 assistance from them. Make sure you have everything from them before you make that final payment.
