We came here a day before Mother's Day when they opened, we were also celebrating ny dad's 79th birthday. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The restaurant had some dim lit areas for a chill vibe. There were booths, tables, and a small bar in the back corner. The sodas were delicious and my sister really enjoyed her Arnold Palmer. Everyone ordered a different array of plates, but before our meals came out they had complimentary garlic twist rolls that were addictive. We must have had around 3 refills on both baskets (and they packed some up in foil for each to go box). I myself had the chicken carbonera, and my husband the shrimp Alfredo. He used to work at Olive Garden for a number of years and could tell that this pasta was authentic (compared to Olive Garden's pasta). He wished his plate had a bit more shrimp in it, but other than that, no complaints. Great sauces on both our dishes. My dad was surprised with a free tiramasu slice that was airy, sweet, but not overly sweet, we each took a bite. We'll definitely be going back again!

The bread is to die for and their menu variety is excellent. Whenever I'm craving some comfort food, their tortellini alla panna in particular always hits the spot for its simplicity and richness. They do have sandwiches too, but they've been a bit dry in my experience. I frequent this location but have always had a good experience regardless of which restaurant I visit. - Ambiance: N/A - Food: 4/5 - Service: N/A

First, we made a reservation for 8:00. Once we walked in and told the hostesses they let us know a table would be ready in just a minute. We stood waiting at the front with no updated for 15 minutes while they sat and talked and scrolled through their phones. It was so frustrating we nearly walked out and honestly; we probably should have. It took a waiter noticing us that finally asked the hostesses if we were waiting on a table for them to get us seated. Our waiter was incredible. He did take great care of us and didn't mind when we had two more people join us unplanned. We did sit inside because it was a colder night. The inside of the restaurant is just not set up well in my opinion. When you're waiting at the front, you're basically on top of a table of diners. The tables are all very close to each other and it feels like it's a very tight space. I do believe that the patio is a better vibe for seating, but we didn't really get to check it out. The food was just okay. It wasn't bad but I also wasn't very impressed. We shared the mediterranean sampler. I ordered the chicken piccata while my husband had the sausage bianco pizza. It was just kind of average. It is always busy when we drive by, so it does seem to be a place that people love. It just wasn't for us and we likely won't be back, especially given how pricy it was for how average it is.

We got artichoke spinach dip, the tortellini with spicy Italian sausage added, the other pasta with sun-dried tomato and mushroom, and some pizzas for the kids. Everybody loved their food and the service was outstanding. The one thing that I feel like really brings the place down is the free bread. Not that they have it, because everybody likes that. But they appear to be Rhodes rolls served in a puddle of olive oil. I'm always excited for Italian bread and Thai was a disappointment, especially after how good the rest of the food was. I would also like to see mild Italian sausage as an option. The spicy was good but it was a sensitive stomach day for me and it was irritated by the spicy. I realize I could have not gotten sausage at all but I'd love a mild Italian option. The artichoke spinach dip was delicious and was served with the perfect amount of crusty bread. Even the little kids asked for more. The pastas were perfectly sauced and flavored. I didn't find them to be skimpy on sauce or toppings. A very nice balance of flavor. The shaved Asiago (or Parmesan?) was a lovely touch too. I love real cheese! I didn't personally try the pizza because I was too full from the pasta, but my husband and the kids loved it and it appeared perfectly cooked and house made.

We were lucky enough to get a small table and had a great time. From our server to my husband's lasagna to my daughter's pizza it was delicious. The entree consisted of chicken parmeseana, alfredo with penne pasta (no protein) and shrimp fusili (or possibly a rotini), and breadsticks. They offered 3 different types of cheesecake: vanilla bean, strawberry and turtle. The shrimp fusili was a warm dish, while the alfredo was room temperature. Only the chicken parmesean was heated properly upon serving. The best tasting entree was the parmesean, while the shrimp dish barely had any shrimp and they were all overcooked anyway. The alfredo was the worst dish. Breadsticks were good though. I tried the vanilla bean cheesecake, although it tasted just like a plain cheesecake. I also tried the turtle cheesecake which was the best. All choices had an oreo crust and they tasted homemade. The servers were fairly friendly, but one instance when a tablemate asked for hot tea, they brought an iced tea...she then asked again and the woman server was quick to say in an elevated voice we don't have hot tea. Overall, the food was okay but I can't say I tried anything delicious that would make me want to return on my own one day.

We ordered the fried ravioli appetizer which was very tasty, but I didn't realize we'd be getting mouth-watering rolls too. I ordered the tortellini carbonara with shrimp. It was delicious! The shrimp were pretty big and perfectly cooked. Hubby ordered the lasagna as that is his litmus test and not a bite was left. The best part was that Alan, the owner, checked in us throughout our visit. He was very kind and just made us feel like guests at his home. The bartender took our orders promptly and gave my Mom a couple of wine samples so she could pick what she liked. I ordered the filet by itself and a side of grilled shrimp (carnivore diet). In a non steakhouse restaurant I would not have expected this quality cut of meat. I was very impressed. The service was great, they brought my Mom a nice dessert and we had a lovely time.

I don't know if it's just me, but it seems ordering take out these days are better than dining in. I was not impressed with the quality of the food. I ordered the Shrimp Fra Diavolo. It's shrimp tossed in a spicy marinara sauce with angel hair pasta. Basically marinara sauce with crushed red pepper. It was more like boiled shrimp tossed in marina sauce along with some of the undrained pasta water. I'd give it a 6/10 since the shrimp wasn't overcooked. The house salad was simple, just old soggy lettuce, grape tomatoes and red onions. The garlic knots were a bit on the dry side, which was fine for me since I shouldn't be eating too many carbs. We ordered bottled Michelob Ultras and they might as well been room temperature. The waiter came to our table and just said hello then awkward silence for what felt like several minutes. The service was 8/10 the waiter didn't give his name, but he did refill drinks without asking.
