Located downtown near Tioga Sequoia. Which is just a block away. I went online before I left and placed an order and it was ready within 40 minutes or so. I don't believe they grind them for you there as I did not ask so my beans were whole beans, but they also sell a fancy grinder a bag cups, another swag there. There's parking on the street with no meters with a two hour parking limit. It might be hard if you are in a wheelchair, but if you go around to a driveway, you can roll up in.

A lot of places buy their coffee for their restaurants and you can buy it here in containers or even large bags. They have it laid out when you walk in and there's a fresh coffee smell! GREAT! I ordered a medium double chocolate blended mocha, extra thick. It always looks the same. Today, after I got to the window in the drive thru, I was handed a drink with no chocolate visible on top, or the side. However, when it was handed to me, it spilled all over my arm, I commented rathered surprised and frankly, sad-, there was no offer of a napkin, or an "I'm sorry." I literally kept flicking my arm with the dripping off liquid out my window, and no response. The employees said they would remake it. By this point, I was sticky, and just wanted the beverage I paid for. They apologized for the wait, then handed me what can only be described as....you want chocolate- I'll give you chocolate "bitter remake." I say it in jest, but I really cannot stress the overly unnecessary amount. I could not drink it. I tried moving the straw around to different parts, it was like half a bottle of Hershey's was poured. It was not extra thick in texture, but pure watery- not freeze texture, yet all syrup. (Please see pictures- fyi-you can't see all the chocolate in the center, but it was utterly undrinkable). I tried to phone the number to the location, but was rerouted to a customer service line where there was no one to take my call. This beverage was $7.65. I did not get what was paid for. I did not receive helpful customer service, and I am just in shock. This is not what this brand is all about. I truly hope that the management and follow-through with training individuals from the front window, to those making creations improves at this location. My takeaway, I'm out $7.65, I have no drinkable beverage without feeling grossly sick, and I will most likely not want want to return.

bro. i don't live in fresno anymore so i had to stock up while visiting for the weekend. i always…read moreplan my trips around the wednesday/saturday vineyard farmers market as it's something we used to do a lot as a family growing up. i usually prefer an iced bev so when i asked if they could make me a chai on ice, they recommended i purchase a bottled version. their flavors are sooo good so i bought a couple. i got the chai, a lavender latte, and a cinnamon latte. i opted to a get a hot chai too and since they didn't have enough left to fill the cup, he gave it to me for free, which was so nice! i also went back for some whole coffee beans and they let me smell the beans first since i don't really know what i'm doing coffee-wise. i got my brother in law (who IS a coffee connoisseur and snob) jamaican me crazy. i got myself amaretto black. my BIL ground and brewed a cup for me and we both agreed that it was great. the lavender latte seems to be a crowd favorite. can vouch that it's delicious. they sold out and a woman was sooo sad. he said he usually prepares 10 of each flavor and this time he prepared 15 but it still sold out. another woman and i who both had bottles in hand gave each other knowing/smug glances so that was fun, haha.
