I've been frequenting many smoothie places lately and honestly I would skip this one. Too expensive for a small size. They taste good but nothing out of the ordinary. I paid $19 for two smoothies and the one wasn't even full to the top. I won't be back
I'm a loyal Nektar customer. I love their smoothie bowls. Customer service was good. My complaint is the that the actual smoothie layer of bowl is shrinking as the granola layer increases. I want smoothie not more granola. I remember when I used to get full size bowls Not any more. All too often are the bowls like my most recent photo, shorted. As you can see they are not always filled to the top.
Love doing mobile orders and my orders are always ready for when I arrive. My favorite thing to get is the Acai bowls. Only one time there were missing fruits or I wasn't told they ran out. If I was just told and it was substituted for something else, no problem. It is a little pricey here but as someone else mentioned, get the app and take advantage of their deals!

She said she couldn't do anything. Absolutely terrible customer service.

They are high in calories and carbs, but you could just use them as a meal substitute. Most recently, I tried the Popeye Acai, which wasn't too sweet and tasted so fresh. Out of all the smoothies I've tried, I think the Berry Banana and Pumpkin ones have been my favorite. But you really can't go wrong with any of them. Their bowls are so tasty, too! Definitely download the app because your first smoothie is fully free with it, and you get another free one on your birthday. Service has been solid, your typical fast food customer care. So happy for this weekly sweet, yet semi-healthy indulgence!

Pretty good. I'd never been to a Nekter, so when I suggested it to a friend we met up here for an afternoon treat. I ordered their açaí peanut butter bowl, being a super PB fan, and it was great. I don't think it needed the green apples, that's the only kind of apple I'll eat but it didn't mesh well with the rest of the bowl. I would've preferred a different type of berry, like blackberry, to complement the strawberries and bananas. Also forgot to mention how weird it was that the bowl wasn't filled all the way. The employees were friendly and my bowl was ready quickly. It gets loud in here with the blenders, so heads up. Would be awesome to sit outside when it's not so hot.
My friend and I are trying to check out healthier places such as this one and we were not disappointed! She got a pumpkin spice smoothie and I got the acai peanut butter bowl. Both were delicious! Unlike other places I've checked out, the strawberry and banana slices weren't overripe and they both had a distinct strawberry or banana flavor. The granola on top was very good and there was plenty of it, which I appreciated! It was quite expensive but it filled us both up so it was worth the money!
I was craving an acai bowl so decided to stop by and now know that it'll be my last time. I know their concept is "healthy" but the smoothie straight up tasted like something I could make at home. The acai bowl was yummy but noticed that my acai bowl wasn't as full as they usually are supposed to be but didn't want to bring it up to the girls there since I wanted to just leave the place. When I had gotten there I was standing at the register for a good 4-5 minutes without them acknowledging me. I understand they were busy but I would've appreciated a "sorry I'll be with you" or something of that sort. Definitely a let down overall
This place hit the spot on a warm Friday night after a long week. The wife is on a cleanse. I needed some caffeine. The kids still have full power energy at 9pm on a Friday night. The wife ordered a ginger apple juice and I ordered the nitro brew protein infusion. Perfect for the evening. Not heavy. Refreshing. Healthy.
Trying this place again at a different location. I still think Nekter is quite overpriced for the taste. I definitely recommend getting the app because they occasionally have coupons or deals. Like today I got 50% off, which makes it worth the price. Full price is not worth it because full price is $7 after tax for a small!!! Either way, these taste very fresh! I like the flamingo smoothie

Three items of one smoothie, one juice and one açaí bowl came to $30 plus tip. A bit pricey. I saw no prices listed anywhere so it would be nice to know upfront how much I'm spending. Having said that, it's good and healthy. I had the Toxic Flush juice. Very similar to the one I make at home, but tasted sweeter. I hope there wasn't added sugar. It's properly named as an hour later I was in the bathroom. But I do have a sensitive stomach. My daughter had the Pink Flamingo and the Immunity Açaí bowl. She enjoyed both but said should would get one or the other next time as it's a bit much to get both. The bowls are bigger than what I thought they would be. You feel like your getting your Monies worth. The restaurant was clean. Too loud to sit and chat inside so we sat at the outside tables. Overall I do recommend this place. read more

This place is so cute! I love the decor, and they offer a lot of different things - fresh juices, smoothies, and bowls (i.e. açaí bowl). I got the Health Nut smoothie. I tasted no sweetness at all to it, so I would've liked it with a little more agave nectar or honey. If you check in, you get a free ginger shot! I would definitely come again and try a different smoothie or bowl. It's a little pricey for a smoothie ($7), but price point is comparable to other 'health' food businesses. read more

Came here to take advantage of the FREE scoop of natural ice cream with 3 toppings last Friday. Wait was super long and they definitely should have better prepared for the crowds. Waited 20+ minutes to order and receive my food because they had to "make" more ice cream. Their organizational system was pretty flawed and they kept handing out the wrong orders. People that ordered more recently got their ice cream before those that were waiting for much longer. Seems like they corrected that issue once we told them they must've put the receipts in reverse order. I tried the vanilla ice cream with strawberry, cacao chips, and hemp granola. The toppings were great but I wasn't at all a fan of the vanilla ice cream. I did hear from someone else the chocolate ice cream tastes way better. Prices aren't cheap at all so prepare to pay $7-10 for a juice/smoothie. They do use all fresh, natural ingredients so maybe that's worth it for some folks. I may give this place another shot at some point if I'm ever craving a healthy juice/smoothie, only because of it's convenient location within Tempe Marketplace. I'd probably skip their ice cream and go for the real deal next door. read more

I enjoy food in any and all forms. And Nekter is a great refreshing form. Every-time I go I have to try something new. Even though I only want the açaí bowl which is one of the. Best on the planet I love açaí. I digress for a moment but this time I took the juice-oligiost suggestion and. Got PINK FLAMINGO Pitaya, strawberry, pineapple, agave nectar, and coconut water blended. I'm not a coconut water fan. I remember as a kid dumpling it out all the time husking coconuts now everyone pays for it. But this was delicious. The flavor was so refreshing light and hit the spot on a hot day. The fruits were all present and left an amazing flavor combination and signature. The juice king was right. The only problem is three are still more things to try I dont want to be stuck on one favorite drink. The price is a bit higher then I want to spend but for the freshness, not having to buy the fruit, mix it and clean up I shouldn't complain, just enjoy. Thank you Nekter I will be back. read more

I am always looking for a spot that has some delicious juices, especially because I am not one to take time to make my own juices. I stumbled across this spot & of course like most they have typical juices, smoothies and acai bowls. However, they had something called "scoop" which was a type of ice cream that was a vegan ice cream & it looked so delicious! I was wanting to try some but they were all sold out, so that leads me to believe it is REALLY good! I enjoyed the atmosphere because it was fresh and nice and clean. Also, something that stood out for me was that they offer a 6 pack of weekly juices for cleanses for $29.95!! That is such a great deal and it comes in a cute little lunch box! So cute! I will be back in here for a taste of scoop ice cream and I am also thinking of doing the celery cleanse or regular cleanse! Stop here my fellow yelpies! It is definitely worth your time. read more

I have been to other Nektar locations and have always been pleased with the food. I order the same bowl each time-- an Açaí bowl with peanut butter. This time, however, the color of the bowl was so light that it seems hardly any Açaí was included. This bowl costs $10! It tastes like peanut butter but we all know that peanut butter doesn't cost $10. I know I am paying for açaí but when the color is so incredibly pale, I wonder if it were ever included. This is an incredible disappointment. Maybe they forgot? Please work with your staff to follow your restaurant's standard recipes. I will have to think twice before returning. read more

It was a blistering hot day and I was looking for some hydrating refreshment. I browsed through the menu here and decided on The Greenie since it was their signature drink and it sounded like "jugo verde" (Green juice) that I have had in Mexico and in Hispanic markets like Los Altos which has a refreshing clean flavor, lightly sweet. Unfortunately, it doesn't taste anything like jugo verde. It tasted like a salad threw up in a cup. There was a weird hint of sour flavor at the end of my sip and a strong flavor of celery. I think if you like V8 type juices this is your drink, but I could only take a sip and I was done. If this is their signature drink I'm not too sure I want to try other ones.
