I was quoted 20 minutes for an order that took almost an hour to complete. Upon arriving to this establishment to pick up the food (after the 20 minute mark) I was told it would be another 15 minute. I walked back in after 16 minutes, and was told they burnt a pizza and would have to re make it. An employee told me that she would talk to a manager... the manager came out, look at me and said "they burned a pizza, so it will be 6 more minutes, cool?" NO... NOT COOL... Yesterday I ordered pizza about 1 o'clock for a 4 o'clock delivery 415 I called blackjack and the first 10 minutes. They couldn't find my order when they finally did find my order. They said it was on its way so at 435 we still have no pizza. I talked to the manager and the manager told me they were short Help and that my pizza was on his way. I let him know that I did pre-order at 4 o'clock and I only live five minutes away and he was like like I told you it's on the way and then hung up so we spent over $45 in pizza and then one of our pizzas was burnt. So this is the worst experience that I have had with the pizza restaurant and with the management being rude and dismissing me and on top of that I tipped to have my pizza 35 minutes late and a burnt pizza. read more

Called to place pick up but was put on hold for a bit. Realized it was a 2 person shop when I got there around 9pm and they looked to have a ton of orders. Mmmmm... Pizza! I haven't had too much Pizza since moving here to Colorado Springs, but every time we do it is from Blackjack Pizza. We have ordered in for delivery a few times now, and everyone can agree in our household that their Pizza is solid. I just recently ordered one of their thin crust pizzas and it was amazing as well. I am usually a crust person (Which theirs is really good), but every once in a while thin crust is appealing to me. We have also had their wings a couple of times, they are just ok and I wouldn't recommend them. They have great delivery service & the staff is always polite and professional. Wow, great pizza! The dough is light and fluffy, there is plenty of cheese, and just the right amount of toppings. There's not a ton of sauce which I love because what is on the pizza is so flavorful.. you don't need a ton of it! HORRIBLE customer service subpar pizza. Received an email stating a deal for Veterans Day. Called to confirm and the girl I spoke to said they would honor the email. I said I would be calling back to place an order for several pizzas, which she said ok to. when I called back I got a snarky young man who made a point that they would only honor the price on one pizza I had been planning on ordering six pizzas. This use to be the best pizza. Unfortunately for the several times we ordered, the pizza crust is gooey the toppings are cold and it is just not very good. I order well done, to get cooked crust and get warm veggies, and either they burn the pizza or don't bother with cooking it well done. Decent, solid pizza place. I have both picked up pizza and had delivery. They have great specials and deals to feed the whole family. I looooove pepperoni and they have a pizza that is more pep than dough. The cheesy bread is yummy too and you can add toppings like different kinds of cheeses, bacon and what not.
