I loved this newly opened brunch place in Highlands Ranch! Our server Jomari was very friendly and attentive! He made sure we were well taken care of! The atmosphere here is great! They have lots of seating and a great menu selection! We got lobster scrambler and Matty's meat skillet, both were delicious! I also loved their coffee cups, they are so cool! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice casual lunch made of fresh products and with friendly staff service!

Great brunch spot with excellent service from start to finish. We ordered a couple of drinks, and everything came out quickly. I had the shakshuka, which was flavorful and perfectly cooked. We also shared the habanero hash browns, and they were definitely spicier than we expected, but still delicious with a great crispy texture. Overall, a really enjoyable brunch experience, and we'd happily come back.

We loved it! Our waiter was super nice, food was great, love that they use beef tallow & pasture raised eggs. Nice that they have chicken & turkey sausage options. We got seated right away on a busy Saturday too!

When one gets invited to attend a soft opening of a new restaurant in town, ONE MUST GO! As such, I took my parents to this cute new spot opening in the burbs and we were not disappointed!! FIRST of all - the staff is beyond friendly, welcoming and getting their bearings with this spot that is bound to be a hit. Our server was full of personality, jokes and made our experience fun and light. SECOND - the location is prime, located in busy strip mall area. Parking is ample and it's easy to spot the bright red signage throughout the surrounding businesses. The interior is large, allows for a variety of seating for parties large and small, boasts lots of windows and brings a bright vibe to the space. The OG spot started in IL and WI, and the interior screams all things Midwest! Cozy yet chic and comforting! Even the menu items have small nods to special spots! THIRD - THE DRINKS!! With a massive coffee station + barista bar and FULL bar, there are plenty of options for everyone! Alcohol, zero proof, fun coffee creations, smoothies - you name it, it's yours! I opted for the iced brown sugar latte - which was perfectly sweet! Mom opted for a warm caramel macchiato while dad stuck to his favorite, an americano! FOURTH - THE FOOD! The menu is massive! So massive that we had a hard time narrowing down what to get - as everything looked great. Most items have a corresponding picture which was helpful. We opted for a mixture of sweet and savory - starting with the cinnamon roll. Perfect sized and delicious! After much deliberation, I decided on the Shakshuka - which was an amazing blend of spices, tomato broth and poached eggs. YUM! I will admit - the wheat english muffin on the side did not do the best job of sopping up the egg yolk and broth, but it sufficed. Mom noshed on the Habanero hash and eggs - which she seemed to like. Dad had a more traditional breakfast, which hit the spot! All our dishes came out in good time, gorgeous in presentation, filling and delicious! Although this meal was complimentary, the pricing here is on point, reasonable for the quality of ingredients and portions! With this new spot opening SOON, and close to home, I know this will be my new favorite breakfast joint! Welcome to the neighborhood, Egg Harbor!!

Stopped by Egg Harbor Cafe around 9AM and had a great experience. Service was excellent--Kaylee did an awesome job taking care of us and made everything feel easy and welcoming. The coffee really stood out--honestly some of the best I've had in a long time. I ordered the scrambler with bacon, cheese, and mushrooms, and it definitely hit the spot. Parking was easy to find at that time, which is always a plus. I'll definitely be back, especially to try their burgers next time.

I was out running errands and was close to this new restaurant which is located in the former "Hops and Drops" location. I went on a weekday morning around 9:30 and while busy, there was still plenty of seating available. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and very clean as I would expect it to be considering it is brand new. The staff I encountered were all very friendly and efficient. I ordered a breakfast wrap, personally I would call it a breakfast burrito, but whatever. The food took a little while to come out, but not an unreasonable amount of time. The food was very good! I also had a Mimosa which was good as well. I don't normally go out to breakfast as I'm not really a big breakfast person but if in the mood I would not hesitate to choose this restaurant.

Attended their soft opening and this will now be in our regular brunch rotation! It has been a few years since I've visited one of their locations in the Chicago burbs so I wasn't sure what to expect. Walking in, we were greeted by a bubbly host and quickly seated in a nice booth by the windows. I noted that it looks like there will be some outdoor patio seating too. The decor was cute farmhouse with rustic wood beans and red hanging lights. Noise level was a little high which made conversation a little tough during busy hours. We ordered chai and vanilla lattes. Delicious! They have a sugar free syrup also available. Coffee was served in cute ceramic mugs that are available for purchase. They have a few cocktails on their menu including a spicy or mild Bloody Mary. We ordered their chicken salad, an egg dish topped with sour cream, and a California club. Their potatoes are cooked in beef tallow but there is a vegan option also available. Don't miss their seasoned salt hidden amongst their condiments! Their mixed fruit side dish was fresh and sweet. Don't miss their poppy seed dressing! Basically, everything was really tasty! My only complaint (albeit minor) was their cream of chicken rice soup was super watery and not thick and creamy like what we are used to in the Midwest. Service was really good, especially since many were still training. I loved that they provide extra napkins and wet wipes in a basket to each table with the food. They were open until 2pm when we visited. I just wish they were open later!! We will be back for sure - and very soon!

We stumbled on this place by accident going to a different establishment. I'm so glad we went in and checked out the menu. The decor is like a modern farm vibe. It was clean and aesthetic wise... very chic! They have a wide selection of food and a bonus for others... got gluten free menu. Our server, Miranda did a fantastic job and suggested the favs on the menu. She kept checking on us and overall service is superb! For those who loved the old taste of McDonalds french fries, this is the place to go. They use beef tallow to cook their potatoes. Ohhh... it was heaven to taste that again. And let's not forget their pastured-raise eggs. It does taste different.. the creaminess mixed with the fluffiness of the scrambled eggs makes one of the best tasting scrambled eggs I have had in a long time. If you haven't checked this place yet; you should now.

We've been looking forward to the opening of Egg Harbor, as we love a good brunch place, so we decided to grab a meal as soon as we could. Exterior is like all the other businesses, due to the shopping center rules, but once you go inside it's quite a nice space. Counter bar, booths, outdoor seating and just a relaxing vibe all around. We were seated quickly, though they were pretty busy and our waitress came right away. She was friendly, helped us pick some of their favorite items, along with a couple lattes. My wife had the eggs Benedict, that was traditional and quite tasty and I grabbed their habanero hash skillet, which tasted great and even made me sweat. Coffees were smooth and came in a large mug, which was a great surprise compared to some other brunch spots. We had a minor issue w a dirty dish, but when we pointed it out, the whole crew was apologetic, got my wife a new coffee, took it off the bill and had the manager come by and check on us. That's customer service! We enjoyed the experience and will be back.

You know something's up when the TikTok algorithm advertises "dirty sodas",…read moreand Instagram feels the need to show shops in your area. Having wanted to sip on said beverages since seeing this trend, I was surprised to see Twisted Sugar in my area - aka the south burbs. Let me clarify - "dirty soda" simply translates to the soda of your choice, with extra jazz and cream in it - no alcohol involved. So last Saturday, I took myself on a solo adventure to Twisted Sugar. Let's just say, I wasn't the only one with that idea and was greeted with a line out the door. This place is popular! Mainly with the Gen Z crowd, but hell - they know the cool places - so I made my way inside. The space is a simple soda shop - showcasing the sweet treats made in house (think Crumbl but better and cheaper) with a view of the magic happening from the counter. There aren't tables or places to sit - so it's an order at the counter, wait and leave kind of spot. Which I didn't' mind - since I was in shop mode. The menu is overwhelmingly huge, offering all kinds of fun beverages, categorized by soda - Coke/Diet Coke/Coke Zero, Dr Pepper, Mt. Dew, Sprite, Orange, Root Beer, Sparkling water, lemonade, Energy drinks, frozen, etc. The combos are endless and all fun. Kinda wild - but fun! I opted to try two different drinks because they both caught my attention. The first one - Pixie - which featured Diet Coke, peach preserves, orange syrup and cream. OMG WOAH. I don't know what makes a blend like that taste so good - but damn. The flavors blended well together, creating a float like flavor and so good. The second one - Paradise Island. Sparkling Water, Strawberry, coconut, peach and fresh lime. OH MY GOD. This one was my favorite in that it was so refreshing, a burst of bright flavors and tasted like the perfect mocktail to take to the pool! The girls behind the counter were friendly, sweet and offered up their favorites before whipping up my order! Sugar free syrups are offered, along with low calorie options as well. PRO TIP: Drink are Buy-1-Get-1 free on Saturdays - so my grand total for the two small beverages was a whopping $3. Whoop! Gen Z's know what they are doing with this - so it's a must try!

My wife also LOVES cookie butter, so once we saw an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie butter cookie - we were sold. The service is always fast and the employees are kind (younger teens so minimal communication) We have now been three times, twice I have gotten a dirty soda, both times I have wished there was more cream (I did ask for extra), but the flavor is still great! We have tried the Oat Cookie Butter, Cinnamon Crunch, Cookies and Cream (not pictured) and Caramel Sugar. 10/10 across the board. They also serve them up cold, so it's very easy to split them up and warm them up on your own. I also want to note, as someone who LOVED Crumbl when they first got started and were dedicated to quality and not just overly sweet cookies, Twisted Sugar is a breath of fresh air, with quality recipes.

Online "All Custom orders start at $200 regardless of the size of the order." Plus the cost of cupcakes? The Ube cake is a 6" for $60 and a single cupcake was around $5? My wife got the ham and cheese and I got the duck, with mushrooms and onions. We each had a couple of bites of the others' meal to try it out. The crepes themselves were light and fluffy and quite delicious, and the fillings were very good and quite flavorful. The one suggestion I might make for improvement to the duck is to add some sauce after the crepe has been fully prepared - a balsamic reduction, gravy made from the duck drippings, or even some English style brown sauce a la HP. It was just a little dry and could use a bit of moisture to make it even more delicious. We'll look up this cafe-on-wheels' schedule and give them another try in the future. I'd love to try their other savory offerings, like the lamb, pulled pork and breakfast crepes, and my wife really wants to give their dessert crepes a shot - the custard and apple crepes delivered to the next table looked scrumptious. It appeared that everyone enjoyed their meals. Each of the customers we saw order their food chowed down with gusto. My guess is this business is pretty new - this is the first Yelp review of the establishment, they don't appear to have a Facebook page or Twitter feed, and their website is pretty sparse (no schedule, missing photos of some of their menu items, etc.) I recommend this mobile cafe for something different from the everyday.
