This as close to authentic Italian that I have eaten in TX. The food came out quickly and the portions are generous. Good happy hour specials on drinks. They have a large patio that seems to have both evaporative coolers and heaters, along with the wind blocking vinyl. Prices are little steep on certain things (steak and 'adding meat' to pasta). Servers were friendly and attentive. Another thing they can improve on is I have never eaten at an Italian restaurant that does provide bread and butter. Should at least do that for the dinner crowd.

I had the meatball spaghetti pasta and it was delicious. The red sauce was very flavorful and I would definitely recommend you try this if you like red sauce. The service was quick and the restaurant is nice in the inside. It

If you want to feel like you're in Italy and eating real Italian food, this is where you go. It is hidden in a nondescript strip mall in the burbs but is with the effort to get there. Tim's popular and busy so do make a reservation. It is so popular that they expanded to a patio and are putting in some provisions to make it bearable in the summer but that's not in place just yet. Go there and try it. Best - it's reasonably priced for a restaurant with fine food.

I loved this place! The interior is nice, and the service was super friendly. I had been wanting to try their fettuccine that's stirred together table side. It did not disappoint. It was incredibly rich. We also started with calamari. My husband asked for a side of marinara before trying the calamari. It did not need anything, I was mixed with peppers and olives. My husband loved the chicken Marsala that's stirred together he ordered. They also have an expansive patio. We were happy with the entire experience, and will definitely be back.

I'm perplexed as to why this restaurant had three stars upon researching. I came here today w my aunt and uncle and fell in love with the small town charm. The staff is attentive and friendly, Chef Bob was super kind and had us try the gravy for their biscuits in some toasty charred house made bread! (Delicious, definitely get it from the brunch menu on Sundays!) But dish we tried today was equally delicious, and great drinks as well. We ordered the flatbread, peach Bellini, and the holiday old fashioned , the bolognese, spicy shrimp pasta, and original fettuccini Alfredo w shrimp, and shared a slice of cheesecake

Shout out to Sous chef Fabian who visited our table not once but twice and offered good conversation to match the food. We were visited by no less than five staff members who wanted to ensure we were enjoying our meal and yet they weren't intrusive. Our meals were hearty, reminiscent of what your nonna might make. Really enjoyed the charcuterie platter as well. Nice addition to the neighborhood.

    Bruschetta

If you asked me to go eat at an Italian restaurant in Spring, TX, I'd politely pass. I was feeling springy today, so we gave this place a shot. The Bruschetta was rock solid. Not in a good way. The bread was so hard it ripped the top of my mouth apart. Not a good way to start the meal. Didn't taste fresh to me. Almost like they made it first thing when they opened and it hardened like James. The Limone Caesar was doused in their Caesar sauce. The sauce was tasty but let's ease up. Almost was like eating a sauce salad. I would reel back the sauce overload. We also tried the Pig and Fig pizza, but replaced the swine with chicken. Unorthodox, yes. The dough was the star. Fresh, airy and not too chewy. Overall the pizza was decent. Also tried the Fettuccini Alfredo which they prepare table side. Heads up they do not serve it with any meat. It's literally pasta, butter and cheese. This actually hurt my stomach. The pasta was over cooked. I know they are trying to keep things simple, but overcooking pasta is a miss. The cannoli as a dessert was decent as well. It was kind of hard given it was probably sitting in a cooler or fridge. Given the distance from my home, the price point being semi-high, and overall food being just average, I doubt we will be back.

I had the fig & pig pizza. I loved it so much. It had a sweetness to it that compliments the flavors. My SO had the spicy shrimp. It was a lot spicier than expected but we love spicy food. The service was amazing too. Everyone was nice and sang happy birthday to us. The ambiance was very welcoming. My party had 20 people so it was a little tight but we still had a great time!

We came here a day before Mother's Day when they opened, we were also celebrating ny dad's 79th birthday. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The restaurant had some dim lit areas for a chill vibe. There were booths, tables, and a small bar in the back corner. The sodas were delicious and my sister really enjoyed her Arnold Palmer. Everyone ordered a different array of plates, but before our meals came out they had complimentary garlic twist rolls that were addictive. We must have had around 3 refills on both baskets (and they packed some up in foil for each to go box). I myself had the chicken carbonera, and my husband the shrimp Alfredo. He used to work at Olive Garden for a number of years and could tell that this pasta was authentic (compared to Olive Garden's pasta). He wished his plate had a bit more shrimp in it, but other than that, no complaints. Great sauces on both our dishes. My dad was surprised with a free tiramasu slice that was airy, sweet, but not overly sweet, we each took a bite. We'll definitely be going back again!

First is the ambience. There was an oddly placed parquet floor and a monitor showing dolphins swimming? Wtf? The bread was, and I don't say this lightly, the worst. I mean hey, if this is what you're into with all of the other top-tier options available nearby then knock yourself out. As for me and mine, Papa Amadeos will remain an odd, perplexing enigma that we will choose not to revisit.

The entree consisted of chicken parmeseana, alfredo with penne pasta (no protein) and shrimp fusili (or possibly a rotini), and breadsticks. They offered 3 different types of cheesecake: vanilla bean, strawberry and turtle. The shrimp fusili was a warm dish, while the alfredo was room temperature. Only the chicken parmesean was heated properly upon serving. The best tasting entree was the parmesean, while the shrimp dish barely had any shrimp and they were all overcooked anyway. The alfredo was the worst dish. Breadsticks were good though. I tried the vanilla bean cheesecake, although it tasted just like a plain cheesecake. I also tried the turtle cheesecake which was the best. All choices had an oreo crust and they tasted homemade. The servers were fairly friendly, but one instance when a tablemate asked for hot tea, they brought an iced tea...she then asked again and the woman server was quick to say in an elevated voice we don't have hot tea. Overall, the food was okay but I can't say I tried anything delicious that would make me want to return on my own one day.
