While our plants were dying because the sprinklers didn't reach or because of the pests (cotton scale?) or biological disease, they maintained them while watching them die. Look at the plant maintenance at CVS shopping center 1888 Pacific Coast Highway, you'll see their ongoing quality of care. Check plants added for landscaping. Bougainvillea where a low small spreading plant should be used. Probably 20x. Unbelievable!
