When my aunt and I got here it was at least 10 people here ok that's fine . So we got to the counter the person we spoke to told us it would be $200 flat with taxes ...it ended up being 200 and something ok no big deal the guy got very nasty with her his attitude was very nasty! We went to sit down about 10 minutes later a customer asked the guy (with the attitude) about something and of course the worker had the same nasty attitude and the customer went off(as he should have)!! He been there since 9 and here it is 2:30 and come to find out the mess his car up and didn't say anything until the very end! So other customers started saying how they were there since 8,9,10,11 etc and still no word on their vehicle. So I decided to take my car else where and asked for my keys the guy with the cross eyes asked (WHY) as if I owed him an explanation!! Very rude workers they were all playing instead of working and the inside of this place is disgusting !! Please learn customer service skills and if you don't know how to fix something on a person vehicle LEAVE IT ALONE!!

A little expensive but only the best for a new car at this point. So didnt really matter. Drive away and i hear something fall hit the underbelly of the car. Looked under the car and everything looked fine. Come to find out it wasnt fine. The engine belly pan that covers the engine bay wasnt put on right and the thing that hit the bottom of the car was one of the clips that wasnt placed back on properly after the oil change. I ended up driving the car on the highway and the underbelly pan started to drag. Parts that were still being held in place was sheered off ending up damaging other splash guards as well. I wouldnt be annoyed, but this is a new car i just got and because someone neglected to put the clips in properly resulting in further damage. Will never come back here again.

Drove in to bay, told the woman what I wanted and sat in waiting area for no more than 10 minutes. Can you believe it a business that actually lives up to it's name. Now to be fair I was the only customer here at the time so times may vary. So oil change w synthetic, engine & cabin filter for $134, my last trip to dealer for just oil was $123! I had a very nice woman assist me, Kayla I believe. All the workers there were professional and thorough. Top marks, will be returning.
