However I thought that was strange and told them I had that done 50,000 miles ago. They did they change! After I paid $1000+ for this rip off! Was pulling out and the noise was still there, then the car just stopped! Apparently I just needed an alternator and the battery needed to be replaced. An additional 300+ dollars... I feel they ripped me off because I was a woman! And they did not feel any remorse for making the wrong Repair.

He told me he would show me an asshole and said come get your car tomorrow and it's $500 they had dropped the transmission in two hours since I had first talked to him. I go to get it and even the owner was rude! I still don't quite understand why this all went down the way it did, but I will tell you these people were so rude and I would go anywhere but Aatco! Also the prices are way higher than competitors, but I don't mind paying for quality service which includes customer service. in my 50 years on this earth, I have never had an interaction like I did with that guy Daniel at Aatco.

Experiences like this are rare these days, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found them. When I recently had my oil changed, the technician mentioned that my 2003 Toyota Highlander appeared to have a transmission fluid leak. Wanting to get it checked quickly, I searched online and saw that DunRite had some of the best reviews in the area. That's what led me to the Darlington location, and after my experience I can absolutely see why they are so highly rated. I called the shop and spoke with Rodney Howell, who was immediately friendly, professional, and helpful. He quickly scheduled me for service, and when I arrived, he was just as pleasant in person as he was on the phone. What truly impressed me was the transparency and thoroughness of their inspection. The Darlington team performed a full inspection of my vehicle, and Rodney emailed me detailed pictures showing exactly what their technician found. Instead of simply telling me what needed repair, they showed me the issues clearly, which gave me complete confidence in their assessment. In addition to the transmission leak, they identified two other significant issues that needed attention. Rodney walked me through everything, gave me a fair ballpark estimate, and explained that once the parts arrived my vehicle would be next in line for service. Throughout the entire process, Rodney kept me informed every step of the way. His communication was outstanding -- something that is unfortunately rare in the automotive world. We had recently brought in a service van that had one Catalytic converter stolen, and one still attached. The service request was to have the vehicle straight pipes and parts returned. After being notified the repairs were complete we picked up the van and were told the cat that was still attached was removed and sold. With no notification, And no discounts or adjustments to our bill. Why would any business do that to a customer and not at the least notify them of what was going on. Please be carful with taking your vehicles here. Make sure to ask plenty of questions and double check the work that was preformed. Let me be clear I am not outraged at the price I'm outraged at how they handle their customers.
