Limousine Connection is the BEST! I've been using their car service for several years, to and from LAX. I tried several car services, and settled on Limousine Connection for their punctuality, car cleaniliness and customer service. The cars are SPOTLESSLY clean, they don't smell like smoke, and the drivers are personable if you are chatty, and quiet when you are quiet. They epitomize professionalism and I wouldn't use anyone else. Yes, they are a little more expensive than some other car services but for my summer trips that can last for several weeks, they are actually less expensive than parking at LAX (and you get to and from the airport more quickly). But the best thing is their customer service: Once, I left a pair of reading glasses in the car on the way to the airport. I had a different driver pick me up at LAX two weeks later, and he handed me my glasses! Recently, I called the Limousine Connection office while on a trip to Boston and asked if I could switch payment methods from my credit card to my debit card. The agent said the invoice had already gone to Accounting, which I figured may have happend. Well, not 2 minutes later, I got a call back from the agent that I could switch the payment method. I have been using Limousine Connection for around 7 years. Mostly for getting to and from the airport. They have always been very professional. Always on time (usually there early, and waiting patiently for me to get ready). I travel with my kids, and the drivers are always kind to them. I prefer using Limousine Connection instead of taxis, because I know my bags will be carried between the house and the car. Cabbies seem to want to only handle bags between the trunk and the ground. I know I will alway be able to communicate with my limo driver, and it's just a cleaner, nicer vehicle. I do feel like I am splurging a bit, but at my age, I deserve it.
