Everyone working that day was pretty friendly, which added to the experience! The latte tasted great, as the banana flavor didn't seem too artificial or overbearing. There was still a pretty strong coffee flavor which is something I'm always looking for. A great place, and I gotta try their cinnamon rolls next time.

My co-worker introduced me to this place and I could've sworn that I had a matcha latte with banana foam? Which is pretty sad if that's the case :( maybe it should be considered :) (hence the -1 star) regardless I have tried most of the drinks on their menu and have fallen in love with the Golden Chai. I would say it's a pretty acquired taste and at first some getting used to. Another recommendation I have would be their banana loaf!! So worth it!! The honeydew boba was marked as one of their most popular options, so I was disappointed that the boba was very over cooked and too soft. It was also served with crushed ice, so occasionally I would also get small pieces of ice coming through the straw, which I did not care for. The peach dessert was gorgeous in the case but I think the way it was served in an oversized plastic container that I'm guessing they also use to sandwiches did make the experience feel a little less luxe. I think for $15 it could have been in an appropriately sized container. It was nice tasting, but I'm not sure I would come here again.

While they do have a lot of fun flavors, this is not the kind of place that drowns the palate with sweetness. They expertly balance the ratio of syrup, milk, and espresso to provide the best outcome. The nuttiness of their roast really shines, and they're always happy to adjust the sweetness if you need them to. Personally, I love the lower sweetness level being the default. These guys know what they're doing! We've been visiting for the past week and have stopped through Dreamwave four times this week. While I'm always in the need of a coffee fix, we've gone out of our way to visit multiple times because the people have been so beyond kind. I've come here multiple times a week since it opened because I can walk here from work. Not long ago many of the long time employees began disappearing and a new person seems to be in charge. I'm not sure if she bought the place or was put in charge but things immediately went downhill- -Some of the menu changed and drinks/ food quality dropped. My order often comes out wrong. - The place is now *filthy*. Tables are always dirty and the bathroom is nasty. As I was waiting for my order I leaned on a table and put my hand down on something sticky with several long black hairs stuck to it. I never eat in any more. - The new manager is incredibly abrasive and unprofessional. She always complaining loudly to her employees while they work and it's sometimes about customers. (She called a guy who called in an order "stupid.") She and her family members often take up multiple tables in the cafe even when it's busy. I know they have an office so why is she always taking up a table for four with her paperwork? I've seen people looking for a table and then leave because she and her family had spread across mulitiple tables (for only a couple of people.) - There's often only one (nice) young lady working behind the counter so things go *slow*. I don't know if they're understaffed because they're cutting corners, but I will say that turnover seems high lately. Gee, I wonder why? I will keep picking up my black coffee here but I will never stay or get something "fancy" ever again. Maybe visit the cats but don't expect a nice place to hang/work.
