1202 W Broadway Rd, Tempe, AZ 85282 great drinks and the woman at the drive thru was great. however, the manager or which ever supervisor that was there was very up tight. we asked if we could split our orders 4 ways and she said yes. he then came to us to tell us that for "future reference", we cannot do that because it ruins their "drive time" and to keep it at a max of 2 split checks. we were understandable and didn't want to embarass the girl who approved this in the first place so we said sorry. however he then came around a SECOND time to tell us not to do that again And suggested that we should drive back around, wait in line, and pick up our drinks. This incident should not have been addressed to us since we asked and would've been fine splitting another way. this was not our fault because the employee gave us approval. he was so disrespected and unprofessional. he should've waited to tell the girl after we left to not approve things like that if he is so concerned with their "drive time". Just received my coffee and smoothie. I had a white chocolate mocha with caramel. Coffee shots were burnt and bitter. Spending $7 on this and was not worth it. It's disgusting and sour. Unfortunately I can't go back for a remake. I would recommend they educate the staff on being aware of what would cause this. Smoothie was better but not the best. Overall sucks my order was an off order for them because I thought it was going to be worth the money and it was not. read more

First time here, went through the Drive thru the barista taking orders wasn't open to giving me any recommendations or suggestions. So I just went for a safe choice for me which is a caramel cold brew, Im a huge cold brew fan I love cold brew but this one had no coffee flavor just tasted like a watered down latte (didn't taste like caramel either) I was really disappointed. Bagel was messy with cream cheese but it was good so Ill give it that! They're softer than starbucks bagels. The other barista at the window was very friendly and nice, it wasn't busy when I got there the line went by fast but maybe Ill give it another try but first impressions was not great. read more

Before I wrote this, I made sure to visit a few times so I could give an accurate review. Coffee: 9/10 it's really good! The different options offered are a good and they have a variety of flavors! Fuel: 10/10 I like the flavor and the different options offered for flavoring as well! CUSTOMER SERVICE: -1/10!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is why 2 stars! I believe customer service is everything! That's what makes the business a business and keeps people coming back!! My first trip there, I advised them it was my first time and asked for some recommendations on items and suggestions. They were not helpful. I asked what flavors they had for the fuels, she said we have many and stopped there.. no where on the drive thru menu are they listed or I wouldn't have asked. I asked if they had sugar free flavors she just just the fuel. When it came to the sizing I ordered a "large" fuel, I was never told they don't have a large for sizing , when I got my drink it was a "medium" size I asked and she said we don't have a large they have an "X-Large" aka 32oz.. Again the drive thru menu does not list sizing they show prices for mediums. Let me restate, I went to this place multiple times because people have bad days, I get it.. The cold brew doesn't seem to be the strongest, so getting an XL isn't even that wild but you LOOK dangerous. And the bagels have the perfect amount of chewiness AND schmear! First off, the place has a nice vibe and environment. Service was great and drink was not bad. However, I been going to Thai location for the past 6 months and the cup quality has gone to the dirt, along with the speed of the WiFi. The wifi used to be faster with 100mb upload and download but two days day I saw that my computer was capped at 8mb upload and download. Earlier this year I'd go there it's filled with students, makes sense being close to ASU there is a high student traffic. But it's not helpful for students when the internet speed is so slow it take 3 minutes to open a pdf or 5 minutes to submit a simple assignment. The threshold on the wifi needs to increased and better quality cups would be nicer read more

It's nice to find a coffee shop with genuine baristas who know how to customize a beverage. My wife wanted a drier cappuccino, i.e., not too milky. When they handed it to us through the drive-thru window, you could feel by the weight of the cup that they got it just right. I had a latte just stock off the shelf and that was very good also.
