I am constantly traveling in and out of LA, and it's always such a hassle to find transportation. Sometimes you luck out with the options through ride apps, sometimes they cancel on you, and other times they arrive much later than you anticipated in a vehicle that looks nothing like what you had been expecting. Certainly, that's a strain nobody wants to add on top of the look-and-feel mess already associated with getting onto an airplane. I've had several Chique Transport rides with another one booked, and I can honestly say that this is the only company I'll be using from now on. What first impressed me was how easy it was to communicate and book. When I first asked, it was easy, straightforward, and transparent. No back-and-forth confusion, no undisclosed fees, and no waiting ages for someone to respond. I received a response immediately, with a literal quote and everything. That in itself made me feel good because I knew they respected me and my time. The day of the delivery was when I realized this company represented a different class than others I have employed. It was not just on time but early that the car pulled up. Do you know what? I was in a new home, but it was spotless inside and out, smelled clean and fresh, and walking inside felt like I had just opened the door of something brand-spanking new. The seats were comfortable, the ride was smooth, and everything had a level of luxury. That type of comfort comes in handy when you're about to fly or getting off a long flight. Now, for the service itself--this is where Rayan (the owner) makes the difference. He's that rare kind of person who immediately makes you feel like you're in good hands. Nice, professional, well-dressed, and very polite. He helps with luggage unasked and makes sure the music and temp are good for you and drives so freaking chill (almost unheard of in LA). He knows the city and how to navigate multiple routes around LAX traffic -- that alone is worth everything. And it's not just about the driving -- it's about taking care of you on the way. Most importantly for me, the reliability. For anyone who has traveled, the worst feeling is not knowing whether your ride will ever arrive. When I'm traveling with Chique Transport, I've never had to be concerned. They've been early, waiting without complaint, and I have always arrived where I needed to be on time. That peace of mind is priceless, as missing a flight or worrying about making my way across town ruins the whole experience. I've also had visiting family and friends from out of town that I've reserved through Chique Transport, and every single one of them said to me, "Wow, that was the best ride to or from an airport I have ever had." It's great to know I can suggest them without worrying how they will fare. Repetition is good, and this company seems to get it right every time. Another thing to note is how open-minded Rayan is. Plans go awry, flights are delayed, luggage takes ages to come out -- he gets it all and adapts without making you feel rushed or pressured. That kind of patience is so uncommon in this industry. First time I called, someone answered and without another word said, "please hold". I was on hold for 10 minutes and then finally hung up. Tried again a few minutes later and no answer. Straight to the hold music. Tried again even later and someone answered! I was excited to actually speak to someone finally. He asked me how he could help. I explained quickly (since I knew they must be horribly busy) that I wanted to book a charter bus to Solvang and he quickly said, "please hold". On hold for 5+ more minutes and then I was hung up on. Just a "click" and I was back to square one. Tried calling back AGAIN (stupid me) because I figured wow, these people must be AMAZING since they are too busy to even handle the phones. I can deal with bad phone service if the rest in incredible! Well, after a few more successful attempts to get in touch with them, I finally gave up. Lame.

I have been using American Limousine Service (DBA ABC) to book car services for TV show talent…read moresince October, 2018 and I have nothing by amazing things to say about Reza and all of his drivers. NEVER once have they ever been late, not even when I make a last minute change. They are always polite, courteous, punctual and very communicative. I am always told who the driver is going to be each way. The drivers let me know when they have arrived at a location for pick-up, when they are leaving the location, and an ETA of when they will arrive at the drop-off destination. Their cars are all spotless and current model vehicles. The talent I book these cars for have expressed only positive experiences back to me. The pricing is one of the best in the industry and ABC is always fair to me when I ask for changes or they have to wait an extended period of time for their passenger. I will continue to utilize their services for all of my talent needs and wont hesitate to call upon them for my own personal travel needs should they arise.

They couldn't locate the bus driver the first 2 hours and then claimed later that he had a flat tire (seems to happen very often with this company judging by all the other negative reviews). We had to cancel the dinner we scheduled with our camp site and had to prepare dinner for the kids ourselves on a very short notice. The new bus that they sent was in horrible shape and the driver was not a safe nor proficient driver. He kept checking his gps and swerved off the road several times... What's worse was that on the way back to church we got the same driver, but this time he brought his ENTIRE FAMILY with him (his wife and kids). The driver and his wife got into some spousal dispute on the ride back to church and it was not very pleasant. The company is incredibly unprofessional and untrustworthy. And I hope no one else has to deal with their incompetence like we had to.

BUT, the way it was handled by the driver and the lack of response from the company afterward was a HUGE PROBLEM. The driver fought with other vendors, the owner of the venue, some of the guests. She kicked everyone off the shuttle and complained for a good 30 min before calling the company. It was late at night so I think she had problems contacting someone. Finally, she got someone and they said they'd be at the venue with another shuttle in 30 min. They never showed. My guests shuttled each other to the parking lot themselves. I was in my wedding dress conducting traffic and trying to keep the shuttle driver in the shuttle and out of the way. On top of all of this, the shuttle was about 1 hour late arriving that afternoon. I do not recommend this company. Tip to brides out there: ask your shuttle company what their back up plan is if something happens to the shuttle - like a flat tire.

Vadym and Konstantin are always reliable and professional and their cars are pristine and late model (have been in their S class Mercedes and Escalade). Their prices are very reasonable. They've driven us to and from airport, cruise ship terminal, and once to-from studio lot (and waited despite not knowing how long filming process would take). I'm grateful to know they are there whenever I need a reliable car service!
