The Pork Chop is delicious and everything on their menu I would have to assume it's just as great. I have eaten there several times and I always enjoy their food, bread and salads. The only complaint that I have is that I asked the server twice for a to-go box and I was ignored both times. He was getting everyone's plate, sometimes two at a time, and boxing their leftovers for them. I did not particularly like that he was taking the plates away from the customer and going to another table to box the leftovers away. I would prefer that if someone does that for me that they would perform that directly in front of me. My plate was taken away from my table and he proceeded that task with everyone else's left overs as well. It was a table that had all of the plates that he previously cleared and I wasn't able to view what he was using to transfer the food into everyone's container. I called the following day when I noticed that my left overs didn't quite look familiar to me from what I had left on my plate the evening before. I called Perry's Steakhouse and spoke with Naomi who had my name & number and said that Ashley B. would call me back the following day. I waited for over two weeks and no one has returned my phone call yet! I will leave my complaint here in my review and let everyone know that it's not a wise thing to have someone else box your left over food away from you and out of your sight because you'll never know whose left overs you may get. I am in no way implying anything negative in the quality of the food that served at Perry's because they are "the Best" in my opinion; however, they should respect the customers request if they ask for them to give them a to-go box so they can box their food up on their own. I wouldn't hesitate to eat there again but I will always ask for a to-go box so I can put my own food away in the future.

The restaurant offers a comfortable yet semi elegant environment and feel. No need to dress up, but I wouldn't wear your worst. The menu offers kids meals but this is a date night place. Alma was our waitress and provided excellent service! We started with an old school gin martini. Gin, splash of vermouth, an olive and a twist of lemon. The first one was terrible. The bartender added lemon juice to it when we wanted lemon twist. That said, they made it right and it turned out delicious! We ordered the calamari to go along with our drink, but got the calamari early, so we had to eat it while it was hot. Needless to say, it took a while for our drink to come out and then be remade. The calamari was good. I ordered the chicken fried steak and my other half ordered the petit filet. Presentation on the plate was great! The chicken fried steak was good, but very thin. The mashed potatoes and green beans were great. The wedge salad my other half got with his steak was wonderful. The blue cheese was very mild and excellent (and I'm not a blue cheese fan)! The petit filet was cooked perfectly but the risotto was clumpy and mushy. I hate to say this, but the steak was good, but not $50 good. My other half said it was kind of bland. Overall, this is a good little place. We do plan to go back and try other menu items like the seafood tacos or the almond crusted red snapper. We also want to enjoy the live pianist on Thursday nights. Give it a go!

I watched a 40 OZ tomahawk get cut set ablaze tableside approximately 3 minutes before setting it in my mouth. I also watched the black truffle tagliolini served hot right from a giant wheel of grana padano. Both these entrees were a spectacle but did not falter in flavor quality. I encourage you to indulge in the Old Fasioned cart that goes around making and smoking old fashions with your choice of smoke and bourbon.

We also ordered the steak bites and the Shitake dumplings. The dumplings were excellent! The bite was simultaneously savory with umami and freshly clean. The accompanying sauce was outstanding. The steak bites, however, were disappointing. The comment was made that you'd think a high end steak house could do better with a steak app. It was very under seasoned, so we "saved" it with the dumpling sauce. We were a tad disappointed that they ran out of the Jameson glasses that were supposed to come with the experience. Perhaps it was due to the fact that the rep waited til the very end (as we were about yo get the check) to approach our table with her spiel.
